This is the Coffee House Wall for this week. I won’t say that it is your chance to communicate with us, as we are all in this together. It is, nevertheless, the Conservative Blog post that has no particular theme, and where everything is on topic. Let’s just remember that we want to avoid ad hominem attacks on others. We don’t want to engage with trolls. We want to moderate our language ourselves as responsible and mature adults, choosing to use fruity language only where it is necessary. This is our opportunity to show what the Spectator Coffee House Wall could have been like.

Cameron, Hammond and all the other ‘great leaders’ are blabbering about how to combat the Moslem monsters who are beheading civilised people. My beloved husband has suggested (cynically) that the correct response is to play Hide and Seek!

Boris Johnson: ” … it is time for all Muslim states to put aside such differences, and to unite against a group that so grievously misrepresents Islam. That is the coalition that Mr Obama is trying to build now; and he is right. It is overwhelmingly in the interest of the Muslim world to band together and to defeat a terrorist perversion of their religion. ”

Remember he’s a dyed-in-the-wool Turk; that and his overweening ambition to move up river from one cushy post to his next depends greatly upon the multi-culti melange that he has so carefully nurtured for the past decade. He is as skilled at taqiyya as his forebears and it has been honed through the privilege of academia and then the Westminster bubble. I’m continually saddened by the credulity of those who have swallowed his pernicious ‘loveable buffoon’ schtick. Cameron’s PR patina is wafer-thin and risible. He’s blown it already. Boris is much more dangerous. He has already destroyed the Met. His lust for power is palpable and poisonous.
His ‘delusion’ is not what we should be concerned about. It’s his ruthless ambition and vainglorious self-esteem.

Power is the aphrodisiac, Anne. You know that. Even though his power is a tin-pot, Toy Town Mayoralty (for now); a completely unnecessary bailiwick, crafted by Livingstone to restore his old GLC fiefdom destroyed by Thatcher, and now usurped by Boris for his own multiculti ends and his personal ambition. come the inevitable revolution, there should be a lamp-post in Old Queen’s (sic) Street reserved with a handy rope crafted from the blond flax of his own hair.
I’m still recovering from my trip along the Uxbridge Road last week from Uxbridge to Shocking Hill. It was polluted 20 years ago when I last did that journey; it’s now occupied and beyond the pale. That’s the legacy of Livingstone, Blair, Brown, Boris, Cameron et al. – fucking despicable traitors all. And if there’s anyone around to write the final chapter of the once Great Britain, that is what their joint legacy will be.
Johnson is and always was a hack propagandist with a mission. who had wheedled his way into the corridors of power and intends the grab the top job. I despise both him and his mission.

Boot’s comments cited by Frank (15 Sept @ 1545) are succinct & accurate.
At the same time I also have doubts about Christianity’s doctrine that we should turn the other cheek and love our enemies. In our relations with Islam, is not that Christian doctrine a clear recipe for suicide, both on the personal and national scale?

COPY OF EMAIL SENT TODAY TO THE JUDGE AT CAMBRIDGE CROWN COURT ABOUT THE ABUSE OF CANCER VICTIMS
Why did Judge Gareth Hawkesworth grant bail to Dr Myles Bradbury, who abused children in his care? Is it the Judge who is a complete ass or is the law just a fool?
A family who removed their son from a UK hospital to seek better care were hounded across Europe and placed in gaol, but this pervert appears protected by British law and above EU ethics. I am not usually in favour of the European Courts, but in this case it appears our children need protection from British deviants from the medical and legal professions.

I didn’t infer from Alex Boot’s post that he is espousing the turning of any of the 4 cheeks; he was merely addressing the refusal of our twats to accept the jihad for what it is and plan accordingly. The problem now is that the intertwining of inimical interests in the complicated intra-factional civil strife in the whole region has now made it an almost impossible task. It should have been nipped in the bud. Now we’re damned if we do and damned if we don’t. And none of the hypocrites who hold the levers of power in the West has any interest in anything other than their own political survivals and ‘legacies’. Islam is the problem and politicians and public at large all refuse to face that fact and the hopeless hacks of the MSM all propagate the lies. Therein in lies our defeat. As I said in an earlier post, it took six years for an two atomic bombs to sort the issues in the last big show. So far it’s 13 years since the start of this fiasco. How long before Nukes are employed to sort this great game. Mecca, Medina and Tehran. But I’m afraid that it will be a ratliatory triple whammy this time, because it looks as though our lot will not act unless London or New York get hit first. I’m not even sure they any longer have the wherewithal to retaliate!

I couldn’t possibly imagine that you inferred from Boot’s post that he was in favour of cheek turning!
I agree with you that our lot will stay supine until some place like New York or London get hit first. Bearing in mind that Pakistan has lots of nukes (not to mention probably possessing one or two missing airliners) – I fully expect that some Pakistani nukes they will find their way into terrorists’ hands if they aren’t there already.
I think that Islam’s’ potential first targets include not just the U.S. and Britain but Israel and India. But not China or Russia, because if they target either of them, the response is going to be a great deal more massive and ruthless (i.e. sensible) that what our lot are capable of stomaching.

It is unfortunate that just at this point –
http://www.breitbart.com/Breitbart-London/2014/09/15/Swedish-anti-immigration-party-making-gains
– Nigel Farage should begin to talk about having to sacrifice some liberties to oppose ISIS (aka Al Qaeda). As someone pointed out, the reason Islam attacks us is to destroy our liberties. Why give them a hand?
What I hope Mr. Farage will talk about is this;
http://www.frontpagemag.com/2014/dgreenfield/obama-will-fight-isis-by-arming-isis/
Is Mr. Cameron really going to tag along with this policy in the Middle East as well as the adventure in Central Europe just because he is being told to do so by NATO and the European Union? Where is the British interest in this?
Of course the two policies are linked, because a strike at the regime of Bashar al-Assad under the pretext of attacking ISIS (aka Al Qaeda) is a strike against Russia’s naval facility in Tartus. This was the aim of the chemical weapon false flag last year where war involving Russia in the Mediterranean was forestalled only by John Kerry’s bumbling and the decision of the United Kingdom parliament to say ‘thanks, but no thanks’. This time the warpath has been prepared with a little more care in the Middle East with Obama warning Assad not to shoot down American planes should they happen to invade his airspace in the exercise of cleaning out ISIS (aka Al Qaeda)…
No doubt though we shall hear the old refrain again:
“Someone had bumbl’d”…
Frank p 22.49
Quite agree .
This small extract covers the main problem.
Within the historical context of Islam and in the words of the Koran, our idea of the good Muslim is actually a very bad Muslim. And our idea of the bad Muslim is the best of all Muslims. When we argue that Islam is a religion of peace, we are pushing against the full weight of over a thousand years of history and religious ideas and counting on Muslims to be too ignorant of them to know any better.
I was travelling to Stoke yesterday, and both the M1 and M6 northbound were completely closed! I ended up going up the M11, A14, M1 and A50. Our road network is very fragile. I always wondered why the IRA did not continually concentrate on that, and annoy British people, rather than take life and increase our resolve.
John Birch et al- this Religion of Peace thing needs nailing once and for all. They truly are the Religion of Peace, but their meaning is very different to ours. They are working towards a time when the entire world is under sharia law and all inhabitants are either Muslims or dhimmis – in other words, all have submitted to Islam.
At that point in time, there will be peace.
Until this stance is truly understood by the world’s so-called leaders, their efforts will be in vain. As well as ISIL, the whole of the Middle East needs ‘degrading’. Qatar, for example, has no naturally occurring water and only a few combined power and desalination plants. This nation that supports terrorism, giving home to Hamas and Taliban leaders as well as the scum released by Obama, could be rendered back to the stone age with a few carefully-placed missiles and minimal loss of life. Offer them the choice – behave or suffer. Give them something serious to think about, bomb the bastards on a Friday, destroy their carefully constructed infrastructures, ruin the refineries and wells – they cannot reconstruct on their own, they are too stupid, too lazy, too arrogant to do any menial work and rebuild.
They need the West more than the West needs them, that point has been forgotten.
He who is prepared to give up a little liberty to gain a little security deserves neither…

It seems a little premature to remove the rights of Britons, when there is much that can be done to deter the ‘rest’. The ‘Elite’ are loath to carry out a low key blanket actions, such as freeze dubious charity accounts connected to particular sections of our enriching community.
It should be done because there is an obvious problem, we have good idea roughly where the problem is and we have the authority to do it.
But then again, I may have the last past wrong. But isn’t that the problem: the invaders know that, and we do not.

But when you wrote “At that point in time, there will be peace”, I find it a bit difficult to agree. Even the Muslim meaning of “peace” is applied it will have to be by way of Islamic doublethink. The various Muslim sects certainly won’t co-exist in peace.
Even if they exterminate all the dhimmis first, they’ll go on trying to exterminate each other for not being the right sort of Muslims.
I can’t believe that there can be real peace in the world until a combination of Ebola, other yet unknown phenomena, or even Russian or Chinese nukes, have entirely put an end to the existence of Islam.
Just like japan, sooner or later we will need to destroy the main holy places of Islam .
Once these are gone Islam can be eradicated.
Until then you are just pissing in the wind.
‘Moderate’ muslims only kill infidels, true muslims kill each other.

We have so many, believable, commentators says that Salmond’s figures are not to be relied upon, such as:
“‘Salmond’s sums are implausible’: Leading US economist Alan Greenspan attacks Yes campaign’s promises and urges Scots to dismiss them ‘out of hand'”
Yet the politicians from the ‘rest of the UK’ are, in their panic, giving more and more away:
‘We’ll give you more powers AND more cash than England’: Desperate Cameron, Clegg and Miliband in last-ditch bribe to Scotland (but a parliament for the English is ruled OUT)”
So the English will get less money and still do not get a Parliament. That means Welsh, Scottish & NI MPs get to vote on policies that do NOT affect their constituents. So little has been agreed, it wouldn’t happen in the private sector. Well, it might, but the culprits would disappear, along with many blameless colleagues.
Let us hope that the next GE will wash out these idiots from Westminster.

On the subject of the SRS -the Socialist Republic of Scotland; I had previously clung to the notion of a United Kingdom being better for England.
However, the unanimous support of the political class for Union, or more precisely the collection of creeps cretins and critters that prey, zombie-like upon the public purse,-Oh very well, More precisely my purse!), has convinced me that by far the best way for theUnion to proceed is into the dustbin of history.
At one stroke we can be rid of some of the lowest political life forms ever to have crept out from the miasma that is Westminster and start to re-build a country shattered by sixty years of marxissimus-lite.

When I was driving the other day I was listening to a radio programme about the El Nino weather system. It was interesting, with a usual substratum of climate changeism. Then they invited a Professor of Climate Change to speak. He described how there were many models of future climate but they were concentrating on ones that showed the devastation which would be caused by increased El Nino events. The presenter, a metereologist, asked how confident he was in predicting this sort of terrifying future. Very interestingly he said something along the lines..
“Well our selected models are certainly showing this, but of course if someone chose a different model then the forecast would be different!”
So he had no basis at all and no science and no evidence to claim that there would be more and worse El Nino events. Worse than that. He had chosen a model which predicted the outcome he wanted!
Noa (20:31)

PfM 08:32
You weren’t surprised, were you?
O(o) what surprised me was how open he was that he created a model to prove what he wanted to say, and was happy to say that choosing another model would produce a different result. It was rather appalling that one so stupid could become a Professor of anything.
Not too stupid to know one model would attract funding and another one wouldn’t .
John Birch, what also struck me was that being a Professor of Climate Change seems to beg the question rather than being science. It seems to have assumed the result that a Professor should surely be tasked with disproving as part of the scientific process. It would be like having a Professor of Celestial Spheres, rather than a Professor of Astronomy. The latter is tasked with science, to some extent, the former with defending one particular position, irrespective of science.

Hello, Peter,
An extreme example of “those that can do, and those that can’t teach”!
No one else here has commented on the female English teacher who gained A+ in her A levels and graduated in English whilst at university, who has resigned and has left teaching altogether, because she is illiterate (her words).
The article that I read, told us that she was uncomfortable teaching English ever since Gove brought in the requirement that grammar had to be taught, she said that she had to study each evening prior to an English class and was constantly afraid of the pupils realising that she did not know the subject.
The crunch came at a parents/teacher evening when she was telling a parent (a young Solicitor) how well his child was doing and then remarked, “the head-mistress and me have decided” the young parent asked her to repeat what she had just said, when she did, he told her that in his opinion she was unqualified to teach his child.
I listened to a good programme on Radio 4 about education. The presenter was trying to stir up a minor issue rather irritatingly. The subject was Daisy Christodoulou, who has been a teacher and writes on the need for children to have a solid grounding in the facts behind each subject area if they are to become masters of any particular subject. I shall probably get the Kindle version of her book which is…
Seven Myths About Education

They decided to raise a bogus complaint against me to brand me homophobic by a village idiot called William Henderson, some yokel from the provinces who held the position of National Secretary of the SNP. As well as being involved in the setting up of the hearing, he was also the complainer, which is highly unethical and a breach of my human rights for a fair hearing. He was also speaking to the ‘Judges’ outside the process.

Sadly, the Nos are very likely to win given that the polls are almost certainly skewed by Scots not wanting to appear unpatriotic. It’s sad because only a Yes result will resolve the issue.
It’s also weird how the UK party leaders in Scotland campaigning for the union avoid displaying the Union Jack the very symbol of what they say they’re fighting for!
I guess it’s got something to do with their having spent their lives destroying all it stands for.
There’s an amusing post on the subject called “Where’s the Union Jack,

I believe it was even worse than that…she’s reported to have said, “Me and the head-mistress have decided” rather than “The head-mistress and me have decided”
(which may have been conceit rather than ignorance of English 🙂 )
What appalled me even further was that the school then attempted to castigate the parent for ‘rudeness’ rather than conceding that such standards were unacceptable.

Many Wallsters, including me, have oft quoted George Orwell’s aphorism on violence:

because rough men stand ready

But Jack Donovan expands on that sentiment in a less concise but necessarily comprehensive explanation of what the really means for all of us.

[h/t American Digest]
It is particularly relevant in the face of the tepid response, of Western ‘leaders’, to the current geopolitical threats; a small but significant part of which is the subversive effort of leftist Scottish separatists to destabilise the UK and shut down our nuclear base.
One hopes that the brave Scots who survived in the various wars of the last 100 years or so to repel the forces of evil and maintain the British way of life (losing thousands of patriotic comrades in the process) will vote to retain what’s left of our united strength in the struggles to come.
Violence can indeed be golden, but it also needs to be red , white and blue.
I sometimes wonder if Cameron’s ‘blunder’ in agreeing to a referendum is all part of his campaign to connive a ‘stay’ vote in the promised referendum on he EU if his party is re-elected. It certainly sowsmore seeds of confusion within an electorate that is already politically nonplussed. And it has to be admitted that therein lies the irony of the whole sorry mess.
One good thing that may come out of the historic child abuse situation is that it opens the door to historic traitorous actions.
This may be very useful at some time in the near future when it becomes blindingly obvious to the normal eyes closed and head in the sand members of the general public that they have been betrayed by people they trusted. (Or never questioned )
An American pal sent me this link today from the NYT, so I assume it has ‘gone viral’ as these Facebook freaks describe a much watched video clip, I understand.

Don’t you mean (quoting from that other literary giant, Ernie Wise), “… what she actually said was ‘far worse than like what I wrote?”
Ostrich (occasionally) September 17th, 2014 – 12:34
Over thirty five years ago I was a governor at a group of junior schools, at one of these my youngest daughter attended, just as her elder brother and sister had done.
In the October or November of her second year at that school I attended a parent/teacher evening where we were to meet her teacher on a one to couple basis in the classroom that she attended.
The male teacher was well behind his appointed times and there were two couples ahead of me waiting their turn, this gave me time to peruse my daughters exercise-books and other work and to hear everything that the teacher was saying to each set of parents ahead of me.
First I was shocked to find that my daughter had done very little written work in her exercise-books since her previous class (the intake class), and nothing what so ever in her English exercise-book, secondly I heard this teacher telling each pair of parents that their child was almost unteachable (he did not use these words) but that was the essence of each interview.
When it came to my turn I was told that in his opinion I should remove my daughter from the school and place her in a school that specialised in children with learning difficulties, he had nothing good to tell me.
The very next morning I telephoned the head-master, briefly explained the facts and asked him to see me that day after school had finished and that I wanted to see the English exercise books for the whole class, and also the books from the second class of the same age group, I also said that I would like the teacher to be present at our meeting.
When I arrived I met the head who was on his own and without any of the English books, he apologised most profusely, saying that he was deeply shocked, that he had looked at all of the English work and that I was right the entire class had no record of any English for that term.
The teacher at fault resigned a few weeks later.
I was born and grew up in Lancashire. Three of my grandparents were English and one was Scotch. Just about the right proportions to make me “British” I suppose?
However, I’ve lived in England for 26 years, in Tanganyika/Tanzania for 8 years, in Hong Kong for 6 years and now in Canada (where I have Canadian citizenship) for a total of 43 more years. So, from this distance and with that much experience behind me, I very much incline towards the U.K. becoming a Federation – as I hear the sensible Farage (and even the disgrace to my maternal grandfather’s name – comrade Clegg) suggests.
It would at least give me the opportunity to be flippant. I think The United States of Britain – USB – would sound rather in tune with the digital age wouldn’t it? We could then refer to Liverpool, Portsmouth, London and others as USB ports, eh?

The reason the Cameron and co had to go so over the top with threats and bribes to the Scots is because they had no alternative patriotism to counter the appeal of Scottishness. The British identity is clearly dead. At least north of the border. That’s why there were so few Union Jacks in evidence at the unionist demonstrations.

Almost certain Unionists will win:yet through-out the night the Establishment Oligarchy are preparing to snatch defeat from victory by pandering to the SNP by changing the British Constitution, and changing the way England is governed;this by a bunch of politicians, many of whom will not be here come next May,lead by three men,two of whom will be gone next May.
Why should 64million Britons(55million in England)pander to less then 2million Blue Bottomed Baboons in Urban Scotland…..yesterdays men who are aggrieved by the 21st.Century and blame the English for it?
It looks like it’s been a long night for Radford NG – but worth it, to see our country hold together!
Now the Scots have had their day and we know England is stuck with the bigots for at least a generation, let the English question be addressed.
First off, no more Scottish MPs in Westminster voting on legislation that affects England, Wales or Northern Ireland. Give the Scots the power to set their own tax levels – Income, Corporation, Inheritance – and control the rates of duty. Negotiate a fair proportion of the oil revenue for Scotland, bearing in mind that they need to cover their share of defence costs, which will escalate until the nettle is grasped and all-out war, not covered by any Geneva Convention is declared on the sand-niggers.
Then scrap the Barnett formula. Spend a serious amount of money pointing out that Scotland has run its own NHS for some considerable time (just like Wales) and if it’s crap, it’s the fault of Holyrood not Westminster. Introduce English ID cards to prevent Scots buying goods cheaply in England (this will also work against illegal immigrants). The time for ID cards has surely come.
Enough of them want to go their own way to let them suffer a while ahead of the next round of claims. And let’s amend all the race and equality laws so Scots can be treated by the English in the same abrasive, racist manner they adopt.
Yes, it’s a satisfying result. With a large margin between the positions.
Now we must see what our politicians have rashly promised and hold them to account.
Clear Memories,
I agree absolutely with all you wrote, especially the amendment of the race and equality laws enabling us to dish out to the Scots a serving of what all to many of them are fond of sending our way. By the way, how is life amongst all them effing banana Benders?
The Union should be magnanimous in victory – and the SNP gracious in defeat.

There is one issue which should be immediately addressed, but of course it will not. University is free for all EU students in Scotland, save for those from England. This should be brought forward to the highest authorities, and until it is resolved, Scottish students and other Scots receive no benefits whatsoever in England.
Clear Memories September 19th, 2014 – 06:55
I was with you until you mentioned ID cards, there are many reasons for us to never have ID cards I have to go ouy so I have not got time to list them.
The bloody biased BBC is infuriating me this morning, repeating their latest mantra, “I was a very close result”. It WASN’T. US presidents get elected on differences of less than 2%. A British Prime Minister can lose an election on the number of seats despite having an 8% advantage in votes cast (Head Teeth).
And simply subtracting the ‘Yes’ percentage from the ‘No’ percentage is NOT THE WAY YOU DO IT!!!
You DIVIDE the ‘No’ percentage by the ‘Yes’ percentage, which gives a figure of 1.242, i.e. the No vote was 124% of the Yes vote. That’s a 24.2% advantage.
In my view that’s a right royal stuffing, although not as much of a stuffing as I would have liked.
Now, let’s get back to business and sort out the “West Lothian question” and the Barnett formula, which Barnett, being one of the few honourable men in the labour party admits was a back of a fag packet calculation, instead of kicking both into the long grass for another generation! Rant over.

Salmond may by resigning as leader and first minister but is staying on as an MSP at £59,000 a year plus expenses. I am also sure he will be looking out for a valuable sinecure somewhere.
ACP (16:56)
After ten pints, what would you ‘do’ her with? 🙂
Are you asking ‘cos you don’t know, or ‘cos you’re wondering how he’ll manage it with the gauge on ‘full’?
Now that the ‘No’ campaign has won in Scotland we have Cameron telling us that more power should be devolved to Wales, Northern Ireland and England, and his deputy Nick Clegg was yesterday here in Yorkshire telling us that our region should have more power, they still do not get it, we the English should have our own parliament at Westminster and not be split asunder by having English Regions foisted upon us.
I think that to achieve this we should go much further than was promised with this Devomax.
Scotland should be given full powers over everything with the exception of Defence, Security MI5 MI6 etcetera, Foreign Policy and the Home office, these same powers should also be devolved to Wales and Northern Ireland, in return, Northern Ireland, Wales and Scotland would give up the right to send the hugely disproportionate amount of MP’s to Westminster, instead each of these three could elect from their own parliaments MP’s, just four from each to represent their countries at Westminster in the four departments retained by the Westminster English Parliament.
This could work, The UK would be a federation, of four countries, who could work in harmony and at peace with one another, and each of the three smaller parliaments would be served by Governments that would really represent their electorate and better still England would not be dragged down by the disproportionate numbers of Scottish and Welsh Socialist/Marxists MP’s.

Salmond may get his £59,000 pa and expenses, Peter, it’s still a bargain compared to some of the corrupt officials in a country that we regard (via Brussels) as a friend, cleansed of bad habbits of the communist past, an OK party to do business with.

On reflection though isn’t what Cameron is proposing part of the Brussels Commission plan for the division of the world into 10 regions and in Europe itself what the Commission calls NUTS.
The United Kingdom has considerately been divided by the EU already into NUTS1, NUTS2 and NUTs3.

The English Defence League was in Rotherham on 13th September and tomorrow, Saturday, will be demonstrating in Downing Street – or as near as anyone can get to it these days.
The EDL appears to be the only group organized to take this issue peacefully to the streets where Englishmen have traditionally had the freedom to express their grievances.
They largely seem to have stopped doing that nowadays, encouraged by the police, unless they are an alliance of the left wing and islam, when, also encouraged by the police, they stand on top of double decker buses or throw bottles etc., to express their hurt and concern.
I hope priests and bishops in the Church of England not influenced by the re-writing of Christian theology and history which Melanie Philipps analyses in the Commentary article linked earlier, and off-duty or retired policemen not dismayed by leadership who are not necessarily ex-public schoolboys but may have been involved in football fisticuffs before they matured, and citizens of that ilk not afraid to demonstrate on an issue of this gravity for fear of being criticized for venturing outside polite society, will find themselves in Downing Street this Saturday – or as near as one can get to it nowadays – to broaden the ranks of the indignant to something closer to a national movement.
Ok, fat chance – but all the same…
Ukraine ratified the EU association agreement this week and the United States and other NATO forces began a military exercise in Ukraine on Monday in violation of the unwritten assurances given by the United States government to the Soviet Union in February 1990 that NATO would not move one inch eastward if the Soviet Union withdrew its 380,000 troops from East Germany.
NATO, representing among others the United Kingdom, which itself has not yet given a coherent statement of British interest in the matter, was “sending a message”.

Cameron as Minister of NUTS? Nonsense, the man hasn’t got the balls.
There is a video that purports to show votes being rigged in Dundee. This is discounted in the comment below it.
What it does show is the ballot paper;the first time most of us will have seen it.I would say this is biased to YES;the NO box being in the bottom right-hand corner,a more awkward place to mark. There should be at least an inch&half of finger space at the bottom to hold the paper down.
This is another example of the Electoral Commission not being fit for purpose;and something to remember for the EU referendum.
https://youtube.com/watch?v=IhTtVnCLq9A
The most depressing of the many negative outcomes of the Scottish debacle has been, through the idiotic handling of it (since Cameron agreed to the referendum at the get-go), the last minute re-emergence from the mist-shrouded Scottish bogs of the one-eyed demented Zombie whom I thought we had done for in the run-up to the last election by lampooning and justifiably vicious ridicule (aided and abetted by his own balmy behaviour): our erstwhile unelected ‘prime minister’ Gordie the Ghoul. Does this mean that we’re going to have to start all over? The mind boggles.
One thing that is certain, the idea that the inept CMD is going to be able to turn this to his electoral advantage is deluded and merely means that the taxpayers and the consumers are going to suffer a heavy financial penalty, as the dependence culture will be engineered to proliferate; the number of politicians with with overweening ambition will increase exponentially and their SpAds will germinate like Spring weeds. More Wank Tanks, more commissions and conventions and ultimately a firming up of the the ties the Federation of European Socialist Republics (FESR).
Moreover, it is not beyond the bounds of possibility that Broon could be engineered back into the Labour Party driving seat and thereby win the next freakin’ GE.
And while these distractions are taking place, the jihad, through both the manifest barbarism of AQ/AQI/ISIL/ISIS/IS (and its global associates) and its stealthy (albeit obvious – at least to anybody with two synapses operating in unison) subversion of the West, through the Muslim Brotherhood’s infiltration of the corridors of power and Muslim demographical breeding, is proceeding apace, unopposed; all as a result of the mass castration of Western ‘leaders’ and the dissolution of Western military might, just as the sino-soviet military-industrial complexes are being jacked-up with treasure leached from the West as a result of insane trading practices.
The current POTUS – puppet of the Alinski trained culture vultures in Washington, is already being quietly thrown under a bus as a scapegoat, during the preparations for his successor Bill Clinton to achieve a turd term through his surrogate wife. Make way for the Hill ‘n’ Bill years. Yet another Zombie emerges, this time from the swamps of Arkansas.
It is indeed the age of the undead.

Interesting, but what do you make of this? In most countries there are curtains around the voting booths, but here the booths are not curtained, and only three sides of the booth is closed.

voter fraud at polling stations is minor compared to postal vote fraud
Alexsandr,
Postal voting is an open invitation to fraud, which was, in all probability, why it was introduced in the first place, mustn’t make life difficult for the Muslims of Tower Hamlets must we? If you can not get to the polling station then you do not vote, elementary. Exceptions of course for the military and those overseas on Government service.

Until recently (and still,in most places)security has not been needed on the Main-land of Britain as everybody has been laid-back,and played the game.

“The English Defence League was in Rotherham on 13th September and tomorrow, …
The EDL appears to be the only group organized to take this issue peacefully to the streets where Englishmen have traditionally had the freedom to express their grievances…”
An interesting and totally incorrect observation. The hearts of EDL members may be in the right place. Whether they are optimising their endeavours is open to discussion.
I was campaigning in Rotherham in the By election in 2012 for UKIP, so was Paul Nuttall, who was on the other side of the street. (Who he? UKIP’s Deputy leader) on behalf of Jane Collins. Who is she? try:-

Pakistani and Indian Muslim sex grooming is and remains a major issue for UKIP and its members, striking to the very heart of the society in which we live.
Please inform yourself of the facts before drawing superficial and erroneous conclusions on what people in England think, feel and do, from the other side of the world.
Don’t Panic! The Scottish vote is not that bad.Only about 36.666% of Scottish residence Actively voted `Yes`.
About 97% of over 16s were registered to vote. There was an 84.6% turn-out and 45% voted `Yes`.I make this about 36.66% active support.
Noa @ 23:18
So I look forward to your report on UKIP’s participation in the demoinstration at Downing Street yesterday.

More hot air from an expatriate wind bag. What have you done?
No a

So,the answer is nothing.
Noa
Your answer to whether UKIP attended the demonstration at Downing Street on Saturday is: no – or so I infer.
Invoking “expatriate” as a pejorative term is a childish come-back. I might as lief ask what have the “patriates” UNDONE – and the answer would be heard: ‘Why, the country!’.
Now I am raising a serious question when I ask what is evidently a rhetorical question about the attendance of UKIP at the rally against, primarily, the islamicist grooming scandal in Rotherham and elsewhere, supported whether intentionally or not by the Common Core jobsworths that Pat Condell has so incisively identified in place in these centres.
It may be that the limp-wristed party-hack wannabes of UKIP, among whom I do not include Mr. Farage, fall all a-tremble at the thought of being seen with the tatooed, bald men and women of the EDL- clearly barbarians in dress and manner and not for polite society to be seen in their company, especially infused with moral indignation to the point of taking peacefully to the streets as the cannot be persuaded to desist from.
If, however, there was any manly meat to their expressions of outrage and if concern at the social make-up of the EDL were a real worry, despite the study which showed and was publicised here last year that EDL support covers a wide spectrum of the classes and is broadly educated above average, then you would find the rank and file of UKIP jumping at the chance to broaden the base of what they might see as too narrow a stratum of support for actually doing something about l’infame. UKIP would be calling on its people to swell the ranks outside Downing Street, to encourage members of the Church of England and other religious communities, and those from other quarters of the country who are angry at what is being done in Rotherhm and what is not being done by the political parties and the state security services.
But no. Why is that? Does it go beyond pusillanimity to something darker, weaker?
Malfleur
UKIP need to show leadership and independence from other groups. It is not only the Tory Party that would like to take the wind out of UKIP’s sails, for their own benefit.
If other groups have similar policies, would you want UKIP to send supporters? Tory Party supports smaller Government, does it send a deligation? I think not!
Almost unnoticed has been Labour’s policy proposals in the wake of the scandal. They want compulsory relationship lessons for all children. This despite the fact that all the officials and police who failed to act in Rotherham were leftists with excellent feminist credentials.
There’s a good post on that called: Liberal Monsters at:

Malfleur. Did you pick up on the story this week abour some civil servant in the home office spouting that right wing groups need countering. Surely its not for the civil service to supress views. I will try and find a link later.

The EDL is not a successful political party.
UKIP is.
And, as a distant bystander, you may infer what you wish.
Malfleur
Obviously you didn’t bother to read the Brietbart story about the death threats made to UKIP MEP Jane Collins, otherwise you would have had the information you claimed to seek.
Still, empty vessels… eh?
The Sunday morning political wrangling on TV over the promises and the inherent political traps of the ‘Scottish Question’ is a joy to behold. More of the undead, such as Paddy Ashdown and Damian McBride have been disinterred yet again. I’m surprised that Alastair Campbell didn’t appear like an incubus to haunt us. Only a matter of time. For some reason Blair is keeping his head down. Interesting!

“..For some reason Blair is keeping his head down….”
Yes, the bastard who rode the devolution ticket and the cause of this constitutional shit storm is probably too busy dictating PR policy briefs at a million squid a time for the world’s Wong Uns.
Obviously he has a stake in the present debates.
A pity it wasn’t put through the blackly pumping organ that passes in him for a heart.

BBC News:there is a demonstration in London against climate change.
This reminds me of Spike Milligan:”We demand Queen Ann stop reigning. We’re all getting wet out here.”
Radford, yes I’d heard about the demonstration and really wondered who they were complaining to? Do they want more of it? We know that there has been no increase in global temperatures over the last decades, are they wanting it to pick up?

There seems to be a fuss of sorts in the U.S. about an armed man trying to get into the White House.
Apparently his name is Gonzales. So we’re left to suppose that he’s of Spanish extraction – maybe Mexican or some other Latino descent.
But I can’t believe we’re hearing the whole story. Why? Because his first name is OMAR.
Blair is correct on some issues.
From the mail on line.
He warns that the roots of IS go deep into Muslim society, parts of which have an ‘innately hostile’ view of the West, and says the extent of extremist teaching in the UK and elsewhere is ‘much more frightening than you would think’. He adds: ‘The problem is not that we’re facing a fringe of crazy people, a sort of weird cult confined to a few fanatics. If it was, we could probably root it out, kill or imprison its leaders, deter its followers and close the doors to new recruits.
‘The problem is that we’re facing a spectrum of opinion based on a world view which stretches far further into parts of Muslim society.’
John Birch Sept 22 @ 05:51 –
It’s interesting to read that Tony Blair has now formed doubts about Islam, but very few people are going to pay much attention.
Even this is likely to be loudly criticised by Ebola’s suicidal first cousins – i.e. the enormous segment of our own populations who have political Correctness Disease –
