This is the Coffee House Wall for this week. I won’t say that it is your chance to communicate with us, as we are all in this together. It is, nevertheless, the Conservative Blog post that has no particular theme, and where everything is on topic. Let’s just remember that we want to avoid ad hominem attacks on others. We don’t want to engage with trolls. We want to moderate our language ourselves as responsible and mature adults, choosing to use fruity language only where it is necessary. This is our opportunity to show what the Spectator Coffee House Wall could have been like.
Labour Uncut are sticking it up Ed after the Bradford fiasco “….. the British Pakistani community has sent a clear signal to a party that has long taken their vote for granted: no more.” And the 2C’s have been disregarded by the sand-ni**ers they’ve been sucking up to in the same vote.
So come on guys, you’ve blown the swarming aliens vote, what we all knew must be clear to you now – they’re only interested in themselves. Whichever party has the balls to go after the white vote AND tell the EU where to tuck its nuts will win the next General Election.
I have never understood why Labour threw over the white working class, the funders of the unions, to court the Pakistani/Indian/Jamaican vote. Now it has blown up in their faces. Cameron worries about being the nasty party. Well Dave, try slinging out a few of the itinerent Muslim troublemakers. The MSM and the BBC might be beastly to you – but your vote share will go through the roof as middle England falls at your feet. And set that ‘nasty’ Mr Pickles on the Town Halls – no more translators, a ban on minarets and absolutely no vile, disgraceful halal food in schools – the votes will pour in.
Count them up fellas, they ain’t enough Muzzies YET (?) to influence things sufficiently. But leave it to Griffins socialist BNP to make the running and he’ll have all your seats. The ones Farage doesn’t win anyway.
Some good news for a change:
British working families are to get priority for council housing, whilst ‘asylum seekers’ and terrorists families are no longer having their rent paid by the tax payers. They are to live in closed barracks whilst arrangements are made for their deportion. Aprl Fool!
Clear Memories: Have you been cloned on the Speccie blog on Galloway?
Correct positions will always be adopted. The Bradford result is echoing around the planet and not for good.
deportion = deportation (sorry!)

Meanwhile there is some movement among the young radical left in Germany which may, possibly, indicate a wider impending breakup of what David Horowitz of FrontPage magazine called “the Unholy Alliance” of islam and the left. On the far flung battlefront of islamist terrorism, on which the sun never sets, all is so far quiet in the Philippines this week, although it was only two weeks ago that army troops attacked islamist terrorists in the south of the country who had kidnapped Australian Warren Rodwell. Unfortunately, while under attack the “Abu Sayyaf”, a group said to have ties with tied to al-Qaeda and Jemaah Islamiya. smuggled Mr. Rodwell off the island where he was being held and have taken him to a part of Mindanao island.
In Thailand, however, terrorists have been on the offensive this weekend, killing 13 people and injuring perhaps as many as 500 in bomb explosions. No official statement has identified the murders as islamic, but no other brand of terrorists have a record of operating in Thailand. The effect of this religion’s work can be viewed on a clip at: http://edition.cnn.com/2012/04/01/world/asia/thailand-attacks/
Indonesia’s anti-terrorism chief, Ansyaad Mbai, said a French militant is the chief suspect in last week’s blast at Indonesia’s Embassy in Paris. The suspect is Frederic C. Jean Salvi, who allegedly spent several years studying with Islamic militants.
Apart from making widely available in England excellent curries, falafel, cous-cous, and lamb dishes, etc., what particular value do the Labour, Liberal and Conservative parties ascribe to islamic culture, and what particular contribution to the economy do these people make, that islamicists should have been and continue to be encouraged to settle in England in such large numbers?
Would these parties please explain themselves?
Clear Memories 10:51 – Superb post! If the only two parties running were the Tories and the BNP, I would unhesitatingly put my X against the BNP. At least Nick Griffen, misguided as he is about socialism, loves his country. David Co-Moron is not fit to clean out my cats’ litter tray.
AWK – the nom de blog purloiner over on The Speccie puts a full stop after his name. You can’t be too careful …
Clear Memories, did you post on the Spectator site at 12:30 today, or is it someone else?
My God! This is horrifying! There is actually a formal brainwashing organisation, subscribed to by the BBC and others, for hammering “diversity” into the woof and weft of the fabric of Britain. The current Chair is Mark Thompson, D-G of the British Brainwashing Corporation.
They’ve got formal Strategies, Action Plans and Diversity Awards.

Verity, every day it gets worse. Bull sh*t baffles brains!
Spotted the best April Fools day story yet?
Who’da believed it?
Comrade Baroness Ashton has an image problem. (Children wake screaming in the night, mirrors crack under her stare, groundwort and poison ivy shrivel as she traipses past).
Her solution?
The appointment of a £150,000 a year spin doctor to ‘…improve her image and foster better relations with the British Government…”.
Whos the lucky man? The beneficiary of our largesse who will de-sow’s ear this wanna-be silk purse?
Go on, you wanna know don’t you?
Why, none other than than nice policy wonker you all used to saw such horrible things about when he wrote in the other place. Yes, none other than Daniel Korski.
That should help to to “..get on the front foot and become more stategic..”, and Danny boy has a job for life to meet those objectives.
Verity – the BBC don’t just subscribe to CDN; It also supplies the services of the BBC press office to field CDN press enquiries.
From a (fairly brief) flit through their website, I couldn’t find any definition of “diversity”.
It appears to be all about bigging up grievance groups.

Well, it might be April Fool’s day, but it’s after 12:00!!!
Hi Noa, have you got a link for this. If it really isn’t an April Fool then it is the most appalling thing I have rad today, among a lot of appalling things and speaks to the complete corruption of the EU offices, and indeed of journalism. I know we knew this, but this rubs it in our faces.
AWK –
Deportion wasn’t so bad … think: no rations, no TV, no Ipods and then deportation.
Hi Peter
No link. The story is in my paper copy of the Sunday Times.
More from the article; “…Ashton refuses to take any guidance from Whitehall…K’s appt is greeted as “good news” in diplomatic circles…and he is said to have a close relationships with DfID minister Andrew Mitchell…”.

🙂
Joke “baroness” Ashton looks like a creatures that climbs out of the swamp at the full moon.
Dracula was finally subdued because, when making the sign of the cross at a crossroads during a full moon wasn’t effective, they flashed a photo of “baroness” Ashton at him and you could actually hear the whooooosh!!! as he disappeared at speed. (He hasn’t beens spotted since. Have you noticed?)
The sheer, imperious corruption of putting taxpayer money … earned by people who get up, go to work and do real jobs … at the service of improving the “image” of this lump of ambulatory sludge is sickening. Her job is a gift from the corrupt in Brussels. She doesn’t have to win voter approval.
Malfleur writes: “Indonesia’s anti-terrorism chief, Ansyaad Mbai …”.
This caught my eye as Indonesia has by far the world’s largest muslim population. The entire country is, if memory serves, around 200m, and I think around 170m of those are muslims.
Yet the country is a pleasure to live in. They have Pancasila — “one for all” as their national motto. When I first went there, I regarded with a jaundiced eye, on Fridays, the cars parked illegally outside mosques…parked on the pavement, parked in traffic lanes under No Parking signs, double parked, etc. And the normally alert traffic police would sail by on their motorbykes with nary a blink.
“Hmmmmmm,” I thought.
Then I notice that the same situation applied outside churches on Sundays. Again, the traffic police sailed by unseeing. Same thing outside Chinese temples when something was going on.
Otherwise, law and order are very well observed. There is just this religious tolerance, which doesn’t bother anyone. And everyone mixes around very amiably.
I always thought it was good form for April fool spoof stories to contain some clue in their text that it was a joke (apart from the sheer improbability of it).
I can’t decide if the Korski-Ashton story is all that improbable, though I haven’t seen any references elsewhere. Likewise the news that the govt will give itself the power to monitor all phone calls, emails and website visits.
If this a wind-up, the MSM all seem to have swallowed it.
Verity 18.24pm “…Whoooosh…Dracula not seen since…” LoL!!!
Frank Sutton 18.37pm- Today seems a very good day indeed to tell bad news.
Verity –
Stop going on and on and on about her ugly looks. You are born as you are, very tall or very short or very ugly. You don’t have any control of that in your life. Fat and thin is a choice of how much you eat. My mother used to call ugly people, men and women – “plain”! Nicer, yes?
Why cannot they (C and D) just sack her?
Who’s a Fool today, who’s not…
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/9178949/April-Fools-Day-todays-best-stories.html
That Ashton-Korski story appeared in the WSJ on March 20 http://blogs.wsj.com/brussels/2012/03/20/will-new-hire-help-eus-ashton/
So it’s a taken a while for the UK MSM to catch up.
Frank Sutton – they were scared to print it.
Jennifer, I don’t give a monkey crap what your mother used to call ugly people and cannot imagine why you thought I might be interested or, even more egotistical, taking a lesson from your mother.
That Ashton is so very unappealing to look at tells us that she is either a) an egotist who thinks her looks don’t matter because she combines great knowledge and good works with a lively and entertaining personality or b) too stupid to know ugly when she looks in the mirror.
I am baffled that you think a literate stranger with a fair amount of knowledge of the world would be interested in taking lessons in English usage from your mother.
As they say in Spanish, raro.
Jennifer.
It’s Lady Ashton that acknowledges she has an image problem and we EU peons may still, just, freely speculate on what that problem with her image is and whether the expensively applied Gospodin Korski is the best cosmetic to cover the cracks in it.
Jennifer, I see you’ve earned a snort of disdain from Verity – a badge of distinction among some people, I believe.
Whatever Ashton’s failings may be, stupidity isn’t one of them. She is the supreme quangocrat, gifted at the art of climbing the greasy pole (and at avoiding the risk of featuring in one her husband’s greasy polls, since she has never sought election).
Competence at the job she occupies doesn’t come into it.
“……….So it’s a taken a while for the UK MSM to catch up”
Frank Sutton.
The MSM are the enemies of civilisation.
Lying mediocre swine it is whom it is hard to describe without swearing.
Here’s another little something they overlooked.
Did you know Pepsi used aborted babies in ‘flavor research’?
I didn’t.
“Obama agency rules Pepsi use of cells derived from aborted fetus ‘ordinary business’
BY JOHN-HENRY WESTEN
Mon Mar 05, 2012 09:49 ESTComments (379)Tags: Aborted Embryos, Fetal Cell Lines, Pepsi
LARGO, FL, March 5, 2012 (LifeSiteNews.com) – The Pepsi Company, which is set to release the new product Pepsi Next in the coming weeks, is facing a more robust boycott as pro-life activists protest the company use of cells derived from an aborted fetus in flavor-enhancing research. But Pepsi has succeeded, with help from the Obama Administration, in keeping its controversial operations from consideration by its shareholders.
In a decision delivered Feb 28th, President Obama’s Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) ruled that PepsiCo’s use of cells derived from aborted fetal remains in their research and development agreement with Senomyx to produce flavor enhancers falls under “ordinary business operations.”
Great to know Obama is sticking up for the right to drink aborted babies tissue.
Some people just don’t appreciate just how important flavor is in a fizzy drink.
Why should Pepsi allow their shareholders to consider the issue?
Obama. What next?
Frank Sutton … While the image of “Lady” Ashton kneeing her way up “the greasy pole” is one I would prefer hadn’t been put into my head, at least it sinks without trace the suburban niceties of Jennifer’s mother.
John Richardson, who is John-Henry Westen and what is LifeSite News? I don’t think anyone in the MSM would refer to “President Obama’s Security and Exchange Commission ruled …”. Is John-Henry Westen a nomme de guerre of Hussain Obama?
John Richardson
Thanks for that. And so it’s all hands to the pump at Pepsi to try and catch up with their deadly rivals at Coca Cola…

Hi Verity.

Closer to home, I’ve just had a brief conversation with a French Primary School Teacher. I was writing (at some length as someone observed) about the deliberate destruction of education on the last wall.
You may recall that I cite ‘inclusion’ as the worst thing that ever happen to state education….and that’s in a very crowded field….
Well, it transpires that in France they have the same policy, with the same obvious problems. Seems the policy was introduced at the same time as well.
What a coincidence!
Yet, all this time I was blaming new labor.
Silly me. It was an international policy.
Now, who could be behind it?
Gimme a ‘N’, gimme a ‘W’, gimme a…..

This CDN caper has got to be a spoof, surely. (I know .. I know, don’t call me Shirley.)
Note that one of the cohort companies involved is shown as the “Shine Group”. As I’m sure you know ‘shine’ is a derogatory term used by Mafia initiates when the refer to negroes (from shoe-shine boy).
I’m surprised that the spoof didn’t include “Nigga Networks” but I suppose that would have been a bit obvious.
The double-whammy news of GG getting another seat in parliament and Dan Krapski landing a £150k socialist sinecure job in the in Europe in the male seraglio of Babs Ashtray means that I died in my sleep last night – and this is my first day in purgatory.
Okay PfM – you win! This is my message from the other side. I realise I can’t get back, but the rest of you – be warned! Moreover there was nothing I did in my lifetime that deserved that level of cruel and unusual punishment.
I suppose referring to The Most Reverend Rowan Williams, 104th Archbishop of Canterbury, as “that sheep-shagging druid, Archie Cuntsbury” may have had something to do with it; so Wailing Wallers – watch your words. Apparently He (or She as you ladies would have us believe) is monitoring this platform.
Vengeful old Sod – or Cow – as the case may be!
Well I tend to have a similarly low view of the AoC’s performance, and I do think he has managed to preside over the end of the failed experiment. I don’t believe in Purgatory, but if I were a Catholic then there would need to be some remedial prospect in your current state. I am not sure there is, it seems rather a foretaste of Hell than an experience of Purgatory. It seems to me that we must rather look for the great and terrible Day of the Lord when He will sweep away all that is evil in the world.
Politically, I think that all of these events are piling on the pressure and we are approaching the end game of something or other. There is always a chance for an English Spring, but it may be costly. Are those of us who are a little younger willing to pay the cost?
To some extent we are all to blame for George Galloway. We (our wider society) didn’t stand up for England as long as we were getting bread and circuses. We were afraid, and greedy and selfish. Now we must be brave, and sacrifice much and be selfless. This is how I have thought the end of things would begin in England for about 25 years. I always thought that the end would be perpetrated by grey faceless and nameless men and women. And so it is.
A story…pass the port please whilst I begin…
While visiting the United Kingdom , Winnie Mandela was invited to a cocktail party which was also to be attended by Margaret Thatcher.
When Winnie saw the ex-prime minister on the other side of the room, she barged past everyone, spilling the drinks of several invited guests on the way.
Winnie elbowed her way to Maggie, stood brazenly in front of her and declared,
“I hear they call you the Iron Lady!”
“I have been referred to by that name, yes,” replied Maggie, peering down her nose at this impudent upstart.
“And whom, may I enquire, do I have the honour of addressing?” asked Maggie icily.
“I am the iron lady of South Africa !” bragged Winnie, waving her fist in the air.
“Oh, yes,” replied Maggie dryly. “And for whom do you iron?”
A Canadian female libertarian wrote a lot of letters to the Canadian government, complaining about the treatment of captive insurgents (terrorists) being held in Afghanistan National Correctional System facilities. She demanded a response to her letter correspondence, She received back the following reply:
National Defense Headquarters
M Gen George R.
Pearkes Bldg.,
15 NT 101 Colonel By Drive
Ottawa, ON K1A 0K2
Canada
Dear Concerned Citizen,
Thank you for your recent letter expressing your profound concern of treatment of the Taliban and Al Qaeda terrorists captured by Canadian Forces who were subsequently transferred to the Afghanistan Government and are currently being held by Afghan officials in Afghanistan National Correctional System facilities.
Our administration takes these matters seriously and your opinions were heard loud and clear here in Ottawa. You will be pleased to learn, thanks to the concerns of citizens like yourself, we are creating a new department here at the Department of National Defense, to be called ‘Liberals Accept Responsibility for Killers’ program, or L.A.R.K. for short.
In accordance with the guidelines of this new program, we have decided to divert one terrorist and place him in your personal care. Your personal detainee has been selected and is scheduled for transportation under heavily armed guard to your residence in Toronto next Monday. Ali Mohammed Ahmed bin Mahmud (you can just call him Ahmed) is to be cared for pursuant to the standards you personally demanded in your letter of complaint!
It will likely be necessary for you to hire some assistant caretakers. We will conduct weekly inspections to ensure that your standards of care for Ahmed are commensurate with those you so strongly recommended in your letter. Although Ahmed is a sociopath and extremely violent, we hope that your sensitivity to what you described as his ‘attitudinal problem’ will help him overcome these character flaws. Perhaps you are correct in describing these problems as mere cultural differences.
We understand that you plan to offer counseling and home schooling. Your adopted terrorist is extremely proficient in hand-to-hand combat and can extinguish human life with such simple items as a pencil or nail clippers. We advise that you do not
ask him to demonstrate these skills at your next yoga group.
Please advise any Jewish friends, neighbours or relatives about your house guest, as he might get agitated or even violent, but we are sure you can reason with him. He is also expert at making a wide variety of explosive devices from common household
products, so you may wish to keep those items locked up, unless (in your opinion) this might offend him.
Ahmed will not wish to interact with you or your daughters (except sexually) since he views females as a subhuman form of property thereby having no rights, including refusal of his sexual demands. This is a particularly sensitive subject for him and he has been known to show violent tendencies around women who fail to comply with the new dress code that he will “recommend” as more appropriate attire. I’m sure you will come to enjoy the anonymity offered by the burka over time.
Just remember that it is all part of ‘respecting his culture and religious beliefs’ as described in your letter.
Thanks again for your concern.
We truly appreciate it when folks like you keep us informed of the proper way to do our job and care for our fellow man. You take good care of Ahmed and remember we’ll be watching.
Good luck and God bless you.
Cordially,
Gordon O’Connor

The aborted baby foetuses used by Pepsi in its ‘flavor research’ referred to by John Richardson at 21.08 may have been acquired from among those who, when living, did not pass the Verity looks test.
Fortunately, I am strikingly handsome and so she always agrees with my posts.
To the various posters, the Speccie post was not me. I have complained.
“This is a posting from a clone using my web name with the addition of a ‘.’
I have ceased posting on your site and would be pleased if you would block all posts purporting to arise from Clear Memories.”
Whether it will do any good remains to be seen.
The point the imposter makes, while no doubt aimed at me, only enhances my ongoing gripe with Maris – there is no way on earth you can postulate immigration did good for the indigenous Australians.
Indeed, it could be reasonably argued that the cruelest thing inflicted upon them was to leave any living into this modern world for which they are singularly ill-equipped.
What fate for the white British?
Latest from my Naughty Niece tonight: a pop at two types of intermediaries:
> On their way to get married, a young Catholic couple was involved in a fatal car accident. The couple found themselves sitting outside the Pearly Gates waiting for St. Peter to process them into Heaven. While waiting they began to wonder; could they possibly get married in Heaven?
When St. Peter arrived, they asked him if they could get married in Heaven.
St. Peter said, “I don’t know. This is the first time anyone has asked. Let me go find out,” and he left.
The couple sat and waited for an answer…. for a couple of months.
While they waited, they discussed the pros and cons. If they were allowed to get married in Heaven, should they get married, what with the eternal aspect of it all? “What if it doesn’t work? Are we stuck in Heaven together forever?”
Another month passed. St. Peter finally returned, looking somewhat bedraggled.
“Yes,” he informed the couple, “You can get married in Heaven.”
“Great!” said the couple. “But we were just wondering; what if things don’t work out? Could we also get a divorce in Heaven?”
St. Peter, red-faced with anger, slammed his clipboard on the ground.
“What’s wrong?” asked the frightened couple
“OH, COME ON!” St. Peter shouted. “It took me 3 months to find a priest up here! Do you have ANY idea how long it’ll take to find a lawyer?” <
Thought that was worth another week in purgatory – WTF?

Reminds one of the day Evans the Engineer rolled up at the Pearly Gates late on a Friday. St. Peter checks the book and advises he is not in it. After much protestation that he’d lived a good life, St.P. promised to check with records but couldn’t do that until Monday morning and (unlike the UK) he couldn’t let him in until it was clearly ascertained he belonged. A weekend in purgatory for him.
On Monday AM, it turns out Evans was a good man and, indeed, it was all a clerical error and he was welcome in heaven. St. P. rings up the Devil and requests the return of Evans the Engineer.
“F**k off” says Nick, we’re keeping him.
“You can’t, he’s one of ours, send him back”
“Bollox” says Nick “He’s got the boilers under control, the air conditioning is working and the place is almost liveable. And he’s only been here 2 days.”
“Come on Nick, send him back or I’ll have to sue” says St.P.
“Cobblers” says Nick “Where you gonna find a lawyer up there?”
Mr. John Hawkins, the British Ambassador to Qatar, spoke quite correctly when he referred to “my ministers” in his statement quoted in the Gulf Times today: “I do think that my ministers do see it [Qatar/UK] as one of the most strategically important relationships in the region now”. I have noticed by contrast, and have commented accordingly, that Mr. David Cameron has taken to referring in the House of Commons to “my government”. Perhaps he picked up the habit from Gordon Brown, perhaps he used it in the sense of the man-in-the-street” when he says to anyone who will listen “my government stinks of corruption!”, or perhaps he just has not studied our constitution and is ignorant of the concept of the Queen-in-Parliament-under-God, or….
Be that as it may, there is a report in the Daily Telegraph that Mr. Cameron “must make major changes in the way he runs his [sic] Government and his party to reconnect with voters and retain public confidence”.
Pete Hoskin in his blog at the Spectator, Everyone’s a Loser, asks “Have the opinion polls ever looked more discouraging, overall, for the Tories during this government? Not that I can remember, although I’m happy to be corrected”. I took up his challenge and posted a comment there that the Old Wall was the Spectator’s and the Conservative Party’s canary in the mine, had they but chosen to take due note of the bird’s state of heath; but instead the people at the Spectator chose to shoot it.
What major changes though can be recommended that Mr. Cameron make which might reverse this trend? Well, first off, I would suggest that he appoint himself Ambassador to Syria, or if he is not yet looking for more time with his family and to write his memoirs, then to appoint himself as Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the Somali Republic in place of Mr. Matt Baugh, who’s last registered activity was the celebration of International Women’s Day on 12th March.
Notwithstanding, or perhaps because of, the induction of large numbers of highly educated and multi-skilled cutting edge Somalians into England to reinvigorate our economy and enliven our culture, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, more familiar here perhaps as the Camel Corps, has prudently sited the Embassy to Somalia in Nairobi, which alert minds here will notice is in another country altogether.
If Mr. Cameron were to post himself there as his last act as prime minister (after first obtaining Her Majesty’s consent of course),he would not only rarely have to visit Mogadishu from which city increasing numbers of our finest citizens are drawn, but it might be seen as a symbolic act of sacrifice in pouring “cold water” on his ambitions to wreck the United Kingdom. A grateful government might allow him back into the country again to pursue his career as a public relations spiv or placeman of the EU.
As Mr. Cameron said at the London Conference on Somalia on 24th February, and which words as prime minister he might more usefully have addressed with some slight change in the wording to the British people,”“let’s make this conference the turning point in helping the Somali people to reclaim their country and with that achieve greater stability and prosperity for Somalia, the region and the world”.
Wallers may like to recommend other “major changes” which Mr. Cameron might effect in the running of the government before his departure for Mogadishu, oh sorry – Nairobi.
Malfleur – Outstanding! Applause!
Do you know the three toms who are advertising on the top of this thread, Peter?
Or are they just muscling in on the action?
Now the dust is starting to settle over the Galloway result, the 600 or so dummies sitting in Westminster might want to take stock, rather than bury their heads in the sand.
Firstly, it is being reported as a triumph for Asian youth. Utterly untrue and typical of the continual ‘false steer’ from the Dead Tree Press and the Biased Bollux Corp. This was a Muslim triumph, in the same way as Asians as a race don’t groom little girls, only the Muslim sort. This was a combination of disaffected youth and their elders coming together to effect a political change in their own, narrow favour.
The number of Muslims (and useful idiots who will vote with them) is relatively small as a % of the overall population, but they are concentrated in small-ish geographic areas. Now the genie is out of the bottle, so to speak, and they have realised they can take power by working together. Unless Westminster takes stock of the situation, especially the abuse of the postal voting system, expect to see cities like London, Birmingham, Leicester and a swathe around Manchester and Leeds fall under the political control of the intolerant sons of the desert.
Consider what that will mean for residents, especially non-Muslims. The excesses of the extreme left in the 70s and 80’s will be as nothing.
Consider just a few possibilities – the call to prayer amplified across the town five times a day. Complain and the Muslim-run council will ensure the local hot-headed youths know your name and address. Cars parked where they will, of course the Council won’t enforce parking controls within walking distance of a mosque – except if you are parked outside your own house limiting their access to the brain-washing station. And, of course, during Ramadan, all traffic laws are suspended so they can break the fast as quickly as possible. Plus Council offices only open for limited hours during the month of murder. Plus every cafe, chip shop and other food outlet forced to close between sunrise and sunset, together with a local bye-law forbidding the consumption of food or drink during Ramadan. All these happen in Muslim countries now.
Fancy a pint? Well who will be issuing the drinking licences? Bacon sandwich – forget it, only Halal food permitted to be sold and, of course, they’ll control the Environmental Health departments and food safety inspections, so you can expect the large supermarkets to find the boot is very much on the other foot as they are closed whilst filthy little corner shops thrive.
Of course, all us so-called homophobes will be happy – no more rainbow flags or gay pride marches. No Gays, Lesbian and Trans-sexual workshops, just a nice new platform on top of the town hall so they can be flung off the high places.
How long before the LA Education Authorities start interfering with the curriculum – you can forget any teaching about the holocaust, that’s obvious, but what about the backtracking that will take place on slavery? After all, its sanctioned in the Koran. How long will they have the reins before schoolgirls start having acid thrown in their faces?
How will these swarming aliens address our traditional celebrations? Will Council funds be spent on Nativity displays, Easter celebrations? And what will happen on Remembrance Day?
Imagine, if you will, as Muslim-controlled Councils really pick-up their game. Churches and Cathedrals at best harassed, at worst fire-bombed. Non-Muslims driven first from those areas where their presence might impact on the Muslim block vote and then out of the towns entirely. Where will it end?
Fanciful? I think not. I have lived and worked amongst these mindless idiots and every single thing I’ve suggested currently exists in Muslim countries. Even the major supermarkets forced to close. In Qatar, Carrefour was closed down because its chill display was a degree or so too warm, yet the fly-blown shitholes on every street corner operate in a miasma of dust and flies. And definitely no planning permission for Tesco – well, who founded it?
Galloways victory is possibly the last clarion call to the British to wake up and take their Country back. If not, this can only end in blood and tears.
Frank P @ 01.14 – and @ 01.24
Yes, he’s good, isn’t he! Gives a new meaning to “turn on the computer and boot up”. I would not say however that donors only expect to break bread with Mr. Cameron; they expect to influence policy. Whether that is realistic or not, I don’t know. It does reinforce the public’s suspicion though that Westminster is a rotten borough.
Been reading the Inspector Gadget blog (for those with the stomach http://inspectorgadget.wordpress.com/ )
What a whining dick! Endless complaints about job cuts and all the things we poor citizens know all too well about crime and just have to suffer.
But one point, repeated ad nauseum really struck home – his constant moaning about being expected to do the job virtually unarmed.
Well excuse me, pisspoor Plod, but the rest of us have to live our lives unarmed because of your political masters. If we had firearms and the right to carry concealed weapons, along the lines of Canada and the USA, plus the right to defend our property, you really could sit in your cars with fuckall to do, rather than doing fuckall!
Every nation that has the right to bear arms and a trained citizenry has lower crime levels. And don’t bother arguing, the statistics speak for themselves. US States that have either adopted or been forced to adopt concealed weapons legislation have seen significant drops in the levels of crime (after significant drops by dead perps. until they got the message)
Only governments afraid of their citizenry are afraid of weaponry – thats why the lefties are anti-gun, except in the hands of their stormtroopers, the frustrated Rambos that make up the UK Police Farce.
This Boot chap is excellent. I shall try to work ‘spivocracy’ into relevant conversations.

I’m not sure whether anyone posted a link late last week to this Evening Standard piece, but Nipal Dhaliwal’s robust and clinical dissection of the silence and hypocrisy of London’s black community on the casual brutality of its hooded, benighted and beNiked progeny seems to have caused collective apoplexy among those commenting.
http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/comment/where-is-the-black-outrage-over-thushas-shooting-7599847.html
Austin, good piece by Dhaliwal, and the comments are very illuminating. They don’t like it up ’em.
“…..silence and hypocrisy of London’s black community….”
There is no such ‘community’ of course; but I know what you mean.
“…on the casual brutality of its hooded, benighted and beNiked progeny..”

They are the progeny of the Welfare State and the liberal ‘criminal justice’ regime. Oh, and open borders mustn’t forget that.
I thought the whole point of that child’s shooting was that the scum responsible had been arrested and released time and time again.
I though it was ‘a given’ that any decent person knew that ‘the shooter’ should have been in jail for years for all the previous crimes he had been convicted of.
Instead he had been repeatedly ‘spared jail’ in that disgusting MSM phrase.
Any ‘outrage’ would be about as useful as white working class ‘outrage’ at that woman up the road with seven wild and unhappy kids by seven different blokes and a massive house and a new car and a flat screen tv and……..
The Agenda doesn’t give a toss if anyone is ‘outraged’ or not.
However, it would prove useful to the cause of social chaos if people indulged in blaming the wrong non-existent ‘community’.

I note with interest (and admiration) that he failed to use the hackneyed examplar of institutionalised corruption, Sir Robert Walpole, ( later 1st Earl of Orford, KG, KB, PC (26 August 1676 – 18 March 1745) the first political occupier of No.10 Downing Street and also the erstwhile occupier of a stately pile hereabouts, Houghton Hall, which I occasionally use to stretch my legs when I need to remind myself of the past glories of our country and ancestors. Though Sir Robert didn’t invent political corruption, he certainly perfected it to a high art:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Walpole
His alleged original mantra “Every man has his price” most certainly expresses the general rule applied by most of his successors in No.10 since.
I thoroughly recommend a visit to Houghton Hall; and if you decide to do it, make sure that when you had the guided tour of the house and gardens, you walk from the house down to the ha-ha and back. An exquisite pleasure that’s worth the entry fee.
PS The above recommendation would not apply to socialists.
Excellent ES article and the comments prove two things that we all know
(i) Blacks can do no wrong in the guilt-tinted eyes of certain liberal whites and
(ii) those whites and the blacks cannot face up to the truth.
Until that section of the white population stop trying to somehow atone for what they perceive as the sins of colonialism and open their eyes to the truth – that many blacks are belligerent for no good reason and predisposed to problem solution by violence, issues covered in the article will never resolve themselves.
I often go up to King’s Lynn for Church events. I’ll try to make sure I leave time to visit Houghton Hall in the nicer weather.

Clear Memories 3:39 … Good post. You refer to the abuse of the postal voting system, but more abusive and more dangerous still is, why the hell are non-citizens given the same privilege … voting on the future of the country
… as the citizen-owners of the country? This doesn’t happen anywhere else and it is toxic and evil. Non-citizens being allowed a vote on the governance of the country is lunacy and must be stopped.
Clear Memories 7:43 … re arms. As they say in Texas, “An armed society is a polite society” … meaning, you never know when someone is having a bad day and may lose his temper if you let the bank door swing into his face. So you remember to hold the door open. In Texas, all the convenience stores have guns under the counter.
John Richardson … “‘the shooter’ should have been in jail for years for all the previous crimes he had been convicted of. ” The shooter should have had a lethal injection – or been hanged – years ago. To get rid of the fleas, you have to use flea spray.
Just glanced at the the Telegraph’s comment web page – the top four items all get the knives out for Cameron and the coalition ‘leaders’.
Could this be an orchestrated campaign?!
I have added these three blogs. You need to remind me of things or I WILL forget. Especially if there are a lot of posts I tend to skim read and enjoy, but often it will be on my phone and I can’t easily add links etc, so I will not always remember.
We need to try and get our own site added to these blogs. If people are regularly using other blogs, especially ones that we have added to our blogroll, then do try and ask to have the Coffee House Wall added to theirs.
John Richardson … “I thought the whole point of that child’s shooting was that the scum responsible had been arrested and released time and time again.”
If the justice system won’t do the job they are being paid to do, time for freelancers to do it.
Clear Memories, the French can own guns, as well. No big deal. A lot of people in my village had guns. What about the Aussies? I wonder if they can own guns.
In Britain, it’s a lefty control thing. What is baffling is, why are non-citizens accorded the vote in Britain? Is there any other country on the planet so insane? Obviously, it’s a lefty control thing .. the welfare receiving immigrants are going to vote for them. Take the vote away from non-citizens! It is lunacy to accord strangers, who do not have your, or your country’s welfare at heart, a vote on how the genuine citizens are governed. It is insanity. Which party brought this in?
Also, postal votes are for the genuinely infirm or those who will be out of the country at the time of the election. They are not for neighbourhood bins (Arab for uncle and English for rubbish recipients … take your choice) to organise and stuff the ballot boxes with en masse.
You’ve got to get a grip on these islamic invaders for allah and stop paying for your own conquest by giving them homes and welfare and free medical care.

‘Yes’ annnnd ‘No’.
The trouble is that we have an ‘out of control’ criminal state.
It is the state that is importing and nurturing the destructive elements in society.
As we know, the state will protect violent burglars. The state protects pedophiles and alleged terrorists. The state is merciless whenever the innocent attempt to protect themselves or their children.
It is at least possible that the state is allowing the current situation (no justice via the courts) to facilitate the ‘crimanlisation’ of wider society. If so, then direct action is what the state is attempting to provoke.
Thus any ‘freelancers’ may be doing the bidding of the state by identifying themselves as ‘worthy of attention’. Their actions would make no difference to crime.
A solution would be to publicise the activities of the courts as much as possible with all concomitant information about re offending.
This would focus attention on the cause of the problem; the degenerate state and not any illusionary constituent ‘community’.
When conservatives read the word ‘community’ THEY should reach for their pistols.
It was reasonable 100 years ago or so that members of the British Empire who were eligible to vote should be eligible to vote in British elections, since there was an intended sense of being one British Empire. This did not of course mean that all the population of the Imperial dominions was eligible to vote. Indeed it was not even the case that all the citizens of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland were eligible to vote.
Even in the early to mid 20th century there was not a problem since immigration rates were very low, and there was still a sense of Empire.
The problem has become pronounced in recent times because while the Imperial domains have chosen to become independent, with varying degrees of success, and have set their own boundaries for the franchise – naturally excluding non-citizens – successive Governments, including the last one, (and also this present one were it to come to a vote) have entrenched the provisions which made some sense in a time of Empire, but make no sense at all in a time of independent nation states, many of whom are antagonistic to the UK.
This is why the entire population of India, Pakistan and Bangladesh are able to vote in UK elections. All that is required is permission to be resident. There is no citizenship required at all. You arrive on holiday, you register to vote, you go home and can vote by postal vote to elect George Galloway.
Indeed IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO BE A BRITISH CITIZEN TO BECOME AN MP OR EVEN THE PRIME MINISTER
I wrote it is capitals because it is so appalling. We could imagine a coalition in which a Pakistani, who arrived a month or so before the election, became Prime Minister, or Minister for Spying on the British People. Why was this situation enshrined in the latest Electoral Law when it could have been reformed? Surely because the aim of our political elite is to create societal tension, breakdown and fragmentation. It will do many of us white English folk good to have an MP who need not be a British citizen and need not speak English.
As our resident ladies show a fervent interest in the haute couture of the wives of politicians I offer this for their delectation:

“Surely because the aim of our political elite is to create societal tension, breakdown and fragmentation.”
P. from M. 15:48
Yes.
A ‘policy of tension’ has been followed for years now.
They wish to cause the annihilation of any dominant , settled civilised culture. These would include German, French, Dutch, American , Scandinavian it makes no difference.
Naturally, Christianity would be an important target as Christianity provides the glue that binds together different cultures into our civilisation.
This is what our age ‘is about’. This is our war.
The rest, be it ‘party politics’, the criminal justice system or the mass immigration program; are all small elements in this war.
The other day someone explained that he held ‘culture’ to be superior to ‘the law’ as the one must precede the other (via mores).
If he is correct then ‘multiculturalism’ was a bigger danger than the ECHR and all the self aware ‘multiculturalists’ did more damage than Adolf.
John Richardson

Yes, vide Gramsci’s prison notes, the blueprint (albeit now faded and overlaid by the emended adaptations of other plagiarists and revisionists), prescient of today’s counter-culture hegemony (Antonio’s phrase). And bear in mind that the every single member of today’s political elite was infected via academia by the virulent leftist tosh that comprises the PPE curriculum. The so-called “Leader of HM Opposition” inherited the germ from two generations of the Y chromosome and also from his Mother’s milk (supposing she breast fed the Milibrats – if not I’m sure she added some Gramsci powder to the bottle mix).
It’s too late – the nation is in the grip of these pestilent bastards and there is NO leader among the political class that could drum up a tidal wave of ‘electoral revolution’. Methodology, determination and charisma? Name one who possesses one of those prerequisites, let alone a perm of all three ?
When only the ilk of Galloway are capable defeating the status quo and with treasonous rhetoric to boot, it is surely obvious that we are done for as a nation state, as my parents’ and my generation knew it, anyway.

April 2nd, 2012 – 16:47
Hi.
As you know (?) I do not identify ‘the left’ as being the root cause of our problems at all.
I see that as the front porch of the issue.
Instead I identify the ‘left/right’ battle itself as clearly a major element in our
war.
The fact is that one reason the ‘left’ have proven to be so dangerous in recent years is that they assume a ‘right wing’ domination in all around them.
This is why we have soooo many grey haired revolutionaries in our Universities for example; fighting ‘the authority’ long after that authority turned and ran and joined the opposition and turned in their own grandmother…..
You must have laughed to hear these micro revolutionaries in everyday life? Some still even call the BBC ‘establishment’ and mean it in a upper class type landed gentry way. Bizarre.
Look at how they use the term ‘toffs’ about Cameron & co when no-one outside Westminster gives a toss that they went to a more elite public school than the Lab MP or the journalist reporting.
You are correct in that every single member of today’s political elite is infected (still, they also remain personally very greedy).
Yet the original ‘Policy of Tension’ was actually launched by the ultra right Italian Secret Service against ‘the left’.
They posed as one thing to destabalise opposition and effect a covert aim.
On reflection; the fact that every one of our political class are ‘progressive liberals’ could be taken to confirm my view; that they are not the originators of the creeds they espouse.
They also think homosexuality is normal.
They also think taking money from working people & handing it to parasites is decent.
They also bow down before foreign cults in fear.
So, why accept that these rabble actually BELIEVE in anything at all?
Surly Mr P., it makes a lot more sense that they have recently adopted the prevailing orthodox as that required the least intellectual effort on their part and afforded the best chance to steal the most money. From us.
The number who honestly truly believe in ‘multiculturalism’ for example will be tiny.
It’s a ploy not a policy.
Regards.
“It’s a ploy, not a policy”.
But surely the structure is now in place and ploy and policy become as one as the apparatchiks have their hands on the levers. The fact that greed and lust for ‘power’ per se is what the shill politicians are after is irrelevant. And the counter culture warriors don’t really think that ‘sodomy is normal’, they want to persuade hoi polloi that it is, because it undermines the basic building block of a sane society – the family, id est mother, father and the fruits of their loins and so on ad infinitum. That concept is well and truly fucked now because I fear the majority of the electorate and their immature offspring no longer hold this to be the norm. I know we often accuse the BBC of rigged audiences on QT, but I’m now of the opinion that they don’t need to rig the audiences – what you see is now of a Thursday night at 10.30pm in the audience is a cross-section of our ‘society’, and what you see on the panel is a selection of useful idiots, chaired by a cynical shit-bag who in a state of ennui takes the piss out of both sides for a lark. I’m afraid and I include some friends in that description. As for your penultimate sentence – “The number who honestly truly believe in ‘multiculturalism’ for example will be tiny.” – the number of the people you refer to who HONESTLY believe in ANYTHING, is zero.
An excellent article by Abhijit Pandya in the Daily Mail highlights the abject appeasement by the mainstream parties to the Black and Muslim Vote and the organisations busily encouraging such communities to vote along racial and religious lines.
“…The result is non-monetary corruption on a grand scale, as the main political parties try to buy off these block votes with increasingly craven tactics…
In one extraordinary episode in Leicester, Labour MP Keith Vaz shipped up radical Islamist mayor Luftar Rahman from Tower Hamlets, a man so extreme he had been banned from the Labour party, in order to whip up Islamic support and get out the Muslim vote on polling day.
Labour tried these tactics again in Bradford West, selecting Imran Hussein as its candidate, and expecting the ‘community’ to vote en masse for him…”
If you want an understanding of the forces and agendas at play here have a look at the websites of the two organisations he mentions. (links below). Unsurprisingly perhaps, there is little mention of where their funding originates; Riyadh perhaps?
The question is; what happens in the future?
Peter from Maidstone has already highlighted the democratic deficit in our electoral system. Don’t expect it to be addressed by the current boundary reforms or anytime soon. Mainstream politicians don’t do root and branch reform; the capital expended is not worth the return for them. Imagine the abuse and loss of current marginal votes if those godfather block and postal votes are rescinded.
So the main parties will continue their minority interest appeasement to our general detriment. But now of course the extremist cat is out of the bag, so also expect a growth of Respec’ islamo-fascist MPs. Up to 25 of them. In the likely event of a hung Parliament, with the Lib-Dems wiped out, access to the levers of government will go to the party conceding the most to their truly appalling agenda.
And the appalling Respect MPs should be seen as no more than a transition towards their replacement with Pakistani and Indian ‘heritage’ MPs’ who front organisations with radical Islamic fundamentalists like Muslims against Crusades. They are after all kuffers and will be replaced when their usefulness is over.
Will this be countered by a similar offsetting growth of indigenously supported parties? In this context one thinks primarily of UKIP, but also the BNP and EDL. Support for UKIP is growing, but it is unlikely to win many seats, if any. Growth in support for UKIP will have the effect of weakening the vote for the Conservative MP base, but without the benefit of winning seats; at least not without a rapid growth in nationalist politics which we have yet to experience.
This leads to the question, will CPHQ and UKIP agree not to fight seats where a split vote would see the return of the likes of Balls or Galloway? It’s probably far too early to say with over two years to go before the next election. To contemplate such realpolitik would damage both the Conservatives and UKIP. It would certainly result in the immediate exit of the Conservative wets, including Cameron and Co.
But, if pre-election Polls continue to show what will be the extinction of the Conservative party in its present form, together with an unholy alliance of neo-Marxism and Islam; surely we have every right to demand that the Conservatives and UKIP forge an alliance to prevent the destruction not merely of the Tories, but Parliamentary democracy itself.
In such circumstances CP HQ should consider the ceding of 25 seats to UKIP, together with a fundament shift to the Right within its own ranks, to be a price well worth paying for both national and party survival.

Also Verity, you might be interested in this.
I so am glad I found this quote because I read it years & years ago but lost the book it was inside & found it hard to track down.
“From the days of Spartacus [Adam] Weishaupt … to those of Karl Marx, to those of Trotsky, Bella Kuhn, Rose Luxembourg, and Emma Goldman, this world-wide conspiracy has been steadily growing. It has been the mainspring of every subversive movement during the 19th century; and now at last, this band of extraordinary personalities from the underworld of the great cities of Europe and America have gripped the Russian people by the hair of their heads and have become practically undisputed masters of that enormous empire.”
Winston Churchill
February 18th, 1920 issue of the London Illustrated Sunday Herald.
These.”…..extraordinary personalities from the underworld of the great cities of Europe and America….” are very well connected and very well funded.
They are not actually ‘left wing’ in the accepted British sense of the term.
Instead, they define their revolution as a ‘revolution against the accepted order’; thus they wish to destroy the Church/family/gender identity/nation/culture etc etc etc.
They do not wish to make the human race left wing.
Instead ,they wish to create a whole new human race. This is why they promulgate revolutions. They can be deeply racist social elitists (HG Wells). They can also loath their own country and despise valor/integrity for example.
However, in a democratic political environment they must always adopt the language of ‘democratic popular equality’. They and their apologists always do.
He is an example.
‘About.com womens history’ says this about Margaret Sanger.
“In her work with poor women on the Lower East Side of New York, she was aware of the effects of unplanned and unwelcome pregnancies. Her mother’s health had suffered as she bore eleven children. She came to believe in the importance to women’s lives and women’s health of the availability of birth control, a term which she’s credited with inventing.
In 1912, Sanger gave up nursing work to dedicate herself to the distribution of birth control information…..”
What a lovely selfless woman. Hillary Clinton compared her very favorably with Thomas Jefferson.
Indeed,
‘Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is set to receive the highest award given by Planned Parenthood Federation of America — the Margaret Sanger Award, named for the organization’s founder, a noted eugenicist. The award will be presented at a gala event in Houston, Texas this evening. Co-hosting the event will be America Ferreira, the lead on the “Ugly Betty” television show, and PPFA President Cecile Richards.
However, in her own words, in ‘The Morality of Birth Control’ a speech delivered 18 November 1921, Park Theater, NY; what Sanger actually said was….
“The third [in number of category] are those irresponsible and reckless ones having little regard for the consequence of their acts, or whose religious scruples prevent their exercising control over their numbers. Many of this group are diseased, feeble-minded, and are of the pauper element dependent entirely upon the normal and fit members of society for their support. There is no doubt in the minds of all thinking people that the procreation of this group should be stopped. For if they are not able to support and care for themselves, they should certainly not be allowed to bring offspring into this world for others to look after. We do not believe that filling the earth with misery, poverty and disease is moral. And it is our desire and intention to carry on our crusade until the perpetuation of such conditions has ceased.”
Bill gates mother was a big wheel in Planned Parenthood.
They remain true to the values of their founder.
This is why the Labor Party ‘deserted’ it’s white working class.
This is why the Conservative Party is annihilating the wealth creating middle class.
This is why both are fighting to create very expensive electricity with power cuts thrown in. Expensive GM food. Multiple vaccinations for every infant. Made up pretend laws against everything and everyone.
It’s not ‘the left’.
However, the left have no God and so will convince themselves that they are allied with some greater force of ‘history’ or ‘progress’ or ‘international law’ or ‘council policy’ or ‘saving the planet’ or whatever. What a lonely place.
Let them be deceived if it gives them some solace.
We should forget ‘politics’ sometimes and look at the facts.

“..Surly Mr P..”??
Surely you mean ‘surely’, or possibly even, Shirley? of that there can be no doubt, surely?”
Oh no.
He’s surly. Yep, he’s surly all right….you just wait and see below……
I have to say that I know few people who are either supportive of the gay or the multicultural agenda. Even people who have been more open to some of these projects are now firmly against them. Most ordinary people out here, even if they are very tolerant of individual people from other countries, object to the effect that mass immigration is having on their own families. Primary schools were 25% of pupils no longer speak English. That is expected of the East End, sadly, but as it spreads across the country more and more people are getting frustrated and angry.
People do not know what to do. But I don’t think that is entirely the same as saying that most people don’t want to do anything. There are a mass of people who are being fed sex, booze and an empty culture. But there are still many more who care. I don’t believe that the QT audience is representative. I am not sure that YouGov is representative.
I think that the nakedness of the Emperor is becoming apparent. There is always something that can be done. A people can always refuse to become slaves. That doesn’t mean it is cost and pain free. It is quite possible I, and others, could be imprisoned for having Christian beliefs in England. It is quite possible my Church could be shut down.
It is not a ploy, nor a policy, but the working out of real evil. We should not be surprised. Especially those who are real Christians and believe in evil. Islam has already overwhelmed the Christian civilisations of North Africa and almost eliminated all trace of them. Augustine of Hippo was from North Africa for instance. Where is the Christian Church of Libya and Algeria now? Islam has been used to attempt to overthrow Christian Europe twice before, and each time has been repulsed by force of arms. Even in our own times we have seen Hitler and the Nazis attempt to destroy all Christian Faith that was not wedded to the evil Nazi ideology. We have seen Marx, Lenin and Stalin seek to eliminate the Church entirely from the Russian Empire, as did Enver Hoxha in Albania, as did Pol Pot, as did Mao Tse Tung. These are all the agents of evil, of a real evil that still hopes the tide can be turned in its favour.
We should not be surprised that the monstrous beast tries again in our own times to subvert the Christian Faith and Christian Civilization. Nor has it been active only in recent years. The 60s were laying the foundation to weaken and ultimately destablise the West. Everything since then has been an acceleration of the demonic programme. Now we find that the historic anti-Christian tool of Islam is added to the mix.
I have friends who think this is the end-game, looking at the state of the Middle East. It might be, but my eyes are firmly on the situation we face here at home. What if it costs us as much as it cost our fathers to fight the German war machine? What if it costs as much as it cost our fathers at the Gates of Vienna? There will be a cost. But there is always the prospect of victory.
Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Every one of those we have such criticism for is a stooge, a deluded fool who thinks that he is acting entirely in his own interests. They are all agents of the enemy of all that is good. But for the Christian at least, the war is already won.
Hitler surely rose to power in Germany because the German people actually willed it. Blair rose to power because the British people willed it. I voted for him in 1997! It is possible to turn the tide while we can. But it requires coherent action. Can the patriots manage to organise themselves to gain control of the dominant narrative? It does not seem yet that this will happen. Each conservative politician seems more concerned to be a big fish in a little pond. But I think it is still possible. Asking the questions that others will not ask, and allowing the population to speak, could be one important step forward. While we are not allowed to speak it seems that we are the only ones which our opinions. It is far from true.
It would be very possible indeed to have Farage elected in a Parliamentary seat. But it would take some organising and commitment from many people, and I don’t see that commitment. I hesitate to describe what would be required in an online forum, but I am sure you can guess.
Does anyone know what the position of the Labour party is to the current situation in the Falklands? As in other sensitive matters that might reveal either a). their patriotism (or lack of it), or b). spine (ditto), they seem to have been curiously quiet about the current Argentine agitprop.
Curiously their website does not seem to have an enquiry facility for the casual visitor. Perhaps we should just put difficult questions directly to Mr McCluskey for ease of communications?
In looking around I did find the following 5 year old gem from Socialism Today, the Socialist Party’s (ahem) organ. A masterpiece of Taurus excreta and muddled thinking that, combined with its ideological Leninist and Trotskyite analysis, outdoes even the crapulous content of “Thought for Today” .
I quote:-
“What position did we take on the war? We opposed both British imperialism and the Argentinean military dictatorship. Both sides were fighting a capitalist war contrary to the interests of the working class.
We opposed the seizure of the Malvinas by Galtieri as a military adventure. If the junta had successfully taken long-term possession of the Malvinas, the dictatorship would have been strengthened for a period, which would have worsened the position of the Argentinean working class. At the same time, we opposed the sending of the military task force, which was to defend the power and prestige of British imperialism. It was predictable that a British victory would strengthen Thatcher and embolden her attacks on the working class at home.
Moreover, we opposed the class collaborationist role of the Labour leaders, who abjectly failed to oppose the war, instantly clearing the way for Thatcher to dispatch the task force. The Militant’s editorial on 9 April was headed ‘No support for the Junta – No support for the Tories’.
“Workers can give no support whatsoever to the lunatic adventure now being prepared by the Thatcher government…” it declared. “The Labour Party and the trade union movement could stop Thatcher dead in her tracks. The labour movement must declare that it has no confidence whatsoever in the policies or methods of the British government…
“Labour must demand not just the resignation of Defence Minister Nott, but the entire Tory government… Labour must demand a general election in order that a Labour government can support and encourage workers’ opposition in Argentina”.

Hi Pete from M.
(Your last two lines @ 18:41?)
Peter from Maidstone
“I have to say that I know few people who are either supportive of the gay or the multicultural agenda….”
A tiny number.
That the political parties pretend that these agendas were followed by them to please a democratic nation reveals that the political parties are fronts for a deeper agenda.
Even the MSM are now unable to conceal that Conservative ‘modernisation’ was an electoral dead end.
When will these journalists ever ‘get it’ ? Never.
“…. Most ordinary people out here, even if they are very tolerant of individual people from other countries, object to the effect that mass immigration is having on their own families.”
Yes.
All people in any country at any time in history have opposed mass immigration.
It is a aberation.
That both political parties supported it proves…oh…see above.
“Primary schools were 25% of pupils no longer speak English. That is expected of the East End, sadly, but as it spreads across the country more and more people are getting frustrated and angry.”
Recent press reports speak of ‘an explosion’ in the numbers of primary school children. All due to immigration (press concealed the fact).
If the people are gonna do anything they’ed better hurry up.
Fact is the same pattern is now across the west. Same policy; same result, same lies.
Fact is none of these people are ‘going home’. Not now not never.
So let’s work with what we’ve got.
Let’s consider the situation as it is now.
The ‘new Britons’ are thoroughly alienated from ‘progressive secular values’.
Thank God for that.
The majority do not watch the BBC or ‘Coronation Street’.
Thank God for that.
Perhaps this Trojan Horse might not work out as the multiculturalists intended?
“People do not know what to do.”
They (British people) should TURN OFF THE TELEVISION. They won’t.
They should stop listening to the corrupt liars who created this state of affairs. Most have.
They should realise that when chickens return to roost they personally will be in the firing line (no pensions, restricted healthcare, communal pensioner ‘accommodation’ based on political profiling).
“There is always something that can be done. A people can always refuse to become slaves.”
You are correct naturally.
It can be a burden to be ‘the positive optimistic one’ at times like this. I don’t want to place that burden upon you during these exchanges. Also, it is spiritually dangerous for me to do so.
However, one indicator that people are willing to be enslaved (all slaves preferring slavery to death) is the people learn to love lies.
At present to many people love lies. When that changes we have a real chance.
Many have fallen to tyranny before us it could happen again.
“It is not a ploy, nor a policy, but the working out of real evil.”
Yes.
I am remiss in that I do not always indicate that we inhabit a moral universe and EVERYTHING always stems from the battle between good and evil.
However, when discussing the situation with secular people they can sometimes intellectually ‘take flight’ when black & white are placed before them.
So I avoid doing so.
Unsure yet whether I am more right than wrong in that respect……
“We should not be surprised. Especially those who are real Christians and believe in evil.”
So for the avoidance of any doubt:-
The ‘NWO’, ‘The Agenda’, even the ‘conspiracy’ ;these are all manifestations of diabolical evil. The old serpent(s).
Satan.
This diabolical evil is self conscious.
It is not human.
It must use human being in this world. It cannot work independently.
I know this from direct personal experience and not from intellectual or historical analysis. (It is terrifying to consider my beloved friends who are not yet saved).
Some who serve The Agenda know that they are serving evil. Some don’t.
All those at the higher reaches of The Agenda are aware that they serve Satan are know that they are seeking to forge a new destiny for the human race. All of them. They cannot win but they can exterminate everyone who goes along with them. So, that could be 90% or it could be 1%.
The Holy Spirit is here to protect us.
Noa 19:34 – Wonderful stuff – Was the author Dave Spart or the People’s Front of Judea (or the Judean Peple’s Front?)?
I couldn’t figure out, following the link, just what the Socialists would have done to rescue the people of The Falklands (some of whom must surely have counted as “workers”) from the menaces of competing military adventurers.
I wonder what our current govt will do if it’s necessary to defend them again?
Noah 18:12 “… Black and Muslim vote”. Black is not a proper noun. It is not the name of a race … which is Negroid … or a religion. So it’s “black and Muslim”. Personally, I don’t capitalise muslim either, but that’s just out of personal cotempt for that sordid belief thingy and its sordid founder.
Plus … “Peter from Maidstone has already highlighted the democratic deficit in our electoral system” but not all the democratic deficits, one of which is foreigners are accorded a vote in issues that affect the owners of the country. I understand the explanation above re Empire, but this has to be remedied. I am sure the owners of Britain don’t want the fanatical followers of a paedophile having a say in who serves us in Parliament, or even town councils. This has to be remedied. We should not be sharing the franchise with foreigners.
P from M – I think it would now be possible for Nigel to win a seat and possibly for two or three other UKIPers as well. Once they were in Parliament, they would have a stage for proving their worth, and would be compared with those currently serving. Left wingers could vote for the BNP in preference to Labour. That would be fine. Anything to start gnawing at the roots of the complacent, bossy, greedy two main parties. It looks, from reading the blogs in the papers, that enough of the British are beginning to see the two major parties with more clarity than hitherto.
Verity
“…We should not be sharing the franchise with foreigners…”
Yes, agreed. I was conscious of your point when I wrote and rather thought; “Verity has already stated it and, it should be implicit anyway”.
I hadn’t really thought about the BNP and EDL, so thank you for your thoughts on that, the former at least, appears to be in crisis at the moment, the latter are literally being hammered into the ground by Comrade Plod. (i saw precisely that happening in Clitheroe towards the end of last year. I suspect you’re right, their greatest effect will be to gnaw away at Labour’s white ‘used to work’ class.
Frank Sutton
“I wonder what our current govt will do if it’s necessary to defend them again?”
Indeed.
Sans carrier, Calle mio Dave’s current position seems to reflect hoosexual peacenik Lytton Strachay’s explanation of how he would prevent the rape of his sister by a German soldier:-
“I would endeavour to interpose my body between them.”
Noah 21:59 … ““I would endeavour to interpose my body between them.”
If only. I would be prepared to hold David Co-Moron’s jacket for him.
Noa/JR
Surly? I never surl!
Fulminate, imprecate, castigate – occasionally. Surly indicates a fear of speaking up. Not Guilty! As for the Leslie Nielsen quip – I did that yesterday in a friendly exchange with Verity at 21:42 on all fools day – do keep up.
And btw, while I’m at it, one group of people I missed in my light-hearted scourge of the BBC QT programme was us, the viewers. We could end the travesty very quickly by not watching it. The Beeb is ratings driven, just like the commercial crap. We gawpers as bad as audience, the panel, the dynastic presenter and his back-up team. Its a very bad habit indeed. Mea culpa.
As for the crap that follows it ….? One certainly has to have masochistic tendencies to sit through THAT. I hereby resolve never to watch either again.
Well, I’m afraid I still watch QT, drawn to it like an instinctive exploration of that bad smell in the woods I recognise so well but wish I didn’t. But I have managed to stop watching the late night smugfest that follows it, strangely (or perhaps not so strangely) Spectatorian in giving air time to assorted radical lefties, semi-literate air-head celebs and various has-beens. There is something incredibly lazy and ineffectual about Portillo, slumped on that sofa, all chummy to the socialist beside him. I believe he personifies what is wrong with conservatism in Britain.
He doesn’t fight, he is polite, understated and reasonable. There is a an air of supercilious detachment in the face of insanity, some strange clinging confidence that good sense will prevail as the nutters go screaming past on their way to the forum. There is, in short, no passion for his calling, no desire to win or to trample the strident mouthpieces of the Left into the dirt and to grind his boot heel on them. He is happy with his has-been lot and sits sprawled and smiling stupidly. I think to myself “get out of the way and let a warrior about this business”.
And then the dubious owner of the Speccie himself. Rich, Scottish, bubble-immersed, cracking those terribly lame jokes and delivering the ironic pastiche. It’s like a second dose of the Daily Politics but the man has got home tired and put his feet up and the visitors are all slightly dodgy night birds. They are, to misquote, poor players that strut and fret their hour upon the stage and then are heard no more: it is a tale told by an idiot, void of sound and fury, signifying nothing.
“The reason politicians try so hard to get re-elected is that they would hate to have to make an honest living under the laws they’ve passed.”

You make an excellent point aboout Portillo and your analysis is spot on.
Like any right-thinking person, I detest Skinner and Prescott and all they stand for – with one exception – their unavowed and unshakeable hatred of Tories.
I feel the same about Socialists and it always irks me to see the likes of Comoron, Major et al, walking along to the Queen’s speech, all chummy with their rancid oppo.
At least MT had the nerve to treat Kinnock with disdain – and he knew it. Comoron should totally shun Milliband, simply walk along as if he doesn’t exist.
That has always been the problem of the right, we’re too nice, we have manners. I’ve worked on it over the years and now, faced with a socialist or, worse, a watermelon, I no longer feel the need for politeness.
I know they hate me, all I stand for and, given half a chance, would destroy the life my family and I enjoy.
F**k ’em.

“We hope the [Diversity] Pledge encourages the UK independent production sector to produce more output that truly reflects the richness of modern Britain.”
– Mark Thompson, BBC Director-General
Signature BBC cant. What is ‘truly’ reflected depends on the ‘true’ direction in which the mirror is turned. It also depends on the ‘true’ shape of the mirror, plain or convex, which determines whether the influence of special interest groups is proportionate to their numbers or the amount of noise they make.

There comes a point where ‘good manners’ is a front for ‘supine cowardice’.
Our enemies do not know the difference between the two and they are quite correct.
They are busy destroying everything that they hate as you say.
Further, the swine masquerading as the ‘right’ know this and are complicit.
The BBC is the enemy and their broadcasts are enemy propaganda.
I do not think that it is ‘polite’ to ignore what the BBC/Police/Social Services/political parties are doing to us.
How can we blame them if we never say,’liar!’ or ‘thief’?
“That has always been the problem of the right, we’re too nice, we have manners. I’ve worked on it over the years and now, faced with a socialist or, worse, a watermelon, I no longer feel the need for politeness.”
Er, Boris seems to following the new credo.

Good clip, especially apropos today’s anniversary. Sadly the smiling faces in the ‘cut to delegates’ segments were the bastards who ‘queued up’ to stab her in the back eventually. We’re still paying the price for that.
Nicholas (08:37)
Another gem of a critique. I hope it reaches those responsible, but I fear
they are too wrapped up in their own complacency to read anything but their bank balances.
Clear Memories (09:15)
You are correct in every detail. The only problem seems to be in the execution
of the final imperative of your comment. We seem to be pissing in the wind through this medium and ‘they’ are already contriving to silence even it. Your personal solution (GTFOOH) is certainly the right one for you it seems: I applaud your Parthian shots from Down Under.
One of my grandsons embarked on a a venture to NSW last week, with a temporary work permit and ambition. He’s probably right, I fear. His generation are unlikely prosper here. Wish I’d done it myself, yonks ago. But if wishes were dishes it would be like the denouement of a night out at a Greek restaurant, hereabouts. Good luck to your grandson – and start saving.
Today, we have received notice that, upon receipt of the final staged payment, we have been granted permanent residency in Oz.
So, lets compare that to permission to reside in the UK and people might see whats wrong.
Firstly, once you pass 44, you only qualify if 50% of your offspring are residents in Oz. Before that, you need a recognisable degree (not media studies), a proper trade backed by an apprenticeship or similar (they think NVQ stands for Not Very Qualified and GNVQ Generally No Valid Qualities.) And before you can set foot in the Country (other than for short social visits) you must fill in a shed load of forms (right back to school), all your employment for life and travel history for the last ten years plus a police clearance from every Country you’ve spent more than one (cumulative) year in. Then you need a medical from a Doctor they appoint and you better pass.
Of course, you pay for all this. (ACAP, private medicals, copies of birth certificates, education papers etc) Then you need a sponsor who will promise to meet any costs over the $14,000 bond you’ve posted against unemployment/sickness/disability during your first ten years.
And then you pay to join their Medicare system.
Currently $80,000 for husband-and-wife.
So you can write off $100,000 including your one-way tickets.
Not a lot really to escape the shithole the UK has become. And what does the UK require of the dross that washes up on its shores and swamps the UK with medieval beliefs and murderous tribal attitudes?
Sweet F**k All.
Somehow this Continent manages without the huge contribution Daniel Maris claims these parasites contribute to life in the UK.
Twat!
I just heard on the radio a farmer in Cambridgeshire – one of the worst-hit drought areas – pointing out that there are still plans to build thousands of new homes in the region, with no thought as to water supplies.
This would be the remains of the East of England Plan, one of several nationally dreamed up by Two Shags Prescott, which I thought CMD had promised to do away with.
Under the original plan, every county from The Wash to the fringes of North London was required to find space for thousands of new homes.
A great deal of our money was spent on fighting these proposals; but practical objections such as water supply, sewage capacity and strain on road and rail, were simply over-ruled.
I wonder if this plan has simply reappeared in another form – another line in CMD’s list of broken promises.
Clear memories.
No-one is disputing the current state of the UK and I understand Australian voters have recently rejected the Green Lie; so that is all good.
However, I remember a few years ago reading (MSM) about towns in Australia that were 100% Asian. No whites except Police, no English spoken and when Triads left bodies in the street; no-one to interview.
Do these places exist? Are you aware of them? How did they come to exist with such strict immigration rules ( for white English from England at least)?
And why on earth do I meet so many young Australian professionals who were desperate to leave and have zero intention of ever returning?
I’ve never been to Australia but I have discussed ‘Oz’ with plenty of Australians. I seem to be missing something.
Regards.
Mawnin’! Mawnin’, y’all!
From the always excellent EU Observer:
1. Eurozone unemployment hits new record – 03/04/2012 09:14:39

Eurozone unemployment reached 10.8 percent in February, the highest level since the currency was introduced in 1999. Youngsters remain the most affected, with every second Spaniard under 25 unable to find a job.

Un-effing-believable!:
“Moses was a Muslim who led Muslims in Exodus from Egypt….Islam appropriates the Biblical prophets and claims that they were Muslims who taught Islam (cf. Qur’an 3:67, regarding Abraham), and that their followers wickedly perverted their teachings to create Judaism and Christianity.”

John Richardson.
“I’ve never been to Australia but I have discussed ‘Oz’ with plenty of Australians. I seem to be missing something.”
The great journalists and traveller Alan Whicker; at the end of a television series that he had presented on Australia, summed it all up by stating that the best description that he could think of to describe Australia and the Australians was, they were The British working class at a Butlins’ in the sun.
I have been and I concur.
John Richardson has a point in suggesting that OZ is not immune from, er, unsympathetic immigration.
Didn’t one of Australia’s more agitated faith communities flex its muscles at the Cronulla riots a few years back and been rather active in domestic terror plots?

I have heard nothing of what you speak over the past 6 years or so I’ve been regularly visiting. As with all big cities, they are not paradise. There are ethnic areas but there are laws here (I understand) that prevent ghettoisation in the way it has occurred in Europe.
Islam is not gaining the foothold here it has in Europe and it is opposed by the populace. The Cronulla riots of 2005 are widely seen as a line in the sand where multi-culturalism and Islam came up against the Australian character and discovered its unbending intention to maintain its liefstyle.
As for young professionals, population- and opportunity-wise, this still a small Country. You can only ever be in a small pond.
What you are missing John, is the lifestyle and, outside the big cities, the amazing personal freedom, the ability to stand on your own two feet and live life as you wish with the minimum of State interference. There is room, peace and quiet and community – all the things the UK has lost.

P from M 16:41 – I had Blair tagged for evil the first time I saw and heard him. I was home from Malaysia, to see my mother. We were watching the news and Blair, who I had never heard of before (before he was elected) came on . I’ve recounted this before … I said to my mother, “What an evil man!” And she said, “Yes. He is. And he’ll get in.”
Now we have the self-styled heir to Blair (and proud of it!), a greedy, witless, talent-free bumbler. (Remember that he did’t wear morning attire to the royal wedding in case people were over-awed by him? Why, some peasants might even bend the knee as he passed, stunned by his grandeur!) Remember the entertainingly vacuous trip to the Arctic where stood on an ice floe, his mean little face peering out grinning from the hood of a parka, completely overwhelmed by the glamour of two handsome A-lister huskies? Then he came back home. All that way for a photo! I wonder how many lefty-defined energy units this utterly vacuous trip cost in a delusional “global warming” sense. Remember the cycling to the HoC? He might as well have worn a sandwich board reading, “Childish publicity stunt!” Remember when his bike was “stolent” at a time that, coincidently, round 12 press photographers happened to be standing in the exact same spot in which Shameron was scratching his head and miming “puzzlement” Remember his enthsiastic use of his child being slid in and out of NHS ambulances? How often did the stupid media run those posed shots? David Cameron is every bit as greedy and self-adoring as Blair, but he’s short on the nous (“See? I’m just like you! We use the NHS! Don’t be over-awed by me!).
Finally … or finally for now, anyway … Remember that spine-tingling daily show of the Camerons having their breakfast? To show “the little people” that the grand Camerons ate breakfast, just like you!?
He never had a policy on Europe, the future of Britain, immigration, the economy or the world at large. Just Dave. (And the very plain Samantha.)
What an emetic!
Clear Memories – Thank you for an eye-opening post!
The very best of luck to you in Aus and I hope you and your family enjoy your new lives there, and prosper!
Cameron’s work to date has been very poor or, in school slang, a rip. Certainly, he would have qualified for a Pop-Tanning had not Chenevix-Trench banned the practice and removed a much valued source of recondite pleasure to the school’s sadomasochist constituency. But, really, overall, Cameron is a frightful scug.
Now, friend Boris…perhaps he is the future?
“..Others will fill our places,
Dressed in the old light blue,
We’ll recollect our races,
We’ll to the flag be true,,
And youth will be still in our faces
When we cheer for an Eton crew..”,
PS to my penultimate post … I saw a real Husky in the vet’s last week. Not a half breed or “part Husky”, but the real thing. I’m a cat person, but he was so handsome it took the breath away. Everyone in the waiting room was staring at him. The white areas of the fiercely intelligent face are clearly defined. Like a mask. The whole beautifully built dog was black, with just this white mask out of which stared shattering brilliant blue eyes. He certainly got the conversation going!
‘Clear Memories’ + others
Thanks for those responses.
I friend who moved to Australia for his banking job did mention that there were areas with lots of Aborigines & a form of slum type ghetto environment; but as he said, you just avoided them. Don’t know how legislation might stop that. ‘Social Housing’ in the UK is a disaster.
I certainly appreciate your identification of ‘space’ as being liberating. Personally, I only feel truly happy in the countryside.
Australians I know have spoken about the lack of opportunities. They also all think that England, or perhaps London; are ‘exciting’. No comment.
Also, corruption was mentioned as being a problem.
I suppose it is a huge place so depends upon where you are.
(Incidentally, ‘The welfare State We Are In’ mentions Australia as a prime example of tertiary education actually reducing economic output. So perhaps an over qualified workforce?)

Interesting take on Trayvon Martin affair:

Don’t know how many here read Standpoint but in the latest issue (# 41 April) there is a rather interesting analysis of the alliance between the Left and the anti-semitic Islamist camps by Nick Cohen.
Several commentators here have remarked on this strange alliance, where a curious blindspot exists in respect to the position of women and homosexuals within Islam. But the more curious aspect is how they never get called on it in public.
It’s all down to the grotesque cherie blair and her saying, with reference to her fellow British citizens, the government should “rub their noses in diversity”. Those were her words.
My theory is that the vast damage done to civil order in Britain was done at the behest of Chereeeeeeeeeeee. (What a chav name!) Tony just wanted to be Mr Personality … a tv couch star … appearing on talk shows, being photographed getting on and off flights. The driver of the engine of destruction of Britain was Cherie.

I’m glad somebody’s said that; I was starting to feel that I was the only one who felt that way (including the chavness of the name). Mind, to be fair, (which in her case I’m rarely in the mood to be) it’s hardly her fault, more that of the “randy scouse git” that fathered her.

As far as I can tell locally, the Cronulla riots were caused by Muslim youths ‘claiming’ the beach in the suburb as a no-go area. Local Australian youths physically demonstrated this was not going to happen – and then for good measure wrecked the adjacent shops and businesses that were largely Lebanese-Muslim owned. The Australian Police were singularly unprepared and the effect was a little like the recent London riots, but with the damage clearly focussed.
TV here still parodies Islam. I have to say, hand on heart, I don’t know where the nearest mosque is – I’ve never noticed one in Brisbane or South Queensland. Similarly, I do not recall seeing men or women in traditional Muslim dress. I cannot think of any suburb of Brisbane that looks like parts of Birmingham or Bradford – shops spilling out over the pavement and a general atmosphere of hostility and distrust if you’re white.
The place is not without it faults but its a damn site better place to live currently than the UK.
I’ve never seen a burqa in either state I’ve lived in in Mexico.
Some very, very smart Lebanese came here a couple of generations ago, getting off some boat in their ratty sandals with their little cardboard sujitcases. They came to work in the sisal industry.
They worked hard, and my, how they prospered! TelMex was, until he just sold it, developed and owned by Carlos Slim. (I think he’s third generation.) He became the richest man in the world (net worth, $69bn – yes, with a b), and his family still live in the house he was brought up in. He says he thinks it’s silly to live in a mansion where the family is so scattered they never see one another. He has now sold TelMex.
The best, in my opinion, supermarket chain in Mexico is Mega. I love it! Started and still owned by a Lebanese. Supermarkets all over Mexico (around 70) and far better than WalMart, IMO.
A real success story. They had the sense to work hard and integrate. And they didn’t call their kids Omar and Aisha.
Re the queues at Immigration and the staffing of the Border Authority by non-British, this, in my humble opinion leads back to Cherie Blair and her grudge against Britain. I’ve never seen anything like this in the rest of the world. I suspect putting non-British in charge of deciding who gets into the country began under Blair.
Going by what one reads, Cherie Blair seems to have loathed Britain all her life and she found a perfect weapon in Tony – a camera-hungry, lisping, self-admiring jerk whose rock band, Ugly Rumours, failed.
The French had the Olympics in the bag, but it appears that Cherie, for reasons of her own, wanted the Third World to flood into Britain. So she and Toneboy got on a private plane to Singapore, where the Olympic Committee was freeloading at the time, and managed to persuade the Committee to change their minds on a strange whim, and “award” the kami-kazi event to Britain instead.
I suspect that, other than the grandstanding leaders, the French were not too bitterly disappointe. They have enough problems with the islamics that are there already.
The MSM just don’t get it, do they?
Outcry because another knife-wielding black has been shot and somebody ‘claims’ they heard a Taser being used after he was shot. Plus, allegedly, various Plod’s kicked him after he was shot.
So what?
Knife-wielding black = either him shot or some poor innocent slashed. End off. There are no other options.
His Mum claims he wasn’t well. He certainly isn’t now. Born in Ghana. Two points (a) what the f*** is he doing here if he’s off his trolley and (b) what would have happened had he waved a knife at Ghanian Police?
Personally, if I shot a madman, I think I would at least toe him to make sure the job had been done properly. And as for the Taser claim, I think we can put that down to imagination/leftie wishful thinking.
So, once again, acres of newsprint because some poor, demented ethnic has been shot, the same authors quietly ignoring the little Indian girl shot and crippled by sub-humans.
If the bastards riot this time, no need for water cannon, machine gun them. Lets be clear. Nobody makes this scum live in the UK with its intolerent, vicious, racist Police. Nobody makes them stay and be alienated by the biased media. Not a single political party stands on a platform of making them remain where they are evidentially unappreciated and unwanted.
They are free to return to their homelands, their roots anytime they wish.
“Pensioner is thrown off his beloved allotment by council in case he hurts his hip and sues” This is one of the headlines to an article in the DM today. What a lousy ageist country this has become. If this man had been an ‘ethnic’ he could have sued for racism, but then of course Elf and Safety wouldn’t have dared to touch him.

I cannot reply because I have only words too obscene to be posted!
Jennifer that makes me as mad as Hell. And this:-
“The West Road Surgery declined to comment. Andrew Stride, the head of governance, risk and customer services for NHS South Essex, said: “We would advise all patients who have concerns about any aspect of local NHS care to contact the patient advice and liaison service. While we are unable to comment on individual cases, we would like to assure patients there is a procedure GP practices need to follow before they can remove patients from their lists.”
Yeah, Mr Stride, I bet there is a “procedure” – the usual platitudes and nonsense from an unaccountable mouthpiece. “Governance, risk and customer services” – God, give me strength – and we can see where the priority lies. But if “customers” (actually patients) cannot approach the “Head” of “customer services” about their concerns one wonders what the Hell Mr Stride is actually there to do? Pass the buck it appears.
What a shithole this country has become, what a terrible place to be a “customer”, “consumer” or patient.

For a fuller explanation see any post from any one any blog who actually understands the role of the MSM.
“So what?…”
Yeah. Exactly. So what? Outside the MSM so what? The MSM would not exist without stupid people deciding to keep it on life support with their OWN MONEY. What are we gonna do with these people?

Yes. Isn’t that what happened?

Oh…wait…no. Of course not, how silly of me.
You’ve been reading those MSM reports have you?

Or perhaps he was ‘a Christian and on his way to Bible Study’ when he pulled the knife?
Let me guess, ‘his girlfriend was expecting his(a) fourth baby’?
No, wait, was he ‘trying to become a DJ’, or ‘break into the music industry as he was very talented’?
Perhaps he’d been, ‘let down by his school/social services’?
Was he ‘vulnerable’ by any chance?
Well anyhow, now he’s dead so….
Why do you expose yourself to all this **** Mr Memories?

Three points if I may? Oh, thank you…
(a) when are you going to realise the MSM will NEVER ask even the MOST OBVIOUS question if it does not serve the/their Agenda? That’s what they exist for.
(b) Do you/did you support the MSM with your own money? If so why?
(c) Don’t you geddit that the MSM is dangerous to those people with minds of their own, or any Christian conscience? I’ll spell it out once…
The MSM will give you a distorted sense of superiority.
You will rage at the iniquity of ‘Question Time’ year after year after year.
You will believe that the country is obsessed with ‘celebrity’. They ain’t. The MSM are.
You will even come to accept that the world is constituted of ‘communities’ ; ‘black’, ‘white’, ‘gay’, ‘traveler’ etc etc et bloody cettera.
You will sneer at all those women obsessed with their breasts .
Women will sneer at men obsessed with football.
You see?
“Personally, if I shot a madman, I think I would at least toe him to make sure the job had been done properly. And as for the Taser claim, I think we can put that down to imagination/leftie wishful thinking.”
I don’t know what ‘toe’ means but ‘finish him off’? Yes, God forbid.
“So, once again, acres of newsprint because some poor, demented ethnic has been shot, the same authors quietly ignoring the little Indian girl shot and crippled by sub-humans.”
Huum. ‘Sub humans’ is an interesting response. Don’t agree. For some one to be ‘evil’ they have to be human.
As for the ‘acres of newsprint’ it is unclear it would be published without readers to read it. What’s wrong with ’em?
“If the bastards riot this time, no need for water cannon, machine gun them. Lets be clear. Nobody makes this scum live in the UK with its intolerent, vicious, racist Police.”
So why are ‘they’ here then?
What about the torrents of ‘welfare’ and the ‘anti-justice’ system?
Shirley temple that would practically demand that they come here?
“Nobody makes them stay and be alienated by the biased media.”
Not one of them has ever read ‘The Guardian’. They don’t watch ‘Newsnight’ and they don’t telephone ‘PM’.
Nothing they do has got anything to do with the MSM.
How others respond to them however? That’s different.
“Not a single political party stands on a platform of making them remain where they are evidentially unappreciated and unwanted.”
Political party?
You listen to the political parties?
Why? They’re the guilty swine who created this. Why listen to them?
“They are free to return to their homelands, their roots anytime they wish.”
Their ‘roots’, like that tv show from when I was a child.Great.
But again why would they do that? No free money. No free housing. No free medical attention for knife wounds. No compensation for ‘false arrest’. No free internet and gym and cd player and cheap drugs in jail.
Why return?
Last night I saw ‘alternative/real’ media response to this killing from America.
The contributor was angry at the usual MSM presumption and distortion.
I do not know any one who cares about violent armed killers or their fate.
No one outside the MSM that is.

Hi Anne.
Did you see the headline about the woman in her eighties told to get a new GP because she had to travel a couple of mile to her surgery?*
The surgery had concerns* about ‘green travel issues’. So I presume that they are worried about planet Earth and CO2 and global warming n stuff?
The vicious bastards.
I didn’t read the report as I was looking for sports news.
Actually, I didn’t read the report because, as I indicate below; the ‘DM’ is enemy territory.
The point is that the worst and most insane consequences of the Big Green Lie will not be stopped simply by us knowing that they are lying.
Anything is possible if this perverted earth cult is allowed to
metastasise even further.
Oh, I see Jennifer is in ‘on the case’ above.
Love of Mother Earth=contempt for human beings. Especially if they are poor or old very young or very sick.
Environmentalism; the spiritual wing of the eugenicist movement.
*I’ve not cut ‘n pasted the story as I’m trying to give up visiting the ‘DM’. Enemy territory.
**’concerns’ hate that word. Always means bad news and bs.
Interesting article by Mitch Feierstein in the DM on property prices, the present boom and the forthcoming crash he predicts, as a result of QM:-
“…its not had much impact on the jobs market: I guess you’ve noticed that. It hasn’t had much impact on business investment or wages or productivity or innovation or infrastructure or business creation or any of the other things which might actually make a long term difference to the economy. Instead, it’s affected three markets to an unhealthy degree. Those markets are the stock market, the bond market and the property market…”

Eastwood District council would seem to be acting outwith their own contract with Allotment holders. I can see no basis for terminating the agreement on the grounds of health in the termination clause (11).

Another case for the fearless pro bono liberty lawyers at Matrix Chambers!
I also re-print the text of an email which I hasve sent to David Bagshaw, the Labour councillour in question and to the Li-Dem leader Bob Charlesworth.
ear Sir
I copy, for your own attention and advice, an email which I have sent to Mr David Bagshaw.
I refer to the widespread public reports of the Council’s decision to throw Mr Martin off his allotment at Dovecote Road.
I refer also to your own reported comments in the Daily Mail, viz:-
“On Monday night, the leader of Eastwood town council David Bagshaw said he had told Mr Martin to get off his plot.
He added. ‘I don’t want this guy’s hip to pop out again due to neglect from this council.’
As reported the Council appears to have behaved in a draconian, bullying and anti-libertarian manner and outwith the terms of its own agreement with Mr Martin. Potentially leaving it open to a claim for damages. The Council should retract its statement and reinstate Mr Martin’s allotment tenancy forthwith.
As reported, your own actions and comments reflect no credit upon you or the council you represent and your immediate resignation seems the only fitting course of action in the circumstances.
Yours faithfully
Noa

From the BBC Website:
“British youths from African communities could become radicalised as al- Qaeda looks to Africa to build its strength, the Rusi think tank has suggested.”
By removing the BBC’s agenda-driven oxymoron and euphemism, it should read:
“Youths from African communities in Britain could become terrorists…”
But as that would be to deny the triumph of multiculturalism, of shared values and loyalties and of community cohesion, the BBC has, inevitably, created an evasive, wheedling weasel of a sentence.
AWK 8:13 … It’s not “agist”. It’s fascist. This elderly man was just a tool for someone in some town council or some other non-job invented to get the parasites on board. Someone felt a thrill of power when he told that old man he couldn’t garden any more. And he knew he wouldn’t be sacked for it.
Nicholas, I remember a sense of dread when I heard that they were going to refer to patients, and taxpayers in general, as “customers” in an manipulative … the way a small child can be manipulative … faux clever and self-congratulatory – bid to pretend to “empower” taxpayers.
Well, No 1 – Patients don’t make choices. They go to doctors for help. They don’t consider the help a “product” that they have bought. They don’t finger it over and decide whether to pop over to the next town and see if there’s anything they like beter.
Town councils are not product providers. They are employees and their boss is the collective taxpayer. The taxpayer is the boss, not the “customer”. The taxpayer has the power to dismiss the council employee (by informing the elected him that you’ll be working on his non-re-election unless he … or more likely, a bossy “she” reins that employee in or sacks him/her). They don’t like it up ’em …
And taxpayers are the paymasters and paymasters are the boss.
The same goes for doctors. Patients are not customers. They need care. They are patients. This is insulting Commie-speak. I can assure you, without bothering to check, that no American in hospital or visiting a doctor has ever been called a “customer”.
Ageism –
My late, and by then frail father when in his eighties, used to be a frequent user/customer/patient at his local surgery. We used to tease him occasionally “Oh Dad, pity you can’t get air miles” which he could (and loved getting) at Sainsburys then. He was always treated with great courtesy and kindness by his doctor but that was a long time ago. How things have changed.
Verity @ 14.29 writes:

Anyhow, the bombing campaign is convinced that the usual ‘outrage’ on the ‘right wing’ about the ‘biased coverage’ and ‘pussy footing around’ by the ‘Police Farce’ will generate sufficient ‘right cover’ that when the killing begins in earnest ;sage right wing opinion will maintain it is ‘sadly necessary in the interests of peace and security’.

Noa, do you have the email address format for uppity, controlling, fascist little Hitler David Bradshaw, and for the Lib-Dem council leader or whatever he is?
There was a socialist council somewhere, about three years ago, that had decided that henceforth all graves in council cemetaries would face mecca. Yes! Really! The excuse was, it was a religious requirement for islamic scum (not expressed in quite that term) to be buried facing mecca whereas Christians and Jews didn’t mind.
Thousands of people, me included, stormed the council with emails and the council panicked and changed its mind. These people have to be kept on a very, very tight leash.

The UN is a reward for scumbags who have somehow served the cause.

Ambrose Evans-Pritchard. That reminds me. In 2000, he wrote a very good article for the now palsied organ, the Spectator, called ‘Now it’s Blasphemy to Mock Europe’. Le voila.

The analogy with blasphemy proposed by Advocate-General Colomer was subsequently dropped – on that occasion – but instruments of stifling dissent, once invented, are seldom disinvented. As investigatory powers are to rubbish collection, so blasphemy law will be to whistle-blowing and probably sooner than we think.

Trema kasi. No my parents were pure English. Cantonese Amah and later a local Malayan. Then aged 10 a crap boarding school in the UK. What’s Pernakan food? Never heard of it. This was over 50 years ago for me and I expect you know Malaysia much better as I havn’t been back since the 60’s. On the other hand, I remember Singapore much better. My Dad was a sort taipan by then and the family knew the Lee family quite well in a business capacity. My cousin, who is a very gifted violinist was a professor of music at Singapore University and married to a Tamil lawyer. Long since divorced.
Just looking out of my terrace window – there is a blackbird pecking away at an apple from last year. It’ll be finished in the morning apart from a few bits of skin – then I’ll put another one out. Spring is glorious!

Jennifer – Your family knew the Lee family “quite well”? Your family knew Lee Kuan Yew, my hero of the universe???? You should read “From Third World to First World” by LKY. It is a superb history of Singapore – so readable you want to chomp through it. His son, Lee Sieng Loong, not quite as handsome, but with a charisma and wit all his own, is the current prime minister of Singers.
Peranakan food was developed by the Straits Chinese women who could not find the ingredients they had used for cooking when they were in their native China. So they experimented and made do. The next time you go to Singapore, go to Peranakan Place, which has a row of Peranakan restaurants and the cuisine is absolutely wonderful … and when you consider it was an invented cuisine, it’s even more outstanding.
Noa: Thanks, copy hereof email sent to the ugly b*gger.
David Bagshaw, you have acted beyond what one expects from a British Town Council Member, even one infected with socialism. How dare you take away an ex-miner’s joy in living? I doubt if you know what proper work means, and how retirement should be a time of creative and satisfying occupation. You ‘Shaw’ are a Bag full of sh*t and don’t imagine you will get away with this fiddling around with allotment distribution! You will be continually watched and reported, just like you do to others. By the way, how did you know this genteman had a knee replacement? Checking out on private data?.
Verity: Please do your best (worst). He is really ugly, and just look at the other mug shots. War criminals look like gentlemen compared to this lot!
Noa 16:56 — Thanks for that. I intuited it and wrote to the socialist councillor with three points, as follows:
David Bagshaw:
1. Why aren’t you wearing a jacket? Are you trying to look matey and “approachable”? Do you think the public would be overawed by your magnificence if you were property attired for your position and fear to approach you?
2. Who are you to eject a legimate tenant from his allotment in case he puts his hip out? Who are you to be making medical assessments? Are you a doctor? What if you put your hip out tripping on a step? Maybe you should stay indoors.
3. There’s something fishy about this. Do you have a friend – or better yet, a “donor” – who is looking for an allotment?
John Richardson: Hi John, The DM really does have some trash. But, as I mentioned, I dip into the online DM to see if anything of merit is amongst the dross. I found the article about the pensioner and the allotment, something well deserving pursuing.
Anne & Verity.

Noa: There is even a guy called Woodhead! Noa, I like your idea of using a day constructively.
Just a note to visitors, you will see that there is now a Poll function in the Right Hand column, where you are invited to make your opinions known on various topical issues. Let me know if there are any problems using it and I’ll deal with them as soon as possible, but it seems to work OK.
I didn’t know to copy all the other councillors, so I just set a copy to the Mayor.
Late headline from the ‘Torygraph’:
“Children no longer need facts because they can look them up on smartphone, claim teachers”
There are so many things wrong with this idiot idea, one has to ask, “Which ‘teachers’ claim this?” Is it truly an agreed view from all of teacherdom? If so, I despair. Just let me know who they are so that I can keep my grandson away from them.
Didn’t realise when I first looked at Noa’s link. Seems there is another “Bag” (a really ugly one) on the Town Council.

Verity,
Do you mean Pete Hoskins?
However, don’t you think Peter of Maidstone should be consulted?
In Mr Bagshaw’s defence it should be noted that he is a Labour councillor and, in terminating MR Miller’s allotment tenancy, he is merely faithfully exercising one of the primary principles of Mark’s Communist Manifesto, that private property should be held for the common good:-
“”…Democracy would be wholly valueless to the proletariat if it were not immediately used as a means for putting through measures directed against private property and ensuring the livelihood of the proletariat. The main measures, emerging as the necessary result of existing relations, are the following:
(i) Limitation of private property through progressive taxation, heavy inheritance taxes, abolition of inheritance through collateral lines (brothers, nephews, etc.) forced loans, etc.
(ii) Gradual expropriation of landowners, industrialists, railroad magnates and shipowners, partly through competition by state industry, partly directly through compensation in the form of bonds..””
There is a bizarre echo here in DH Lawrence’s birthplace, of Stalinist Russia, of collectivisation, of driving the kulaks off the land. Allied to the fact that Mr Bugbatt has an undeclared but known interest in the very allotment site of which Mr Miller is chairman, he is a holder himself, or rather, his pardner/wife, fellow comrade councillor, Sue Bigbutts, is too.
All too truly the plot thckens!
But, did he actually read the Council’s allotment terms and conditions? (link in my previous posting) It seems that Commissar Bagwash has no grounds for such termination; and incidentally just who the heck gave him the authority to do so anyway?
Let us hope that Mr Miller sues the ass off him and the Eastwood Proletarian Peoples Council.
Peter may intend to do something with this himself. of course, but people cross post things on blogs every second of every hour of every day. And the MSM picks up tips from blogs. I wasn’t going to cross post it myself as I have enough to do today. But yes, I thought this story of possible corruption in a small local council deserves to be in the MSM and I don’t know that we have enough MSM readers yet for someone to stumble across it.
Re my Previous post:

Could not operate the poll but could patch through from the Spectator.
Good News about Khalid Sheikh Mohammed-he is charged with destuction of property!-Perhaps they could throw in the 2976 who he sent for an early maker meeting.
Re UCLA of course the “diversity” for which the Left famously strive does not extend to diversity in the political views of university academics, the quotas they always demand do not apply to ensuring a balance of political views for the young in education. Always the Left try to eradicate alternative and dissenting views. Remember the “Charter” – the rules by which the Old Wall was to be governed according to one man’s Leftism?
The figures for Lefty academics influencing the young are outrageous but I wonder what they are in the UK? Similar or even worse I’d guess.
“Speaking to BBC Breakfast, Anglian Water’s director of water services Paul Valleley said “weeks and weeks of rain” would be needed to bring an end to the hosepipe ban. Mr Valleley said: “We’re trying incredibly hard to make sure we meet our water leakage target this year. We’ve employed an extra 62 people to look for leaks and we’ve got over 60 gangs out every single day repairing leaks whenever we possibly can. We’re hoping people’s conscience will really lead them to decide that using a hosepipe in these circumstances is not the right thing to do. We need weeks and weeks of solid rain to overcome this problem and end the ban any time soon.”
There it is again, folks. “The right thing to do” (although in this case not the right thing to do!). This seems to have become a stock saying for those who wield power over us and who view it as an argument-terminating utterance. I wonder if its origin and popularity across government and the public sector is due to a certain organisation which believes in “leading beyond authority”?
People who hear this stupid fad cliché from the metro-elite should ask them, very loudly, “Why?”
Just spotted this this morning:

Did anyone else see this report in yesterdays Daily Mail?
Just take note of the words used at the end by the leader of the council, I intend to contact this bastard and tell him a thing or two.
Pensioner is thrown off his beloved allotment by council in case he hurts his hip and sues:- by Katherine Faulkner.
Carefully tending his runner beans was one of the greatest pleasures of his twilight years. But now the local council has banned pensioner Arthur Martin from his beloved allotment – in case he breaks his hip and sues.
Councillors say allowing the 73-year-old to look after his vegetable plot would pose too great a health and safety risk. They have given the grandfather of nine just three weeks to give up his allotment.
Last night Mr Martin, who has been tending the plot for six years, said: ‘The allotment is one of my great pleasures in life. I can manage the gardening just fine.’ The former miner received a ‘bullying’ letter from Eastwood Town Council, in Nottinghamshire, earlier this month ordering him off the plot.
The extraordinary note stated the council were ‘aware’ he had hip problems and demanded a medical assessment to prove he was fit enough to garden.
‘It’s ludicrous,’ said Mr Martin. ‘I’ve not been given any information on the health and safety rules that I have supposedly broken.’
Mr Martin uses his plot to grow potatoes, runner beans, peas, onions, cucumbers and strawberries with his wife Jean, 72. ‘The allotment gives me a great deal of pleasure,’ he said.
‘After I retired, it gave me something to do with my hands and my mind.’
Mr Martin, chairman of the local allotment society, had a hip replacement in 2007, which was replaced again 18 months ago. He added: ‘I struggle a little at the end of the season when you have to turn all the soil over, so I asked a friend to help me.
‘But apparently that is a problem – it’s just pure petty-mindedness.’
On Monday night, the leader of Eastwood town council David Bagshaw said he had told Mr Martin to get off his plot.
He added. ‘I don’t want this guy’s hip to pop out again due to neglect from this council.’
Mr Bagshaw was unavailable for further comment last night.
Received this meme this morning – offer it for a fact check:

Please read all and then forward to all your contacts so that we can
lobby for a decent state pension. After all, the average pensioner has paid taxes and contributed to the growth of this country for the last 40 to 60 years.
Sad isn’t it? Surely it’s about time we put our own people first.
Please have the guts to forward this.
I JUST DID! <
An over-simplification perhaps, but if it's broadly true, perhaps we should have an explanation from Whitehall?

Mr P.
I have not read all of your message but I did glean that it was something about pensions, foreigners and fairness?
I get so many of these letters, all from the same Conservative voters, all saying the same thing.
Well, let’s be really be honest then shall we Mr P.?
They all knew that I was a cold blooded, bare faced liar when they voted for me.
Not in respect of my sex life or what I ate for breakfast, oh no, nothing trivial like that you understand…
No, Instead when it came to the question, ‘Who rules Britain?’
THAT’S what they knew I was a lying about.
They all knew and they voted for me anyway. Twats.
Y’know, referendum? Cast Iron Guarantee? Yes?
Good, glad you remember.
So, if I may be honest for once in my life I’d like to ask you this; what on earth did you expect Mr P?
Why should I put THEM first when THEY put political party identity before all else?
Answer me that before you go on about ‘our own people’.
So, let’s apply some honesty and integrity shall we?
Ready?
Perhaps these pensioners you talk about expected my lies and bullsh*t only to apply to, y’know, ‘some other poor bleeder’?
Well, excuse me while I laugh in your face. You are that ‘poor bleeder’.
Tough.
What cha gonna do?
Vote UKIP?
Why don’t YOU tell the truth this time Mr P?
They’ed rather stop paying their BBC fee before they changed you ‘habit of a lifetime’ and voted for someone else.
So GROW UP and stop whining. It’s boring.
What’s that?
Your ‘outraged and I should be ashamed’?
Well excuse me while I laugh in your face and freeze you to death with Green Taxes on electricity and release the scum who mugged you* and send you to a filthy ward with a Doctor you cannot understand.
Cos you know what Mr P.?
As long as your brave pensioners get the satisfaction of voting against the other
crowd, then they’ll STIIILLL vote for me next time around.
If they’re still alive.
So stop kidding yourself
We are what we are.
You knew who you were voting for.
This bleating is embarrassing for both of us.
Yours,
D. Cameron

Why don’t you have the guts to use your real name if you believe in whatever it is your trying to say.
That is a post at 00.44 and is not the one (or ones) to which I am referring which obviously did not reach you. As you will see from my previous two posts, I was trying to post at about 1300 hours (and had in fact also tried earlier in the day). Furthermore, as you will also notice, my previous two posts were on this thread and that is where I had attempted to post the links which vanished. The theme was not Big Brother, it was the connection between Obama and the Muslim Brotherhood and his invitation to its representatives to visit the White House earlier this week and the admission of western supporters in the Egyptian government that the army had gone over to the Muslim Brotherhood jihadists. Something intercepted my transmission between my clicking on the SUBMIT button here and the arrival of my comment on the Wall site. Of course it could be Big Brother who was responsible!

Yes it was ‘bloody obvious’ and less honest than you now posit. Yes, what is weird is that just as with the Nazis; the writing is on the wall from the very start.
It’s just strange how few people seem interested in reality and prefer some tv fantasy instead. Was it the same in the 1930s I wonder?
Those who control the western powers recruit train, arm and equip Al-Qaeda again and again in multiple theaters (Bosnia, Libya etc not New York though, they would never do that).
Then the MSM acts all surprised again when they slaughter Christians or ‘moderates’ again.
Wherever there is a globalist interest, Al-Qaeda pops and starts killing the BBC reports it and no one falls about laughing. Bizarre.
Now even the ‘Financial Times’ explains ‘Sarkosy Stands To Gain Most’ from the slaughter of those children in France.
Turns out the killer was handled by French Intelligence for years.
No-one cares.
Turns out he didn’t film the killings at all. All a lie, either he had an accomplice (001%) or French Intelligence filmed the killings (99%).
Makes no difference.
He was arrested & released in Iraq & ”escaped from jail’ & the French knew he had an arsenal of guns and he was still at liberty???? You believe that???

Ostrich 10:09, e ballet costumes in Malaysia – This is absolutely baffling. Ballet companies from Britain going to perform in Australia, and Ozzie ballet companies travelling in the opposite directiion, alway stop over in Singapore and Malaysia for at least one, sometimes two, performance.
It’s only a 45 minute flight from KL to Singapore and SQ and MAS have many flights a day in both directions. Malaysians working in Singapore have computer cars that they run through the immigration machines to cross the Causeway to and from work with no queues.
I am absolutely baffled by this. When I lived there, the Chinese and Indians I worked with all noticed that more and more Malaysian women, who used to wear their long hair in a variety of beautiful styles that complemented their sarong kebayas, were tending more and more, under peer pressure, to wear the hijab.
But I just cannot (don’t want to) believe that it has become this bad. I will email a Chinese Malaysian friend who is a newspaper editor and ask what the story is and report back when I get a reply.
David Ossitt 5 April 1107. The Wall vigilantesare already on this case and we have written to the council. We have found out that the councillor who was resposible for this decision that this taxpayer was no longer fit to work on his allotment …. errr …. owns the allotment. His co-councillor wife suddenly remembered (you know how owning property can slip your mind!) remembered that it was in her name. Feel free to write him a vilifying email. Many of us did. I suggested, before it came out that his wife owns the allotment, that perhaps the councillor had a personal interest in this paticular piece of property and wondered whether a contributor to a political campaign might be seeking an allotment.
I haven’t had a reply, oddly enough. Has anyone else who wrote?
JR
Quick answer to both questions “Foxtrot Oscar!” Don’t let me hold you up.
Is that honest enough for you? Now – away ya go, before ennui envelops me again.
John Richardson
Perhaps it’s me or your rather misguided emulation of William Burroughs ‘cut-up’ writing style, but I haven’t been able to extract from your various posts the precise nature of the global conspiracy to which you allude.
Please could you provide an executive summary.
Thank you.
Interesting comparison between CMD’s “Easter Week” message and Obama’s rigorous approach to the season on Cranmer: http://www.archbishop-cranmer.blogspot.co.uk/
The Obama one appears to be genuine, what’s more!
David O,we discussed it on this very page yesterday. Scroll up for all our non-judgemental remarks.
I’ve checked my Yahoo account and note, with no surprise, that the councillor has not responded to my email of yesterday. Perhaps he is working his way through a mountain of emails he received … Or he may have kept his finger on the delete key for several minutes while all the complaints were condemned to homeless cyberspace. In my email, I posited mused that perhaps one of the councillor’s contributors to his election campaign was looking for an allotment … then it turned out that the allotment is in this very councillor’s wife’s name! And she is, by huge coincidence, also a councillor! You could have knocked me over with the feather!

Yes I certainly can.

Obama? Genuine?
I’ve kept the last three pieces of the original Roman footings of the demolished London Bridge in my back garden; – to you – two grand up (in readies of course); money up front and I’ll despatch by UPS. Oh wait a minute – on re-reading, I see the word ‘appears’. Apologies.
I just sent a follow-up email to David Bagworth. A copy was sent to the Mayor Ken Woodhead (suitable name for him?)
The Standards Committee Determination, dated 2 July 2009 is essential reading! David Bagshaw denies he was the allotment owner, and then the wife is forced to admit “that she forgot that the allotment was in her name”.
Does this ring a bell?
David Ossitt: When you email the creep, ask him how he KNEW that the pensioner had had an operation?
Frank P: 16:10 – Cranmer has been known to include spoofs and false trails – I was expecting to find that the Words attributed to Obama were in fact spoken by some more august predecessor.
AWK, can you post a copy of the email? I have had no response to mine. Quelle surprise, eh?
(Good point about asking him how he — and his co-councillor wife in whose name the allotment is — knew that the pensioner had had an operation! Surely keeping records of citizens medical matters is not part of the council’s remit??)
This email was sent today to David Bagshaw.
Can you as Mayor respond?
For public interest, how did you KNOW that the pensioner had received a knee operation? Do you have access to confidential medical data, either from doctors or other means?
Email sent to Bagshaw with copy to Woodhead, the Mayor.
I have received no replies. Surprised?
My email to Bagshaw: A copy appears on Aprl 4, 2012 at 17:28 and the last sentence raises the issue of how medical information was obtained.
I’ve had no reply to my email to Mr Bagshaw about the case of the persecuted pensioner. I can’t say I was expecting one. I had no reply to my email to the Cardiff CPS man either.
Verity: Please note that an allotment is/was in the name of Bagworth’s wife, but nowhere is it specifically stated that it is the allotment currently used by the pensioner. We must be exact in our facts! 🙂
The pensioner in question is the chairman of the allotments, is that relevant? Why does Bagshaw want him out? What might he be planning to do with the allotments?
Thanks for telling me we must be exact in our facts, AWK. That would never have occured to me.
I thought it had been specifically stated above that the wife, also a councillor, owned that specific allotment … or rented it in her name. In any event, I thought it was stated or implied above that she was responsible for that specific allotment and that it is in her name.
I suggest someone in England pick up the phone and call that council and ask. I doubt that they are allowed to withhold information.
Verity: Forgive me if I sounded ‘schoolmarmish’. I didn’t mean to appear patronising, it is just that with these swine we must be careful not to give them any facts which can be proven not correct. They are expert at wriggling, so we must be alert.
John Richardson 16:00
It’s your conspiracy theory, so I’ll let you delineate its parameters. Please proceed.
Thank you.
P from M — I have not had a smarmy reply from this David Martin (the councillor we all wrote to … quelle surprise!) … but it did say that the allotment in question is in his wife’s name.
AWK – no probs. We’re all on the same team.
Hello Mr Barry.
Er really not sure what to write as the NWO comprises each and every facet of life in the West at present.
Certainly not ‘my theory’; however I am directly aware that ‘the theory’ is true in even it’s most extreme variants. I found out ‘by accident’ wrong place wrong time.
Briefly.
Human development has been governed by the decisions and agendas of elites.
Since the advent of both Christianity* and later ‘democracy’ these elites have usually been obliged to work covertly & use propaganda, front organisations, infiltrate movements etc.
The elites have a specific and clear model of ‘progress’.
They believe in a feudal, hierarchical society buttressed by technology (the sort spoken of by Churchill in his warning of nazi triumph).**
The elites are all evolutionists and eugenicists. This is their creed and they naturally regard themselves as leading humanity by, ‘My duty and my right’.
The notions of ‘left & right’ have been used to split and maneuver the ‘democratic’ herd. This is why the communist left and fascist right all receive ALL their significant backing and therefore power, from the great banking families.
The great banking families ARE international banking, recall of course that The Bank of England was only nationalised in ’45. The American Fed is private, it just has ‘Federal’ in it’s title (the Constitution express forbids a state a central bank, the reason Washington is a ‘DC’ apparently).
Fiat currency is the means to exert financial control.
The elites now regard the mass of humanity as superfluous to their objectives.
This is because technology allied with biological advances means that the ‘productive’ rational for billions of members of the human race is null and void.
So they do not need us. So they are killing us. This is achieved by means of various ‘slow kill’ weapons; the most obvious is cancer. However there are other significant measures such as reducing fertility by drugging the water and introducing GM foods that sterilise.
If you’re still reading this you will recognise where ‘the green agenda’ comes into things. You will anticipate my explanations for why the ‘green agenda’ has been adopted by every western party in every western nation. This despite the reality that all scientific evidence and economic necessity should have prevented this.
Why do these elites fight sometimes?
We do see wars from time to time (though it is surprising how often the losing power cliche gets to retire in the sun isn’t it).
The way to think of this is to see the elites as a kind of Mafia Commission from the 1950-60s.
They can hate each other and compete within parameters, sometimes even kill.
However, in the end they recognise their common cause, their common agenda. They would kill specific members of each other’s family before they exposed each other’s organisations to the Police/public.
Hope that helps.
If so, should you request any further reading; I warn you Mr Barry, you will be shocked and alarmed at just how easy it is to confirm so much of what is above.
It takes some moral character to stare it in the face.
Regards.
*Few Royal Houses ever truly converted to Christianity, though they may have had Christian members even monarchs. They all retained ‘the old worship’. See their coats of arms or read their motto’s; zero Christian references.
**I understand ‘The Hunger Games’ a recent film with massive publicity, is a direct and precise model of these elites planned future for us.
John Richardson .. “So they do not need us. So they are killing us. ” Not the I see it. They are facilitating breeding of non-producers, for some reason (unless they intend to start consuming human meat) by giving them free council flats and money to pop out endless children, who will be passengers for life, in free hospitals, by a variety of sires. By the same token, they are flooding Britain, and it is now awash, with useless primitives, like Somalis and other islamics whose mission is to destroy Western societies.
On a lighter subject, the deplorable modern habit of misusing words! Nicholas mentioned a day ot two ago that he feared the worst when GP and hospital patients were called customers. I agree with him. My particular hate is the new buzz word ‘passionate.’ We have had all the robusts, transparents and other so-popular descriptive words, and now passionate has suddenly burst out demanding our attention. TV cooks are passionate about food. Fah! Porta is passionate about retail, and Alan Sugar craves passionate apprentices. Staff vacancies, even for dish washers and shelf fillers demand passionate workers. On “Newsnight”, Paxton interviewed Brian Paddick. The slimy ex-police chief three times insisted that he was passionate about curing London’s ills. Considering his history, I thgought passionate could perhaps be more aptly applied to his rather controversial private life.

“So, in future, I shall be referring to the camel-jockeys as ‘little sheet heads’”
What an excellent idea and a subtle play on words.
However if the individual happened to be Shiite as apposed to being a Sunni,( the former make up approximately 10% of the towel wearers whilst the latter make up 90%) you could substitute Shiite in place of the sheet, if you follow my drift.,
Verity, Anne Wotana Kaye 1 and others.
I am sorry that I had missed the thread before posting that piece from the Daily Mail, however some of you have mentioned that the councillor concerned has a wife (also a councillor) and she owns the allotment.
I suspect that there is some confusion here (understandably) but the fact is that allotments are not owned but leased, the land that has multiple tenants each of whom lease an allotment, is often owned by a council be it Town or City but often these areas of land are privately owned.
These private areas are usually odd bits of land that at their time of being offered to the community as allotments had little if any commercial value, however if pressure from a council were to re-categories some or all of the land then it might well be that the ‘owner’ might look for any excuse to get rid of a tenant.
All of this has a distinctly nasty smell.
David O … I don’t know shiite from Shinola. (Common American phrase.)

Hi.
I understand that the population of Africa is 20% lower than it was in 1945 but I cannot source that figure. The vaccination programme is responsible there as it is here. All that fuss about the ‘increased aid budget’ in the MSM? It takes a strange stupidity to accept these ‘narratives’. Obviously they are not giving all that money to sincere ‘development’! Look and you will see Bill Gates and his
‘new vaccines’. Anyone interested in this should see ‘Bill Gates admits vaccines for population control’ Youtube.
There is plenty of evidence that the western nations ‘gene pool’ is being altered by design. Not just immigration but welfare as well. When MSM journalists notice that the aspirational MC are having less children & much later in life; don’t they realise the government knows too? That element of society are the real bearers of civilisation and progress. Thus they are being gradually eroded. The ‘wrong’ people have more and more children, the ‘right’ people less. How many years must it continue before people see it is a policy ?
Verity, you must know a dozen policies off you head that would all work, be popular and cut taxation and crime. Me too. None will ever be adopted as that is not The Agenda.
Regs
By the same token, they are flooding Britain, and it is now awash, with useless primitives, like Somalis and other islamics whose mission is to destroy Western societies.
Peter from Maidstone
I just had another stab at posting the comment on Obama, the Muslim Brotherhood and developments in the run-up to the Egyptian election. Again, I hit ‘Submit’, the page renews but the message is not transferred to the Wall. I had this happen with a post last week, but unlike on this occasion I didn’t keep a copy of it. I will try to post it on the Big Brother blog and see what happens.
No; no good there either. bizarre.
John R – They have proved themselves pointless for 100,000 years or so. They have made no contributions in all that time except those great boy and girl groups, like The Four Seasons, The Platters, The Supremes, etc (whose moves were based on African tribal dances). They have done nothing to further humanity by one inch. In medicine. In engineering. In technology. In space science. In city/country administration. One giant ZERO.
They haven’t written anything worth reading. They haven’t even made an Oscar-wining movie, although no doubt Jane Fonda, Barbra Streisand, the Brangelinas would be more than happy to lobby for them if they’d just come up with an unrisible product.
They’re flooding into the West because they are being used as live weaponry against the civilisation of Britain and Western Europe (and the Antipodes and N America). I’m not sure, John Richardson, that this is at the behest of the islamics, who are as dynamic as sand fleas. The islamics with their dingbat philosophy are also in the weaponry category, along with the blacks.
I am baffled about what the end game is. Once the world is full of Ken Livingstones, Redgraves, Fondas, Jacqui Smiths, David Camerons, Nick Cleggs, Labour councils by the tens of millions, then what?
John Richardson re Africa … “Hi. I understand that the population of Africa is 20% lower than it was in 1945 but I cannot source that figure.”
That’s because they didn’t have AIDS in 1945.
Verity.
I would say that Gospel is a contribution to the great sum of human worth but that is an aside. I am not agreeing or disagreeing with your above views, they are self evident as far as it goes.
My concern and interest is the NWO as you know.
AIDS was identified as being man made years ago.
It seems to have been spread by the vaccination ‘campaign’. This would answer why Africans were not similarly affected by all the other STDs that are so much easier to catch that AIDS; notoriously difficult to pass on as you know. This idea is backed up by many of those in Africa working ‘in the field’.
One for instance would be the UN anti-Polio vaccine campaign that has created and spread a mutant strain of Polio that is incurable. I say this is done by design.
The people behind these events are not racist exactly. They are not targeting just the Africans, or Chinese (one child policy) or Ukrainians or Jews or Kamayer or whoever it is this decade.
According to ‘The Telegraph’ (I think) the other day Germany will soon have 5million people with Alzheimer’s. Again, according to MSM 1/5 of American women will get breast cancer.
As you will recall hearing on the old wall, the giant German corporation Baer knowingly and deliberately gave 5million hemophiliacs AIDS (back to AIDS again).
AWK1 gave the figure of 7m. Not just AIDS in the infected blood either*.
This is why I say they are eugenicists. They are ‘moving forward’ to create a new
‘human species’ by culling the human race. That’s the end game. A new green Eden with between 20-3% of the current population of Earth. Again, there are numerous analysis of this idea.
This is why they debase education, release dangerous killers, attack Christianity, encourage abortion, flouridate the water etc etc etc
The people you mention being put into power above us are certainly not the end game itself. The politicians only hold elected office anyway. Not power. All the power is elsewhere as you know.
Not even the Devil himself would want to live on Earth with only ‘Ken Livingstones, Redgraves, Fondas, Jacqui Smiths, David Camerons, Nick Cleggs’.
Euuugh!
Regards.
* Bill Clinton personally financially benefited when he was Governor of Arkansas. That’s where most of the ‘prison blood’ came from. Small world eh?
Interesting:-
http://uk.news.yahoo.com/does-the-far-right-in-europe-pose-a-growing-threat-to-democracy-.html
The Left support the notion that “victim groups” are radicalised as a result of oppression. It will be interesting to determine at what point the Left’s logic will have to be applied to the “far-right” resulting in an admission that Leftist policies of uncontrolled immigration, thought/speech persecution, inequality in treatments and the suppression of English nationalism have created this “problem”. Since the Left has tacitly supported, for example, the aims of the IRA for many years there should come a point when the Left must find itself endorsing the “struggle” of “minority” English nationalism to recover the sovereignty, character, culture and heritage of its own country.
Or maybe not . . . because as we all know hypocrisy and double standards are in constant attendance on the Left’s dodgy bandwagon.
But on a serious note, the growing tendency within the political “narrative” to demonise the far-right as a “problem” for democracy (!) and to extend the parameters of the far-right to more or less include anyone who has not signed up for Dave’s slightly left of centre “conservatism” is rather sinister, given that most of the real problems facing England are the result of Leftist policies and/or the rise of militant Islam – which of course currently walk hand in hand. And we also know of course that the real threat to democracy, the biggest threat to democracy, is the EU Socialist Super State.
David O 19:30. Yes. The wife of this councillor, who, by coincidence, sits on the same council(!) has already said that she suddenly remembered she held that allotment lease was held by her. It had slipped her mind. Like it does.
I’ve been wondering about the fathers of the Cabinet and Labour front bench. I was led to think of this by a mention of IDS being a soldier, and his father a highly decorated RAF officer.
I note that of course Ed Milliband’s father was a Belgian Marxist who wrote about England saying..
The Englishman is a rabid nationalist. They are perhaps the most nationalist people in the world…When you hear the English talk of this war you sometimes almost want them to lose it to show them how things are. They have the greatest contempt for the continent in general and for the French in particular…England first. This slogan is taken for granted by the English people as a whole. To lose their empire would be the worst possible humiliation.
Nick Clegg is of mixed Dutch and Russian ancestry and recently said..
I think, too, that my mother’s classic sort of Dutchness instilled in us a degree of scepticism about the entrenched class configurations in British society. Rightly or wrongly, you just felt that the Netherlands was a much more socially mobile country, where you weren’t judged by your accent, your education or your background as much as you are in this country. (Though, I have to stress, I had a very, very fortunate, affluent background and went to a private school myself.)
I was acutely aware as a youngster that, frankly, things just seemed to work so much better in the Netherlands than they did in Britain – or England, at least. There was just a feeling that something was holding this country back, at a time when – perhaps in part because of the devastation of the war – large parts of Europe were palpably moving forward, politically, economically, in terms of infrastructure…
Ed Balls father campaigned against Grammar Schools while sending Ed to a private school. His father doesn’t appear to have served in the War or in National Service.
I am not saying anything particular, but I do wonder if most of the modern politicians have not been brought up with any tradition of patriotic military service and if this has left them with a diminished sense of patriotism.
Trolls are bad enough. Prolix trolls are unbearable. Now my scroll key is sticking intermittently, despite me offering it a dose of GBH. (It has its own personality, you know?)
FROM THE FAR WEST OF CANADA
About 10 years ago, in British Columbia, a large number of women went missing. There is no doubt that many of them were murdered and that they were prostitutes: one man has recently been convicted of committing many of the murders and is now in prison.
It has been alleged that very little was done to stop the murders continuing, so last year a Missing Women Commission of Inquiry was set up.
Now the Commission itself is being accused of being politically incorrect. This has alarmed the Commission Chairman. Today’s National Post quotes him as announcing that he has hired an “experienced independent investigator” to look into allegations of “harassment and intimidation” inside the Commission.
Apparently, five former Inquiry employees have alleged that there were problems problems at the Commission offices that included a “highly sexualized” work environment. They allege that “male employees had used offensive language and been dismissive of women”.
One specific allegation against senior commission staff is that when what the newspaper calls a “former sex trade worker” offered to help the Inquiry, a senior employee was heard to refer to her as “the fat hooker”.
I enjoyed reading that – especially because it’s the kind of expression that annoys the Politically Correct – but why are the Great and Good so terrified of criticism from them?
It makes me wonder which, in the future, is going to be the greater crime? Murder, or Using a Wrong Word to refer to a “Sex Trade Worker”?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ZucLthble4
Contrary to the half-arsed accreditation on YouTube, here are The Two Leslies (Leslie Sarony and Leslie Holmes) singing ‘Ain’t It Grand To Be Bloomin’ Well Dead’ (1932).
As they say, “let me be absolutely clear about this”:”fat” and “hooker” are now BOTH entries in the dictionary of PC. The description “fat hooker” should therefore be replaced with the phrase “circumferentially-challenged sex trade worker”. Other acceptable language for “fat”, such as “pear-shaped” can be found online passim, for example at:
http://ask.metafilter.com/135042/Style-tips-for-the-circumferentially-challenged
Thus, “that pear-shaped sex trade worker”, but not, note, “that pear-shaped hooker”, would be acceptable usage by the Commission’s employpersons.
Unfortunately, this helpful control of offensive language is not accompanied by similar control over, as it were, similarly offensive facts on the ground. For instance, there is no democratic movement for the prevention of the wearing of jeans by male and female persons with circumferentially-challenged bums. Hopefully, the community will move forward together in this direction as one person.
“I was acutely aware as a youngster that, frankly, things just seemed to work so much better in the Netherlands than they did in Britain – or England, at least. There was just a feeling that something was holding this country back, at a time when – perhaps in part because of the devastation of the war – large parts of Europe were palpably moving forward, politically, economically, in terms of infrastructure…”
Personally I find that quite an insulting observation. Did things work better in the Netherlands when they were defeated and occupied by the Nazis? When Dutch contingents volunteered and wore Nazi uniforms? Did things work worse in Britain when they resisted Nazi occupation and eventually contributed to the liberation of the Netherlands? Most of what held Britain back post war was a succession of idiotic governments, the power of trade union socialism – not far short of soviet sabotage – and the USA loading us with war debt, having waived German reparations. I suggest that if he really feels that way Clegg should fuck off to the Netherlands rather than continue to piss about with our country. He won’t be missed.
The whole quote from Clegg contains quite amazing bigotry and prejudice, not least the focus on England as somehow especially problematic. Within it there is clearly something of an inferiority complex and envy – as well as our old friend the class war as the solution to all ills – and the standard socialist’s disdain for “England” in notion as an identity. But then the whole socialist gambit has relied upon the idea that the old England was bad and required “improving”, mainly through grotesque characterisation and downright lies. The arrogance is that most of the twats holding this view were not even born in the time they talk disparagingly of and seem to forget that there are people still around who were.
Milliband Senior’s comment is just plain horrible and everything one might expect from a foreign Marxist who, having been given sanctuary here, bites the hand that feeds him. There are plenty of those types in the UK. And we are amazingly polite in not giving them the short shrift they deserve.

Herbert T – In England, they call them “sex workers”, as though it were a real job that they had to have qualifications for and go to a job interview for and pay taxes and NHS on. What would appear at first glance utterly peculiar is part of the plan of tearing our long cohesive society and commonly accepted standards to shreds. I don’t understand why no one argues with them. They seem to give in to the bullies who are shredding our society, with a shrug.

I think the “narrative” of the current political class which they would like us to adopt draws on a principle of our culture extending back almost to Roman times: “Let you be done by as others would like to do you.”

Herbert ThorntonL Hello Herbert, Good to see you here. It is very possible that the Big Society in its concern to show that every citizen matters. has an NVQ for Sex Workers. NVQ 1 is an introductory course, leading eventually to an NVQ 4 for a fully fledged SW, involving every aspect of the work. As is the norm with NVQ training, participants are accessed by more senior workers in the field, the course not involving written work but being strictly practical. Working as an NVQ Accessor is highly sought after, and usually goes to ex-politicians and NHS management.
Nicholas, I am glad that you found Cleggs comments offensive. I might spread my googling wider and see what the backgrounds of others are. I have yet to find any one of the dynamic young politicians who are destroying us has come from a home where a father served in the Armed Forces. Of course there may be many.

“I am not saying anything particular, ”
Maybe not, but I think you have a very fair point.
The leading parliamentarians of the fifties and sixties were ex-servicemen or the sons of, (Harold Wilson excepted.) They’d seen war close up and wanted no more of it so, although they maintained much stronger forces than we now have, they were very careful about when to use them (Anthony Eden excepted, but, unnoticed, he was a very ill man at the time.). Our thirties politicians were likewise unwilling to do anything that might lead to war, which led them to the disastrous policy of disarmament in the name of appeasement. (are you reading this, CMD?)(‘course he’s not; he’s in Tokyo today, signing a ‘defence’ deal.)
The problem the armed forces have is that nobody can ever set a true £sd value on them, until they aren’t there, thus they are defenceless against the bean counters.
I think what I’m trying to do here is simply reiterate Julius Caesar, “If you want peace, prepare for war.”

Don’t buy into the Milliband created family myth of Belgian intellectual marxism;and there is some martial history there. Not one to be particularly prod of though…and I wouldn’t shout about it if my Polish grandfather had joined the Red army to fight against his own people:-
http://leejohnbarnes.blogspot.co.uk/2009/06/david-miliband-marxist-scum.html
“he online biography of Adolphe “Ralph” Miliband says he was born in Brussels of Polish-Jewish emigré parents and that both his parents lived in the Jewish quarter of Warsaw, before his father, Samuel “Sam” Miliband, joined the Red Army in the Polish-Soviet or Bolshevik War (February 1919 March 1921).
Sam Miliband is said to have left Poland after the First World War, which ended in November 1918. He supposedly became a leather worker in Belgium and then returned to Poland to join the Red Army under the command of Leon Trotsky (born Lev Davidovich Bronstein) in 1920.
The commanders who served under Trotsky in the Bolshevik War against Poland were Mikhail Tukhachevsky, Aleksandr Yegorov, Joseph Stalin, and Felix Dzerzhinsky.
Nikolay Bukharin, writing in the Soviet newspaper Pravda, urged the Bolsheviks to carry on beyond Warsaw “right up to London and Paris.”
General’s Tukhachevsky’s order of July 2, 1920 read:
To the West! Over the corpse of White Poland lies the road to world-wide conflagration. March on Vilno, Minsk, Warsaw! Onward to Berlin over the corpse of Poland!
Why would a poor leather worker in Belgium give up his work and travel all the way to Poland to fight with the Bolshevik Red Army against the Polish Republic and the West? If this is true, Samuel Miliband must have been a very dedicated communist.
This is, however, most certainly not the whole truth. The family tree of the family of David and Edward Miliband clearly indicates that their grandfather Samuel Miliband was also born, like their father Adolphe, in Brussels in 1865. In this case, Brussels-born Sam must have been an extremely dedicated communist. There is another possible explanation. Perhaps Sam was a Zionist emissary on a mission to bring support and funds to the Red Army in their attempt to conquer Poland. If the family tree is correct that Sam Miliband was born in Brussels, there is something more to the Miliband story.
The Miliband family tree provides the names and dates of birth of Samuel’s 11 siblings, his parents, and even his grand-parents, data which supports it as a credible source. Why then has the Zionist-controlled media obscured the Miliband family history and pretended that David’s father was born in Warsaw, when his family records indicate he was born in Brussels?
This is information about the Miliband family that the media had evidently decided that the public does not need to know. It also suggests that the preferential treatment and promotions that the Milibands have received since coming to Britain have more to do with their high-level connections than with their abilities”.
And more recent ties

Sadly, I don’t think that it really makes sense for Mr Nelson to ‘ignore’ the true origin of this legislation.
It just would not make sense for a political journalist/editor to avoid finding out who created legislation. It seems bizarre to imagine Fraser Nelson hearing and then forgetting conversations, reading and then forgetting all those reports and blogs stuff that reveal the truth.
The obvious truth is also the worst case scenario. Mr Nelson is a liar.
He is consciously and knowingly pretending that ‘our government’ is creating the legislation because he wants to deceive any one stupid enough to read him.
He wants to deceive people about who rules Britain and who makes our laws.
Some want to be deceived and that is what the MSM is now for.
So I suppose Fraser Nelson and his readers kind of deserve each other.

Thank you for the ‘openeurope’ pdf and the ‘Slog ‘Bilderberg’ piece, respectively; neither designed to fulfil the ‘Happy Easter’ theme suggested on this forum today, but nonetheless eminently worthy of a Good Friday read.
Perhaps it would have been better to have been exercised in the garden planting some vegetables, if the redoubtable Mr John Ward is to be believed and who can argue with his data and conclusions?
I suggest, Peter from Maidstone, that you include The ‘Slog on the blogroll. In striving to cover the waterfront, one forgets so many founts of wisdom that exist within the ‘sphere – it’s just impossible to keep up with them all, but this is one that needs to be kept to the forefront of our sources, he is a researcher and bloviator of distinction.
And Frank S – the paragraph that jumped out of the Executive Summary of the Open Europe pdf you linked was this one:
“National ministers are currently negotiating a raft of new proposals based on the recommendations of the informal and shadowy ”Future Group”, which was made up of ministers from a select group of member states and first met in 2007 under Germany’s EU Presidency. Jacques Barrot, the EU’s Justice and Security
Commissioner, has publicly declared that the aim is to “develop a domestic security strategy for the EU”, adding that, “National frontiers should no longer restrict our activities”
I think that last sentence was probably a direct quote from Herr Hitler. Plus ca change … (just an adjustment of tactics).
Bearing in mind that the document was produced in 2009 … the current ‘news’ about increased surveillance powers, should not come as a surprise.
Did anybody see Peter Taylor’s BBC Two doc about ‘Modern Espionage’ last night and the governmental access he was given? The propaganda drive is in full flood.
‘Happy Easter’? Hmmnn – yerrss!
The prospect of the perpetuation of the freedoms we’re exercising here seems terminal; so better enjoy them while we can.
AWK1 – Re Irritating words; to your “passionate” may I add “culture”.
Culture used to be jes’ opera an’ all that, but now everyone’s got one.
The latest, on BBC news today, is trades unions fearing a “hire and fire culture”.
Frank P – Whatever it is, Dave is in on it … meaning, he knows about it and hopes to be included in the inner group by being a good soldier for the cause.
Frank Sutton: Yes, I abhor the use of the word culture today. As far as I’m concerned. it can refer to something nasty in a petri dish since ‘high culture’ means little for today’s peasants.
AWK1 – I’d forgotten about the petri dish kind – though, looking in my fridge it’s the sort of culture I’m most acquainted with.
Another one on the Missing in Action list is the redoubtable Vulture. We haven’t heard from him/her for months.
Vulture often mentioned an acquaintanceship with Norman Baker, the one sane LibDem on Planet Earth. Can P from M write to Norman Baker and ask if he knows someone who posts as Vulture and ask him/her to get in touch with us.
I have googled Boudicca but only the obvious comes up. I have a feeling she is connected in some way with UKIP, though. She seems to know a lot about their latest news and figures.
Frank Sutton:
A wicked man indeed, Hermann Goering, but couldn’t resist this saying supposed to be from him:
“Whenever I hear the word culture, I reach for my gun”. “Wenn ich ‘Kultur’ höre, nehme ich meine Pistole.” –
Anyone heartened by the People’s Pledge Thurrock “referendum” result might bare this in mind: Their new director is one Ian McKenzie, a Europhile who favours a referendum on the grounds that the pro-EU vote would win it, and banish the Eurosceptics for all time.

The only good thing I can say about this monstrous woman is, I could barely understand a word she was saying. Hard not to like Herman despite everything. I regard him a little like Bush Junior; on the side of evil…but likable somehow.
Herman Goering also said, in 1918, just after the collapse when rallying German Officers who were close to despair; ‘No one can enslave us unless we let them’. I confess that phrase does return to me again and again these days.
ps When he was shot during the beer hall putsch, Goering was dragged into the house of a Doctor during the chaos. The Doctor treated his wounds. The family were Jewish and obviously later endured persecution. The Doctor appealed to Goering and Goering responded by issuing them with a certificate that they hung on the wall. It declared that the household were under the personal protection of the Reich marshal. They had to point it out whenever the Gestapo called. The whole family survived the war.
pps Goering’s (most likely half) brother spend the whole war ‘rescuing’ Jewish people and their families. At least 7000 received Herman’s personal pardon or sometimes even release and most often exemption from ‘evacuation’ due to his brother’s activities. This was part of the reason the Gestapo & Martin Bormann hated Goering so much.
Regs.
“…who is paying for this projekt…” Why, we are of course

John, interesting post. I’m working my way through the Lanny Budd novel’s by Upton Sinclair. Rather overly socialist, but brilliantly prophetic. Hard to get, but my husband sourced shops and online and we have second-hand volumes. Now my son and his girlfriend are also hooked on them. Hermann G plays a large part in the novels, and whilst an evil character, he is far more endearing than a heroine and some other brave people in the novels. Shocking thing for a Jewish woman to say, but he seems a ‘fallen angel’ – highly intelligent etc etc, Lucifer! Do try and read them, John, I’m sure you will be a fan too.

It is now impossible to police London. Believe me. Hence the horrors of the last few years. Young recruits ill-trained and under-equipped; wrong recruiting criteria; no support; no esprit de corps; no leadership; those who are paid to ‘lead’ have no experience and no balls. It’s an occupied city and the politicised police chiefs have been suborned by and are collaborating with the occupiers.

Verity seems intensely interested in Boudicca – and I’m all for it. Let’s also have a go at requesting Conrad Black to post here – I am intensely interested. Does anyone have his cell number?
Malfleur – How dare you make light of the terrible, sickening wrong wrought by the toxic left being suffered by Lord Black day after day?
Yours is one of the nastiest, most spiteful, mean-spirited and ignorant posts I have ever read on a blog.
“Two people arrested on suspicion of murder after the death of a six-year-old girl at a campsite have been released without charge after police concluded there were no suspicious circumstances. Paramedics were called to the Holmsley campsite in Bransgore, Dorset, just after midnight on Good Friday. A spokesperson for South Central Ambulance Service said that when they arrived, the girl was “fitting and not breathing”. The girl’s mother and father were reportedly giving her CPR at this point. A Hampshire Police spokesperson said: “The arrests made this morning were necessary as a result of a report from experienced medical professionals.””
Reading between the lines were the arrested persons the poor mother and father? And arrested because some fat-arsed paramedic twat in green overalls attributed the death to botched CPR? And “fitting”? That’s a new one to me. “Having a fit” I know – “fitting” is something I expect when having a suit made.
It just gets worse every day in this vile, horrible country.
I was very encouraged by the results of the Thurrock referendum. Not pleased at the agenda of the Director obviously, but if they can manage to get 30% of the electorate involved then I think that a properly organised, developed and funded People’s Parliament might have some legs. Certainly it should be possible to get a necessary number of people involved in a polling organisation to provide highly accurate polling of the more contentious questions facing us, and doing so on a quick turnaround to be able to respond to live events.

So “black” is still on target for being a banned word. Remember how marxist school councils banned “blackboard” and changed it into “chalkboard”?
Surely this must be the first time in human history that people have tried to get an entire colour banned?
And why are you allowing this abnormal, controlling, Hitleresque behaviour in your public servants, whose wages come from your pocket and whose jobs depend on your votes?
This is hideous and people are writing letters to papers, but not threatening town councillors and school boards with withholding their votes.
PfM, 22:30.
I can’t entirely share your optimism over the Thurrock poll.
Those taking part in the election were, as far as I know, a “self-selecting” sample – and therefore likely to be Euro-sceptics; consequently, the majority of those who voted wanted an in-out referendum, and would have voted “out” had that referendum been offered.
Whether either of those results reflect the true opinion of the population at large is highly questionable. Pledge supporters assure me that at Pledge rallies, Eurosceptics prevail – but they would, wouldn’t they, while the Pledge is widely seen as a Euro-sceptic pressure group.
I believed that myself when I signed up some months ago. The arrival of a Europhile director suggests there’s a Trojan Horse in the sceptic camp, and I for one will regard the People’s Pledge with suspicion.
In the meantime, I consider myself “unPledged”.
Verity, it was a private school so “we” didn’t pay for it.
It reminds me, funnily enough, of a song I heard in my children’s infant school (not all that long ago – well within the ‘PC gone mad’ era).
It was something to do with pirates, and contained the lines:
“This way, that way, forwards and backwards over the Irish sea,
A bottle of rum to fill my tum and that’s the life for me!”
Even odder, since the school had definite PC tendencies, and quite a few of the kids came from Muslim families. I wonder if they sang it to their parents at home.
Frank P 13:13, Thanks, Frank, as always. Meinhost strikes me, not for the first time, as a bit of an ungracious arse.
Well, as it is now Easter Saturday, some fun for the old ‘uns, whose memories have been rejuvenated here with some nifty digital jigging. Hat-tip to my naughty niece, who knew just what to do to cheer me up after a shitty week. Dunno where she finds this stuff, but efficacious it certainly is.

Re the cha…er…black board.
The term was never banned in any class room of mine.
The MSM never makes things any clearer, they would never print or broadcast;
“This official NUT and Local Authority policy is set to be totally ignored by teachers. Children are laughing at the idea.”
The MSM has given the veneer of respectability to all manner of PC madness. Things are not always as bad as the MSM pretend.
“Even odder, since the school had definite PC tendencies, and quite a few of the kids came from Muslim families. I wonder if they sang it to their parents at home.”
This Easter we covered ‘The Easter Message’ at our last school assembly.
No punches were pulled. For example, the children were told ‘Some people wanted to Crucify Jesus because they did not think that he was the son of God’.
We showed an American cartoon, very clear, no wishy washy nonsense.
I would say that the hall was er…about 60% Muslim judging from the veils.
I wonder if they went home and told their parents?
John Richardson, why are they allowed to wear fancy dress to class? “Veils”? Why?
I will just take this opportunity to note, once again, that the burqa and the niqab are ancient desert tribal wear and they keep the constantly blowing Saharan (and other desert) sands out of ears, noses, mouths and throats. The other paraphenalia (including the thobes worn by men and still worn by Arab “kings”, and those clownish pyjamaesque thingies worn by the Paki nut jobs in Luton) is to keep the searing desert sun off the skin. They are intelligent outfits for the purpose. The Sahara, yes. Bedfordshire, no.
Schools should not be allowing these fancy dress outfits, which serve no purpose in England, because they distract the children from what the teacher is writing on the BLACKboard.
Frank P 00:19, Thank God I’m not young any more. Pleasant dreams.

“Schools should not be allowing these fancy dress outfits, which serve no purpose in England, because they distract the children from what the teacher is writing on the BLACKboard.”
Verity.
Thank you.
You have a wonderful faith in my teaching skills.
However, the sad truth is that veils, football cards, silly voices, multi-coloured bouncing rubber balls they ALLLL cause distraction at the back of the classroom.
It’s not just the Muslim children not paying attention believe me.

I am afraid that you have viewed my post at 21.48 through the prism of your own character. Silly old thing!

Malfleur — Those of us who followed the nightmarish Kafkaesque travails of Lord Black view the events through the eyes of Lord Black and his wife, not the “prism” of our own characters, whatever the hell that is.
Your reference to Lord Black was repellent and you demeaned yourself by making it. That you don’t apologise, but seek instread to demean someone who tried to defend Conrad Black speaks ill of you.
Why not send your posts to Mark Steyn? Just for fun!
Frank Sutton, re the People’s Pledge, I meant that it was encouraging that 30% of the electorate were engaged in the process, not the particular process itself. It gives some hope that other projects could also engage people.
Dear Mr Barry,
Frank P’s & Verity’s recent uplifting video links may not be enough to cheer us through a grey, wet Easter weekend. Time, maybe, to deploy another number from your repertoire of rousing songs?
Your last two ditties (i.e. Eton & Mitchell) were unaccompanied your customary multilingual exhortation to,”Sing, you bastards, SING.” I missed that.
I’ve got a horrible feeling that all these organisations and groups supposedly dedicated to “conservative” causes in Britain are gradually being infiltrated and subverted by lefties espousing “modernisation” or “de-toxification”. After all its a tactic that has proven so successful everywhere else. Reading David Lindsay’s comment at the Speccie about teachers I fear we are doomed.
I agree that smoking cigarettes is highly dangerous and that the young should not be encouraged ever to start the habit. However, this lunatic government has come up with another idiotic dictate. Cigaretts in supermarkets must be concealed by a screen or door so that youthful eyes shouldn’t see the bright and attractive packets. I started smoking at thirteen and continued until the age of sixty-three, and can truly say that the illustrations on packets, even of Passing Clouds or Du Maurier never tempted me to smoke. It was all due to peer pressure and the movies – Bette Davis, Marlene Dietrich, etc. Actually, I was addicted to Balkan Blacks, a wonderful Turkish cigarette encased in black and girded with a gold filter. Perhaps Elf and Safety should put chicken nuggets and pasties behind a screen!
Here’s an interesting website for nosy, grumpy, inquisitive bloody minded iconoclasts:-
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/
Anne – Balkan sobranie? Yes I remember them. My own preference was Gauloise, “Disque Blue” I recollect. They had an allure of reverse sophistication, and were smoked by Len Deighton’s nameless spy hero, as played by Michael Caine.
Noa: Yes, Noa, I loved the aroma of Gauloise, but they were too acrid for me to smoke. The young men smoked them wearing black polo sweaters and duffle coats, and the cellar coffee bar would be a blue haze, as azure as the packaging.
I know PfM thinks some of us concentrate too much on American politics here, as he said so elsewhere, but things are hotting up over there as the Long March moves irrevocably towards the cliff edge; as we’re all in its slip-stream (evidenced by Cameron’s recent disgusting fawning in WDC) we should heed the words of the most astute commentator on geopolitics on the planet (imho):

Please read it all, before we return to more parochial issues.

You are being obtuse about my post on Conrad Black.
Noa: Posted reply to you, but it’s vanished.
Just to say I remember those strong French cigs. Too acrid for me, but I loved their aroma.
I think the issues highlighted by the article linked by Frank are directly relevant here too.
“A nation can have formal “checks and balances,” but in the end free societies depend on a certain deference to the proprieties. If you’re willing to disdain those, you can drive a coach and horses through accepted norms very easily.”
Sounds very much like Common Purpose’s “leading beyond authority”. Leading us where, why and to what purpose is the missing bit (although we here know full well).
“More and more aspects of the citizen’s daily existence are regulated by rules and officials both of which are ever more disconnected from any meaningful accountability to the people’s representatives.”
Sounds very much like our Quangocracy and influential, nagging-shop fake charities. Bureaucratic power promulgated on a presumption of common ideology which in most cases has never been debated or consented to. For example in 1975 we held a referendum to join the European Economic Community (EEC) as a member but now we enjoy a second tier of government as a subject nation by the European Union (EC) which spews regulatory bureaucracy at an alarming rate in processes that are either invisible or unaccountable. At some point in the last fifty years we became a “multi-cultural society”. By default due to immigration yes, but also in specifically ideological constraints as to what that means in terms of what we are supposed to think, write, say and do in a cultural context in order to be free of accusations of “phobia”. I cannot recall being asked for my consent to all that. Can anyone else?

Good morning EC
Like Calle Mio proclaiming the latest security legislation foisted on him, and more pertinently, us, by the mandarins of Whitehall and Brussels, Len Deighton never named his hero, though the films did:-
“Now my name isn’t Harry, but in this business it’s hard to remember whether it ever had been.” he says in “The Ipcress File”.
EC (12:07)
I guessed you’d like that phrase: perfect, and as you perspicaciously posit, it fits the faces you name here ‘to a T’.
Problem is, they’re too thick to realise they are now the useful idiots. I fear we’re now in the the tertiary stage of the syphilis of the counter culture and the issue of the those who consorted with the whores of international communism have inherited the disease without knowing it. ‘Softening of the Brain’ (as they once described General Paresis) indeed!
To those who condemn the Daily Mail to the pit of vacuity I commend the following, brilliant piece:-

So grateful that you linked the Meades essay; would have missed it otherwise. He is indeed a brilliant and relentless writer and it is a timely reminder of the complexities of European chicanery in general and that of ‘La Belle France’ in particular. I enjoyed his recent TV documentary series on France immensely; a wordsmith of infinite variety and originality who challenges all preconceptions; what’s more, I suspect that the content, quality and quirkiness of the camera work in his docs. is probably due as much his influence as the director’s.
I wonder whether Austin Barry could offer a critique of this article, as he often addresses the phenomenon of banlieus (often in just comparison to our inner city ‘no-go’ ghettos).
Noa @ 12:26
Ah, you got me Hook, Line and Sinker.
So that’s Game, Set and Match to you. 🙂
According Mrs EC’s copy of “The Len Deighton Companion” (Grafton Books,1987, by Edward Millward-Oliver) the name “Harry Palmer” was coined by Harry Saltzman, the Producer of The Ipcress File. (btw great music by John Barry)
Thankfully, after Billion Dollar Brain, Len Deighton eventually started name his protagonists himself. eg. Bernard Samson.
Yes, Mrs EC is the one with the encyclopaedic knowledge of spies and spy novels in our house. An unusual hobby for a biologist, but there you are.
I’ve just realised that today is Boat Race day.
There was a time when the whole country was interested in it – and took sides even if they had not the slightest connection with the Universities.
It seems to have slipped off the national consciousness for some reason – or is it just me?
I think I’m rooting for – er, ‘ere… lend us a penny to toss guv!
Frank P
“…He was on stage with Zohra Drif whom the mediator, Marianne’s editorial director, introduced as an Algerian senator, a witness to the revolution and to the birth of a new nation etc. He omitted the most salient point about this smirking old hag. An elderly man in the audience was less reticent. He stood up and yelled: ‘You are a war criminal. You murdered children.’ Liberals can’t get along without bouncers, half a dozen thick necks pounced on this person, this little person, this unimportant person.
Fifty years on such voices still don’t count, the politico-journalistic establishment is not interested in them. Zohra Drif is a murderer. On 30 September 1956 she planted a bomb in a café called the Milk Bar in central Algiers. Several people died, dozens were injured and maimed. Levy seemed increasingly disgusted to be in the presence of this woman. In an echo of Albert Camus’s Les Justes (The Righteous) he allowed, questionably, that the cause she espoused was unexceptionable but that her means were barbarous.
Unfazed, untouched, unfeeling, she replied that she was at war. One of her victims was in the audience. Danielle Michel-Chich who was five at the time lost a leg. Her grandmother was killed. She wrote a book called Letter To Zohra D. This was the first time they had been in a room together in 56 years…”
Fascinating, Jonathan Meades creates the tension of a crime novel. One needs to know the ending, even though, in our hearts, we intuit that it will not be a good one.
The history, he goes on to say, has already been re-written to suit the revolutionary agenda. The injustices crystallised and given the status of orthodoxy. The highest and truest purpose of education is to challenge and reject the lies and deceptions practiced upon us by those who manipulate us for their own purposes and bring them to justice, no matter how late, how reluctantly, or how long it takes. Drif one feels has escaped, for now.
More depressingly, will we ever see our own criminals in the dock, of either a court of justice or public opinion?
Blair, at least for his war crimes, Brown for his mad Fabian visions leading us to financial destruction. The lesser players, but no less intrinsically disgusting and blameworthy, the disgusting careerist, ‘reverse-racism’ of a Diane Abbot or George Galloway, the essential and external self-loathing and destructiveness of a Benn, Crosland or Harman?
AWK1, you had a slightly longer smoking career than me. Like you I started at about 13, and continued until I was 55.
I do have a nostalgic regard for the packaging – Woodbines were stylish in what might have been an Art Nouveau style, Weights rather more restrained; upstart newcomer in the two bob for 10 price range (I’m talking mid-60s here) Number Six were brash and ugly in garish packaging without the appeal to history of the other two.
Foreign brands – mainly French – were definitely bohemian, and promised the possibility of amorous canoodling with languorous but worldly-wise beatnik girls – a promise not readily fulfillled.
But most of the time it was hand-rolled – a chameleon identity that can switch effortlessly from poor-but-honest to rebel-beatnik to convict to practical artisan. This last has some rational justification, since the two-ounce measures came in very handy tins withe sealable lids. I still have some, and very handy they are.
The plastic pouches used now have no allure.

ROTFL!
And on “the naming of spies” I came across the following vignette from Mr Caine himself:-
“…the production team chose “Harry Palmer”, because they wanted a dull, unglamorous name to distance him from Ian Fleming’s James Bond, the stereotypical flamboyant, swashbuckling spy. In his memoirs, Michael Caine says producer Harry Saltzman thought up the surname “Palmer”, and Caine innocently remarked that “Harry” was a dull name, not realising his gaffe until seeing Saltzman’s stare. In a Len Feldman interview, Caine recalled “I made a rather bad social blunder, because, he said, ‘What’s the dullest name you can think of?’, and I said, ‘Harry’, and he said, ‘Thanks very much.’ And then he said, ‘What’s a dull surname ?’, and the most boring boy in our school was called: ‘Palmer’, ‘Tommy Palmer’. So, he said, ‘All right, we’ll call him Harry Palmer.'”
Malfleur – No. I didn’t misunderstand your post. You thought you were being clever and worldly laughing at a man who is, as we write, going through the agony of having had his achievements pulled down, his fortune taken away, being separated from his wife and had his liberty taken away and being imprisoned among people who aren’t fit to clean his shoes …. for no reason other than lefty spite. I wish Mark Steyn, who is a close (and loyal) friend to Lord Black, had seen your nasty, creepy, infantile post because he would have slice ‘n’ diced you before you could have said “ragout”.
You have degraded this blog with your snide, faux “funny” attack on a wrongly imprisoned man who cannot defend himself, who has had his achievements (look at The Spectator under Lord Black and look at it now) reviled as being somehow dishonest (according to the Left), who has been removed from his life, his home and his wife.
Don’t tell me I misunderstood. You’re trying to weasel out of it. You should issue an apology on this blog. How anyone could try to score a clever point using the mental and emotional torture of a wronged man, imprisoned by the insane left in Canada, which is even more out of control than in Britain, is beyond my understanding.

“Just to say I remember those strong French cigs. Too acrid for me, but I loved their aroma.”
Hello Anne these were possibly Gitanes or my favourite French cigarette Gaulois’s Disc Blu.
At least in the old days the English, French and American cigarettes had some character, who can forger names such as, Passing Clouds, Balkan Sobranie and all of the rest, also the cigarette cases and lighters were all part of the habit.
Noa,
“… and not many people know that.” (as Caine never said)

Thanks for the DM Jonathan Meades article. Quite an eye-opener, although nothing about DeGaulle surprises me.
I was told that Algerians & Moroccans formed part of the French occupying forces in Baden Württemburg. They did some terrible things there, especially to any young boys they could lay their hands on. Dirty buggers!
EC – Self-indulgent sexual abuse of children is one of the pillars of islam. Ol’ mo didn’t just “marry” Aisha when she was six, but he “married” other little girls as well. Aisha’s name is so well known because she was highly intelligent and acted as mo’s assistant and scribe when he was making up his rules for the world. But he had a whole gang of them in the house.
BTW, just as a fun reminder, bin laden, when he was gunned down in his home by the Americans, was using one of his wives as a shield. You just can’t beat those bold sons of the prophet for gallantry.
The self-admiring crapster who stopped the Boat Race looks like another son of the sand dunes. If his first name is mohammad, that would be the clue.

A further thought on Meades’ Algiers article; the UK equivalent of Drif is, I suppose, Patrick Magee, the Brighton bomber.
I respect profoundly the character and forgiveness displayed by Jo Berry in meeting with him in the spirit of reconciliation concerning the murder of her father.
It is not one that I could ever share. He should have been executed.

Yes, Gentlemen,
Those were different days and different times. They have drifted away and only their memory remains like a whiff of smoke.
The idiot who disrupted the Boat Race is…
Privately-educated Trenton Oldfield, from Whitechapel, London, graduated from the elite London School of Economics in 2008 with an MSc in Contemporary Urbanism. He is also a fellow Royal Society of Arts. According to his profile on LinkedIn, he has worked and volunteered on a number of charities, trusts and community organisations. Five years ago he helped found This Is Not A Gateway, which ‘creates platforms for critical projects and ideas related to cities’, with fellow activist Deepa Naik. The pair co-fund the organisation out of their own ’earnings’. On LinkedIn Oldfield describes himself as: ‘Rich, open minded, multi-disciplinary, efficient, focused, intelligent, honest, unique.’
Why did Jo Berry want to promote a spirit of “reconciliation”? He killed her father.
I’m sure Security, whatever the venue for the meeting, would have confiscated a gun, so I would have met him. Then followed him home. Then shot him.
AWK 17:25 – Nice post.
Peter from Maidstone &
Verity:
According to the “DM” the culprit is ‘a self-proclaimed ‘anti-elitist’ protester who claimed he was responsible for the incident by saying it was an ‘act of civil disobedience’
What would be considered as a non-elitist public sports activity? Duel with knives? Who can steal sports shoes from smashed shops the fastest? Running with one’s beltless trainer trousers falling down? Firing pistols and killing or maiming the most innocent bye-standers? Come on, posters, any ideas?
An act of “civil disobedience” … How ’70s! Perhaps he is into retro.
Curious to discover what “Contemporary Urbanism” is, I found the LSE’s own description:
“It is a paradox indeed that cities both embody the crowning achievements of human creativity and development, and have also been the site of many of the worst aspects of twentieth century life. At the beginning of the twenty-first century, then, cities are both the source of major social problems, as well as the crucibles of dynamic innovations and change. Cities are also places of diverse cultural interactions – and any attempts to harness their economic potential and dynamism will need to recognise and build upon this cultural diversity. This programme will equip students with the skills to participate constructively in shaping urban futures in a way that is sensitive both to economic needs and to social and cultural difference”.
Well, a wet-suited latter-day urban suffragette, Mr Oldfield seems to have been duly equipped with such skills.
It would be extremely unfair of me to note that the course director is a Dr Andy Pratt.
I’m not sure I’m any the wiser as to what contemporary Urbanism is or why it should involve sticking one’s head in front of an oar, though.
programme note on
I am sad to see that there is no UKIP candidate standing in my ward in the forthcoming elections.
“Cities are also places of diverse cultural interactions – and any attempts to harness their economic potential and dynamism will need to recognise and build upon this cultural diversity.” Cities in Britain were monocultural when I was growing up, which is why they were, in the main, safe and civil. Common values.
The islamics were imported by the fascists as a weapon. That is their sole role.
So, P from M, join UKIP and put yourself forward to stand for them.
I will probably join UKIP shortly but there are reasons why I can’t stand for political office.
Another little jest from NN:
Husband in lounge decides its time he made a will. Starts to draft it on his laptop and shouts to wife in kitchen, “When I die I’m going to leave everything to you, Love.”
Wife shouts, in response, “You already do, you lazy bastard!”
“On LinkedIn Oldfield describes himself as: ‘Rich, open minded, multi-disciplinary, efficient, focused, intelligent, honest, unique.’”
He missed out “but still a bearded twat”.
The Boat race is elitist. How about the Annual Sack Race between Bradford West and Newham? All competitors in complete black sacks, and overseen by George Galloway in red lycra body suit.
So what would you do if you were a Haitian immigrant Mcdonalds mother of 7 who had bought a winning lottery ticket? Share it with your syndicate workmates? Uh huh…

Truly the world is barking mad and truth is no stranger to fiction.

But get the book … It starts in a small town in Florida where a couple of the locals have turned an oil stain on the highway into a shrine, claiming it looks like Jesus.

You continue to be obtuse. You continue to misunderstand. Furthermore, if Mark Steyn had been following this, he would have probably found a discreet way to provide Lord Black’s email address to Peter from Maidstone. I remember that you were going to use the warm relationship which you opined that you had cultivated with the site master of Chicago Boyz to follow up my idea of contacting Black to ask if he would write something for this site. You then reversed yourself and criticized me for having the idea in the first place. You really are a ass.
Well who should, and who could we ask to write something? As far as possible the shoulds need to be coulds.
Sorry to see that P from M is allowing abuse.
I got The Coffeehouse Wall it’s first link, with Chicago Boyz. What have you done for the site other than call names and abuse the regulars? I didn’t “cultivate a warm relationship” with the owner of Chicago Boyz. I have known the management for years.
You are the first abusive poster we have had on here since Peter started the site. Why not start your own site and you can sneer and be gratuitously rude to people at will?
And I am not obtuse.
On abuse of the obtuse:
“Mr. Bumble was, understandably, very irritated …. He had been accused of stealing jewelry belonging to Oliver [Twist]’s mother; and, after making sure his wife had left the room, he responded: “It was all Mrs. Bumble.” Brownlow, the solicitor, advised Mr. Bumble “that is no excuse” because:
“‘You were present on the occasion…and, indeed, you are the more guilty of the two, in the eye of the law; for the law supposes that your wife acts under your direction.
“‘If the law supposes that,’ said Mr. Bumble, squeezing his hat emphatically in both hands, ‘the law is a ass — a idiot. If that’s the law, the law is a bachelor; and the worst I wish the law is, that his eye may be opened by experience — by experience.'” “
I will remove trolls, and will moderate abuse which is likely to cause me legal trouble, and I may, very occasionally (if I can bear the criticism I then incur), moderate posts I think in very poor taste. But otherwise it was and is my understanding that commenters here expect to be able to say pretty much what they like. It is not a matter of allowing abuse. There is a lot of stuff here that someone would find abusive, probably even my own posts, and I am not sure that being offended is the measure we want to use.
You have been upset by a post by Malfleur. He has said you have misunderstood him.

Good grief, P from M! I’m not upset by something some anonymous blogger has written from another country! I can’t even remember which one it is, although I feel confident that the sun there has been over the yard arm for a couple of hours at least.
If people don’t have enough self-control to use measured language, and prefer cudgels to wit, I don’t see the point of discussing anything with them.
Well, I say more power to Trenton Oldfield.

For some reason, the procedure for commenting on the DT is a code which I cannot break. I have registered successfully; but when I turn to comment, I can’t find either the comment box or what to click on to open one. What am I doing wrong?

I really do wish people would stop alluding to the disgusting Victorian novel ‘Oliver Twist’.
Here we have an elderly, prancing pederast who grooms young boys, forces them to drink gin and sends them out to steal. Meanwhile, the loveliest boy, “Oliver”, is stolen from Mr “Fag-in” (yeah, o.k, we get it Mr so-called “Dick-ins”) by another elderly paedophile with the unlikely name of Mr Brownlow who is, in turn, driven demented when his pretty protege is stolen by an EDL-type with a vicious dog and sociopathic, misogynistic tendencies.
And don’t even get me started about the saintly youngster David Copperfield and his elderly mentor Mr “Dick”. At least David’s doubtful yearnings are put on the straight and narrow by Agnes “Wick-field”.
It is quite upsetting that these sordid stories should be recommended to young people. Thank God most of them are illiterate.
Noa
Jonathan Meades’ piece: Damn, he writes well!
When he says of Algeria that “all the country’s woes are due to its having been a colony fifty years ago” however, it is worth making one qualification which Meades overlooks; that is that the littoral of Algeria where most people lived was governed as part of metropolitan France from 1848, which makes its fate that much more terrible, regrettable and ultimately, except by the logic of the caliphate, senseless.
In the context of the so-called Arab Spring and of the aspirations of an active part of Britain’s own “muslim community”, the following passage from the article is especially noteworthy:
“The Algerian novelist Boualem Sansal has bravely written that his country resembles Nazi Germany: ”…militarisation, brain washing, falsified history, racial supremacy, a Manichean vision of the world, a predisposition to victimisation, persistent allegations of a plot against the nation (Israel, America and France are each in turn evoked by the state when it’s in a tight spot – and sometimes Morocco), xenophobia, racism and antisemitism dignified as dogmas, the cult of the heroes and martyrs, the cult of the glorious leader, ubiquitous police and informers, soaring speeches, mass movements, mass rallies, religious aggression, incessant propaganda, thought destroyed by cant, megalomaniac projects as expressions of power…” ”
We have seen the future and it works only too well…
You raise what I hope will not prove to be a rhetorical question: “…will we ever see our own criminals in the dock, of either a court of justice or public opinion?”
The very minimum should have been a withering and sustained attack on the previous government by the Coalition in and out of parliament. Unfortunately, there has been nothing of the kind. After first being spayed by the European Union to prevent her giving birth in Brussels, the Mother of Parliaments has been suffocated, by our political class who have built its well-feathered nests among her bones.
Jonathan Meades should now turn his attention to Old England and rake his prose across the front lines of the enemies of promise there.

Are you able to throw any light on the uniform of the helmeted policeman holding Mr. Trent Oldfield by the blanket in the photograph top left at http://www.dailymail.co.uk/home/index.html ? It doesn’t look like one which Bertie Wooster, Gussie Fink-Nottle or any other member of the Drones Club would recognize. Has the French government perhaps lent the Coalition a battalion from the Compagnies Républicaines de Sécurité to stand by to help out on politically sensitive occasions of our Big Society such as the Boat Race, Test Matches against New Zealand, egg rolling competitions at Holcome Hill or the award of the drawing prize at Market Snodsbury?

“Ambulance crews arrived shortly after midnight to find her parents, Tracey and Lee Harris, trying to revive their daughter. Paramedics took her to Southampton General Hospital, but she had a heart attack on the way and was declared dead shortly afterwards. Police initially reacted by arresting Isabelle’s parents on suspicion of murder, but released them later without charge.”
Words almost fail me. A knee-jerk society, controlled by knee-jerk politicians, drowning us in knee-jerk laws enforced by knee-jerk police.

“College commandant Brigadier David Luhrs said he had zero tolerance for such behaviour. “Without making any judgement in this case, I can’t be any clearer when I say that the behaviour that is alleged to have taken place in this circumstance is completely abhorrent to me personally,” he said.”
. . . .
With Easter out of the way, here’s another bit of fallout from Galloways triumph over Labour (for that is what it was).
Whilst unable to say so (because of the NUJ guidelines) or because he can’t bring himself to, nevertheless, he is quite clear. Unless things change – and quickly – the UK vote is going to split along racial lines, as has the US. And, whilst not a race, Islam is the major player.
Prepare to see the muslim ghettoes of the big cities swing behind the likes of Galloway and Livingstone, whilst those areas not yet swamped by the joys and benefits of multi-culturalism (still awaiting an answer Maris, you coward and intellectual pygmy) will swing behind the supposedly right-wing but actually socialist BNP. Labour left nowhere. Now perhaps the scales might drop from the eyes where Griffin and his mates are concerned – they’re socialists, they’ve nicked Labours clothes, leaving Milliband nothing to peddle. Check the BNP website – its all there, nationalisation, trade barriers, local control – all the ‘old Labour’ standbys stolen by the strutters. No wonder the extreme left hate them – they’re all peddling the same crap!
Check out Damien. He doesn’t see much hope for the future:-

Clear Memories
April 8th, 2012 – 12:56
I completely agree with you. The BNP is a load of socialist crap and the reason Milliband and his crew of traitors loathe it is because they are marketing their line. I am deeply fearful for the future of Britain, Cameron’s party are quasi-conservatives and will willingly agree to same-sex marriage, sharia law, any old garbage, just to retain the financial benefits they garner from being in politics. A complete revolution is called for, and not another loony leftie muddying the waters during the Boat Race.
Clear Memories – I can’t see where Damien Thompson’s analysis falls short of your forebodings, though perhaps he has a lighter touch with words.
I wonder why people attribute the toothless old NUJ with such powers of censorship.
True, with membership falling as it grows clear that the union is powerless in its prime role of defending jobs, pay and conditions, it has tried to justify its existence – and its extortionate subs – by prescribing appropriate language and attitudes for its members to follow.
But few pay attention.
By the way, CM, is Easter really over where you are?
It’s just started here, but that’s probably because, unlike Our Saviour, I’m not an early riser.
We are keeping Palm Sunday in my church today so I have a whole week to go yet.
P from M – Good morning. I wouldn’t touch F**ebook with a ten foot pole.
Nicholas – “Zero tolerance” ….. argh!!!! “Zero tolerance” was 30 years ago. Hasn’t the NYPD said anything the Brits could copy since then? What “behaviour” is under discussion? And who gives a rat’s arse what “behaviour is completely abhorrent to me personally”? Why does this self-promoting man think anyone on Planet Earth gives a rat’s arse about what he personally finds “completely abhorrent”? Stupid little self-elevating nonentity. Britain’s full of them.
Frank Sutton … Easter’s not over??????????????? There’s more? The Mexicans (except in the big, cosmopolitan cities) are really into it, walking around in khaki blankets and sandals carrying palms, etc. I thought Easter Sunday was the end of it, although I became suspicious when priests ringing church bells were conspicuous by their absence. It’s 8:16 Central Standard Time and they’ve onlyl just started ringing their bells. I was all geared up for 6 a.m. Please God let the public holidays be over and the banks be open tomorrow …
Congrats to the Speccie for the front cover of its current issue.
I agree with the posters above about the dull-witted misperceptions of what the BNP is. Or do they really know, but don’t want to give socialism a bad name? (Irony.) Surely the national press has always known that Nick Griffin and his party are far left? It is willful and sinister that they keep knowingly misrepresenting them as of the right.
Austin Barry – Agree! I can’t believe they did it!
Re creepy little Boat Race guy, the coxswains shouldn’t have stopped the race. The man was swimming among the oars of his own free will. So what? Why did the world have to stop because this jerk wanted to be on TV?
Oldfield is an attention-seeker seeking to justify his egotism by posing as a radical revolutionary.
Unfortunately, such people can be a lightning rod for the unfocused anger and discontent in the world. A useful idiot in the service of those he purports to oppose.
Frank Sutton, this is why he should have been ignored. The coxswains should have commanded the men to keep on rowing. If he got bashed on the head and drowned, well, that’s the chance he knowingly took and, at the same stroke, one less lefty pest in the world.
At least he wouldn’t have been in a position to give interviews to “explain” his dreary, dated “motivation”.

Agree, but unfortunately it seems there is already too much pollution in the Thames 🙂
AWK – You have a very fair point. Perhaps the coxswains were just being environmentally conscious.
But what was to stop a police helicopter from hauling him out once they noticed he was floating face down, and the rowers had already travelled a mile up (or down) the Thames? People simply do not think these things through. If they had done the right thing (that their instincts told them to do) we would not be being subjected to this dated nit’s “thoughts” in the papers today.

Another tragedy. Tony and Cherie (she was in on it for sure) took away the right of Britons to defend themselves with firearms. A complete breakdown of law and order — chaos — is the predictable result, especially considerig the “diversity” element.
An armed society is a polite society. People don’t stab people at parties in Texas because they know that at least a few fellow attendees will be armed and will shoot. Problem solved. No harm done. A short inquest. Over.
One has to ask, in light of the year and forthcoming events, what would have happened had this twattish Thames prank yesterday been an Islamic version of the Buster Crabb exercise – and they had managed to get a limpet on the bottom of one of the boats? If this is an example of ‘geared up’ security, perhaps we can looked forward to an eventful Olympics and Jubilee Flotilla: more fireworks than we bargained for, perhaps?.
Maybe a stitch in time? Perhaps this Oldfield chappie is an MI5 plant doing a test run? The River Rozzers need to sharpen up their operations. So far they have escaped flak over this. Does the River Police still exist btw? Or has it been privatised and handed over to Thames Pleasure Cruises plc.
Swimming among ‘ores…sounds fun? Oo-oh…sorry!

Yes Anne, but you obviously missed my comment on that very thread ‘over there’. I duplicate it here (slightly emended) for your convenience:

Who cares what any of these useless poseurs pay in tax? The current incumbent – and his three+co-candidates for election to this outrageously costly and unnecessary white elephant of a ‘local government’ scam on the residents of London and the national taxpayer at large, are all appallingly dislikeable, ugly and inarticulate – blots on the landscape of what was once the greatest city on the world. That it should come to this …. HM Commissioner of Police for the Metropolis suborning himself to ANY of these arseholes? Uugghh! <
That's about all I can raise by 'girding my loins' at the moment, gal; … probably due to the medicinal compounds in cahoots with OFT.
FP — “Hallo sailors!” Funny!
OTOH, maybe that’s what the creep in the photo with his head among the oars was saying.
Occasional O (16:01)
Very good. I’ve been working on a similar suitable pun for a coupla days and couldn’t overcome the ‘wh’ factor. Well done!

Frank, sorry I missed it. I seem to spend more time on this CH Wall, and less and less on the other.

Wonder why Old Bill didn’t insist that Mr Oldfield take a communal bath with both crews in the boathouse before being removed to the Wapping brig – in the interests of hygiene and ‘elf ‘n’ safety? No initiative in today’s Constabulary, obviously.
I meant, “was actually saying”. I got your point …
Well with all this talk about ‘ores, and O Ostrich’s amusing posting, had to get my oar in. As many others are, I’m sick of the PC expression ‘sex workers’. I fear that with unemployment so high, and employment hard to find, the dopes in government will come up with schemes for one of the few trades which seem to be booming. They will be issuing NVQs in Sex Work, Levels 1, 2 & 3. Assessors will be appointed for all practical work, and will be mainly local government top management.
Magnetic limpet mines would probably not adhere to the composite (plastic?) boats now used in the race, even if a swimmer could get safely under the boat past the oars and be able to keep pace with it.
An RPG fired from the river bank by a competent marksman would probably be easier and just as deadly. A Mumbai style attack on a city centre is most worrying and outside London the ability of local law enforcement to react quickly enough and capably enough might be questionable. The Olympics are the focus for the security operation but there is the risk of terrorist attacks elsewhere using the Olympics in London as a useful distraction.
AWK … I’d laugh, but you’re probably too close to the truth.
“And what do you want to be when you grow up, Tara?”
“Oi wanna be a sex wawka like my mam. Oi’m awreddy goin’ aht on jobs wiv ‘er, ‘elpin’ aht an’ learnin’. Somma the johns slip me a fivah. One a them tahn council johns is comin’ rahnd vis evnin’ to give me my degree.

Alas, apart from the NVQs, I fear it’s happening already.
QUOTE MALFLEUR “… On the far flung battlefront of islamist terrorism, on which the sun never sets, all is so far quiet in the Philippines this week, although it was only two weeks ago that army troops attacked islamist terrorists in the south of the country who had kidnapped Australian Warren Rodwell. Unfortunately, while under attack the “Abu Sayyaf”, a group said to have ties with tied to al-Qaeda and Jemaah Islamiya. smuggled Mr. Rodwell off the island where he was being held and have taken him to a part of Mindanao island…”
_________________________________________________________________
The one’s who have gained out of the Warren Rodwell kidnapping crime are the terrorists and the local Filipina wife, who tried to trash the husband’s reputation right from the get go. Strange that she kept using her maiden name after marriage. Why didn’t she sell his house and the water filling station as she claimed, (but was quickly exposed to be untrue) to raise ransom money?
After release, the local Filipina wife said, “When I go there (to the hospital) I want to see him, I want to taking care of him, I want him to meet me but the guards said Warren don’t want to see me in person,” she said. Mr Rodwell was lucky to get out of this ordeal. Perhaps. He preferred to stay alive without her in the same country as him.
