This is the Coffee House Wall for this week. I won’t say that it is your chance to communicate with us, as we are all in this together. It is, nevertheless, the Conservative Blog post that has no particular theme, and where everything is on topic. Let’s just remember that we want to avoid ad hominem attacks on others. We don’t want to engage with trolls. We want to moderate our language ourselves as responsible and mature adults, choosing to use fruity language only where it is necessary. This is an interesting piece about moves in the US to define paedophilia as a sexual orientation just like homosexuality and having the same rights.

Peter, how awful to return from your spiritual retreat and find that things seem to have gone from bad to worse. It appears that every pervert and deviant has rights save for normal, decent men and women. Harriet Harman and her cronies must be rubbing their hands with glee.
Just what PIE were trying to do all those years ago.

John, Funny how these swine blame the good Lord for everything wrong, whilst denying His laws and existence for the rest of the time.
Agree Anne .
There’s a strange but possibly sensible post that argues how Ukip can win the general election by picking up the working class that Labour has abandoned.
It’s called, “Workers Of The World Ukip” at:
http://john-moloney.blogspot.com/2014/05/workers-of-world-ukip.html
John 16.29
I said to my wife long ago that UKIP would pull in labour votes.
They are more pissed off with their leaders than daves lot are.
And it’s no surprise ,they have been betrayed for years.

Fear not there would be a few lynchings if this moved anywhere away from crackpot blogs.
John Jefferson himself would be there with a noose and find a big tall Redwood.
So just what is PIE?
Before coming over I was reading about the European twin clowns, Beppe in Italy and Nigel in England.
Are these clowns responsible for King Carlos resigning?
And is Queen Elizabeth under threat?
And just to add to all my worries where is my old mucker Andy Car Park?
Hey ho.
Onwards and Upwards.
JJ
PIE was the Paedophile Information Exchange. It lobbied to legalise under age sex (Its illegal to have sex under 16 in th UK. It is classed as rape because the lay presumes that someone under 16 cannot give consent for sex.
PIE was affiliated to the National Council for Civil Liberties in 1978-83
Patricia hewitt, Harriet Harman (ministers in the last labour government) and Jack Drome (harmans husband and a current labour MP) were in the NCCL and must have known what the PIE was. So they are implicated as paedophile apologists.
Will someone please respond to John Jefferson Burns assertion that Nigel Farage is a clown, I’m afraid that I have not got the energy.
John birch @ 14:48
If your take on it helps to put the gay progressives where they belong, Baron may be persuaded to go along except he would very likely extinguish anyone who dared put his hand on any of his grandsons.
Baron 20.17.
Baron, I didn’t say I agreed with it. Just pointing out their argument .
John Jefferson Burns at 17:52
Burnsy, not only are the two clowns responsible for the Spanish, and before that the Belgian and Dutch royal resignations. They also take the blame for the AGW, the Ukrainian civil war, he near meltdown in things financial, and everything else that has gone wrong with the world since it began to ……
But not, Baron suspects, for the imbecility of the citizens of the Republic who voted in the biggest clown to ever run the country, once the envy of the world, now the most indebted in the world. And they voted him in twice. TWICE. That’s a dead cert in imbecility if you believe Einstein’s definition of it – repeating the same thing over again, and expecting different results.
You follow, man?
John birch @ 20:22
Quite what the barbarian wanted to say, said it badly, John, so to start again, he agrees with your pointing out the logic of their argument. That may be not as bad English as what he asid before although after few drinks, and do not ask why he had few, well, more than few frankly, alot would be closer to he truth, it’s amazing he can still talk. Eh, better stop here.

Anne,
The question is, what was the bastard doing in this country in the fist place? This only goes to show that Cameron has no intention of curbing immigration, and lies consistently on this subject and on much else besides, as the metropolitan elite have done for donkeys years, supported enthusiastically by a judiciary drenched in socialism. Unless Nigel comes out on top at the next election then we are doomed, and frankly I am off. I love this country desperately but honestly, I can not live with much more than of this.

The Alex Jones Show is in my view required watching for anyone who is trying to understand the contemporary world. If that takes a few hours a day, so be it.
And for those who persist in the belief that Jones is repetitious and not a journalist consider his broadcast yesterday, June 2nd – and if you have only a little time to spare – start with the second hour:

Have you met Lord Ashcroft’s invisible friends (at the DM and Speccie) ?
There is a great deal of huff and puff that the latest poll from Ashcroft shows Cons. well ahead in the Newark bi-election. Careful reading shows he has guessed that those `shy voters`who declined to say who they would vote for this time would vote as they did in 2010;hence he accounted c.13 votes for every UKIP vote. Not a sound method.
It may already be too late. The postal vote forms went out at the time of the UKIP victory in the EU election;and nothing succeeds like success.
There are 13,000 postal votes.Supposing a 50% turnout:that would be 28,962 minus 13,000 = 15,962 cast on the day.
Generally this postal voting is a bad thing ;and we have heard of the dirty tricks played by Labour in this regard.Seats in the N.E. have been won with the postal vote alone. There again Newark is [probably] 95+% indigenous British, and with a lower rate of social housing and flat dwellers then nationally.

Radford NG @ 13:55
You are quite right, Radford, as if twisting raw data were not enough, there seems to emerge a tendency to treat assumptions, guesswork as hard facts, too. Lord Ashcroft’s example is but one such case. What amazed Baron was the inclusion of the drug black economy and the proceeds of prostitution into the GDP statistics. Lunacy.
You shouldn’t ask why, but Baron was listening to PM on Radio4 this afternoon, it had Rory Stewart on, (an academic, politician, author, diplomat, MP …. ) talking about the heinous man in Syria electing himself, an unspeakable evil, someone who should be out, and preferably dead bla, bla. “So, what would your solution to the Syrian crisis be?. asked the PM presenter. ‘We must explore all avenues, but approaching Iran may be the best. They’ve given up on the uranium enrichment, want to get closer to the West, can put pressure on Assad …
What a twerp, both the Assad’s and the Iranian regimes are evil, there ain’t an ounce of difference between the two, but of course, the messiah is keen on Iran, has to appease the mullahs for fear they may come up with the bomb, hence every puddle and one keeps parroting him.
And then they puzzle why Ukip supporters intend to stay loyal to Nigel for the next year election.

Exactly. Whenever the Left have a chance of implementing their fantasies it means something of real worth, tried and tested over centuries, will be destroyed never to be put back together again.
In the case of the Jews it means facilitating the flight of a people who have made an incalculable contribution to Western culture, and replacing them with people who will do incalculable damage to Western culture.
The Left should be sectioned, en masse, to protect the safety of others.

A few minutes later there was another message concerning the destination of the next arrival, this announcement was in pure woglish, couldn’t understand a word. Frightening read, the Douglas Murray’s story, and yet the MSM arselickers won’t cover it much, everyone’s scared, the politicians, the scribblers, the police.
It will need a spark, something that will finally jolt the useless agencies of state to take action and – many of you may not like it – it may come from the community of the Allah worshippers, as it did in Birmingham. It was Muslim parents who complained about the the teaching, a Muslim MP who pushed it. What’s this ? I turned on the TV this morning and there was a D Day commemoration event on the beach at Normandy. Swarms of ballet dancers were oiling around to some weird music. Next thing I see are lots of people dressed as soldiers re-enacting the landing in slow motion and there are women among them – women landed on the beach on D Day ? Who knew ? Have real men finally been written out of the history book ? Why did this spectacle feel so wrong ?
Peter – congratulations and blessings on little Noah.

What you have failed to spot was a unit of gay soldiers in the re-enacting spectacle, postergirl.
More to the point, and a serious one as well. Without devaluing in any way the courage, heroism and application of the soldiers who took part in the landing and beyond, nothing is being said anywhere about the politicking before the second front opened, e.g. the Operation Rankin, the aim of which was to stop the Red Army advancing up to the shores of the Atlantic. It doesn’t fit the current interpretation of the War as Russia is governed by Putin, the arch villain, but it should because without properly learning the lessons of history we’re bound to repeat the mistakes made.

Because it was wrong and it was wrong in so many different ways.

But, stephen, the one you call yank sees every country as Ukraine, he most likely fears Scotland with Salmond would not be poodling to him as much as the boy does, and the chance of Ukip having a greater input into the politics down south if the spit happens, the Nigel’s brigade splits the Tories scares him, too.
Regretfully, Britain lost her leadership of the world because the country, alone in the world, stood up to the Nazi evil, fought it heroically. The Republic has impoverished herself in the course of the last century taking part in few skirmishes around the world with at best questionable results. And the messiah has the nerve to tell us how things should be done. Sickening.

What can you do to make the world a better place for him to grow into? As others suggest, campaign long and hard against the vile cult of Islam. I suspect the ‘secret trial’ currently exercising the press is secret because what the Muslims planned was so vile, so callous, so anti-human that the establishment are genuinely scared for ‘social adhesion’ and civil unrest.
Peter,

Clear Memories
00.45
Your thoughts on the secret trial are exactly the same as mine.
What other reason could there be.
Good article in my opinion .
Standing on Gold Beach in Normandy where he landed as a Lance Corporal 70 years ago, Cyril Ager, 90, raised his hand to salute 413 comrades who lost their lives alongside him on D-Day.
‘I wanted to pay tribute to those who died,’ he said. ‘We did what we did so future generations could live in freedom, without fear.’
An unassuming remark and one typical of his generation. But there could be no more eloquent explanation of why men like him were prepared to make the ultimate sacrifice.
It is also a remark that raises fundamental questions about Britain today. For not only have we lost the selfless belief in duty and country that were second nature to those D-Day heroes, we have also squandered the precious gift of freedom they gave us.
The soldiers who returned from the war took any job they could, while their families survived on rations. Today, able-bodied people refuse to work as they’re better off on welfare.
While those soldiers gave for their country, countless numbers today take from it. This week’s story of mother-of-nine Cheryl Prudham, who has twins on the way and already collects £38,000 in benefits, speaks volumes. ‘It’s the Government’s fault,’ she said, while on holiday in Menorca. ‘You’re not going to say “no” to money if it’s offered to you.’
In 70 years, the mindless exploitation of a well-intentioned welfare state has taken us from D-Day to White Dee Day. We’ve heard horrifying stories of D-Day troops who jumped from their craft into shell craters in the sea that were so deep they drowned. Today, police won’t jump into a pond to save a drowning person unless there’s been a health and safety assessment.
As for our freedoms, thanks to Leveson and the metropolitan elite’s obsession with muzzling the Press — that essential safeguard of democracy — we are seeing the introduction of draconian restrictions on newspapers’ abilities to report what the Government and those in high places get up to.
Only this week, the Mail disclosed that a major terror trial was to be conducted in secret. We were only allowed to report it was taking place after mounting a legal challenge.
But our justice system is a law unto itself. How else can you explain the decision to spend £5,000 prosecuting a Lithuanian who stole two 10p bags from Sainsbury’s, while it refused to deport a Ghanaian woman living here illegally who force-fed her own baby to death?
Previous generations fought to protect this island. Today, we can’t even police our borders. We’ve allowed mass immigration to place unbearable strains on the NHS and our schools and have adopted the disastrous creed of multi-culturalism that’s stoking racial tension. Yet anyone pointing this out is vilified.
But perhaps the greatest tragedy of all is that, having sacrificed so much in the war, we have handed sovereignty to a European Union that is effectively run by Germany — the very enemy men such as Cyril Ager landed in Normandy to defeat.

At least Gove ‘gets it’ and, of course, Charles Moore, except that he only half ‘gets it’:
While we turn a blind eye to Islamists, our children suffer
“On Monday, Mr Gove had spoken off-the-record, but unguardedly, to a newspaper. He was worried, the paper reported, that Home Office officials did not take the roots of Islamist extremism seriously, preferring to concentrate only on its violent manifestations.”
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/terrorism-in-the-uk/10881324/While-we-turn-a-blind-eye-to-Islamists-our-children-suffer.html
I would have preferred the headline to say Islam, or even the Koran. There is only one version of it and, from what I can see, Boko Harem are interpreting it correctly.
A few weeks ago I wrote a review of Robert Spencer’s THE TRUTH ABOUT MUHAMAD. I learn today that Teresa May is trying to ban him from entry to the United Kingdom, must have been because of something he wrote. Now if he was a sand nigger (0ops, there I go again) preaching death and destruction to the infidel he would have been welcomed with open arms, given a home most Brits could not hope to afford and a continuous flow of taxpayers cash with which to maintain his justifiable hatred of us and his troupe of wives. Theresa luv, confine your energies to buying daft shoes, as for me, I will bury my copy of the book in Altub Ali Park, the forces of law and order will never think of looking there.
One has to laugh:
Trojan Horse school not doing enough to combat extremism… and even offers lessons in holy war

No, not about the main theme of the article, but this:
“A report set to be published by Ofsed next week has also accused the school of failing to warn its pupils about conservative ideals.”
Following is a snippet from a review of Dark Albion by David Abbott, which popped through my letterbox this morning.
No need for me to add anything, says it all.
“One of the many shocks I had on reading Dark Albion was that this story had finally been published at all. The replacement of the native White working class population is the biggest disaster to ever befall this nation. And yet here in the country of Milton, Shakespeare and Dickens, it is almost impossible to find any literature which reflects the ordinary White view of this.”

Labour has accused the Government of “gross negligence” for failing to address the issue of extremism in schools.
I know I should not allow myself to get worked up over labours nonsense , but for Christ’s sake, who allowed the bastards to be here in the first place.
Despair.

Let me assure you that I am completely against the lunatic admission of all the rubbish and terrorists who wish to enter this overcrowded land. But, I have never read such a nasty piece of work as David Abbott has presented. Goebbels would approve of it, although I believe he wrote his evil doctrines in a better German. Nigerian women and other African females are accused of having huge arses. Well, I’ve seen some horrible gross white ones, complete with tattoos and revealing breasts sported by the white working (probably NOT working) class. In actual fact, I find as an older person that the manners of the black and, yes, the women in moslem gear, are far better than the average English person. I am always offered a sea, and assisted in getting up or down. I live in a mainly middle-class white area, and I am shocked at how the children are not taught to give up their seats for their elders, and how their mothers allow them to perch dangerously on their seats whist the parents yap on their mobiles. We do indeed have a very serious problem by the uncontrolled admission of foreigners to this country, but Abbott’s nasty little piece reflects his stupidity. Honestly, how many of his “good old white working class” even know the works of Milton, Shakespeare and Dickens? Shakespeare wrote of the Kings of England, but very many of his plays depict foreign personas. The same with Milton. Dickens is perhaps the nearest in recording the ordinary lives of the English, but how many of the ‘underclass’ are actually familiar with his works if in a printed book?
They don’t make’em like that any more:

Anne, I wouldn’t disagree with much of what you say, but compared with the endless stream of mind-numbing, patronising, dishonest drivel with which we are fed by LibLabCon, the EU, the sinister activities of bodies such as Common Purpose, and the fearful reluctance of most public figures to even admit the magnitude of the problems, I thought it refreshingly honest. Bitter, disillusioned, yes; depressing even, and in places maybe a bit nasty; but stupid, no.
I have no illusions about the ‘good old white working class’, and I don’t think I’m that much younger than you; fifty years ago they were certainly much less ignorant and obnoxious than what you correctly describe as today’s underclass; no argument from me there – visually offensive is just the start.
Even so, they are not all like that by any means; but the behaviour, appearance, attitudes of, well, too high a proportion of them are so egregious that you need to remind yourself that actually most people are OK. And immigrant/ethnic/whatever low life are every bit as bad, just sometimes in different ways.
I’ve got about a quarter of the way through Abbott’s book, which incidentally is in places very funny. Well, I thought so. His main shtick is that, unconsulted, we have been forcibly saddled within a very short timespan, with unacceptably high numbers of immigrants from largely alien cultures and which have been allowed to settle in concentrated areas, the net results are becoming increasingly catastrophic, and we possibly ain’t seen nothing yet.
Not much to argue with there. Best wishes :o)

Michael, thanks for responding to my posting. I read a lot, and have a whole list of books awaiting my attention. I will however read Abbott’s book, and if I’m still around I will give my critique. By the way, I am disgusted with the three main parties, and as for the EU I find it positively criminal. Such a beautiful world, yet people seem bent on creating havoc

That seems to be the plan for both England and the United States.
‘The bricks are fallen down, but we will build with hewn stones: the sycamores are cut down, but we will change them into cedars.’
Did anyone read the article on page 2 of the Weekend Financial Times- the anglo-american newspaper of globalist propaganda – but, as with the Spectator, I quite like the Arts section and their political views are always instructive…. Did Fraser Nelson by the way ever publish his promised article on Neathergate? If not, he might like to do so while coupling it with his insight into the illegal busing into the USA through Mexico from Central and South America of tens of thousands of hispanic children and into the political aims which might be in play in both countries in this regard….
The article on page 2 is headlined: “: IMF warns on UK house prices”.
The IMF is the jumped up set of financial gangsters, one might think, led at present by Madame Thérèse Defarge formerly of the very honourable international law firm, Baker & Mckenzie.
Those who did their homework a few years back will have read Confessions of an Economic Hit Man by John Perkins. Perkins has of course been called “a conspiracy theorist” by Mallaby formerly of the Economist… Ha! Ha! Ha!
The IMF however is of course nothing like the World Bank etc and does not aim to make otherwise independent countries permanently indebted to it and therefore under its control.
Nonetheless, the IMF is reported in the FT article once again to be telling the British government what to do and significantly this appears to include building houses like there’s no tomorrow with mortgages readily available (that worked well in the USA following the Clinton initiative on sub-primes), though it does not appear to recognize that the British government is already being told what to do by the European Union Commission which in turn is being told what to do by whatever shadowy organisations and individuals appointed them.
Have we ever ceased being condescended to by the IMF since 1976?
There are of course some terribly unfavourable and unfair views of the IMF which, it should go without saying, one does not share and which can be reviewed and dismissed at:

At least Toby Young has presented the situation adequately:
Don’t dismiss this Tory feud – it’s protecting a swamp full of medieval Islam fanatics: TOBY YOUNG gives parents a stark warning of the threat facing our children
“It’s time we had a proper debate about what religious practices we are prepared to tolerate in schools and other state-funded institutions – and if we need to ‘drain the swamp’ we should get on with it before the crocodile population gets out of control.
It is not ‘Islamophobic’ to want to protect young people from being brainwashed by medieval fanatics. But because of some throwaway remarks at a lunch and the Home Secretary’s absurd overreaction, this debate has been reduced to a sub-plot in Game of Thrones, with Mr Gove cast as the Imp and Mrs May doing a good impression of Daenerys Targaryen.
It’s difficult not to laugh, but the Islamist (sic) takeover of state schools is no laughing matter.”
