The notification of the impending death of the site are proving remarkably premature. Not only are the number of comments per week back up to about 300 or more, the number of visitors continues to increase.
In fact we are now receiving over 3,200 unique visits a day which represents nearly 100,00o visits a month. Many of these are the same people of course. But we can be encouraged by the statistics which show a much wider audience, very much wider, than the small number of us who post regularly. There are several thousand people each day who choose to come and read what we are writing.
And those 3,200 visitors a day are reading more than 10,000 pages a day. Which represents over 300,000 page views a month.
We must be doing something right and we are doing it with greater enjoyment to others as the weeks and months pass.
