This is the Coffee House Wall for this week. I won’t say that it is your chance to communicate with us, as we are all in this together. It is, nevertheless, the Conservative Blog post that has no particular theme, and where everything is on topic. Let’s just remember that we want to avoid ad hominem attacks on others. We don’t want to engage with trolls. We want to moderate our language ourselves as responsible and mature adults, choosing to use fruity language only where it is necessary. This is our opportunity to show what the Spectator Coffee House Wall could have been like.

Not an option Baron would fail to back if it were on offer, Colonel, it also involves the participation of the state (if only indirectly). He also concedes a weakness for the opposition not because he backs what they preach, but because he himself was deprived of a voice once, knows well how it feels, believes it’s possible to defeat them in an open sparring match provided one’s aware of what breeds the telemachuses of this world, why they multiply as much as they do, have taken over institutions, but not the minds and hearts of all ( will explain but not now, no time for anything but the essential response, sorry).
Frank P @ 01:04
It has become a routine to blame the software, it’s true, it must have been it again, apologies.
As for the rest of your argument, Frank, please wait, Baron has no in tension (you see, the fugging software changed ‘intention’ to tension or rather it offered the word, ignored Baron’s typing) to avoid answering you, it’s just he has no time right now, it’s a particularly busy time for him.
Btw, you may have deduced Baron totally against nuclear as a stick to wave from his ‘what’s the smarter …. like many he hasn’t fully decided, leans towards either a cheaper option or subcontracting, Trident is just an insurance with a premium that’s too high, still, wait he’ll and you will kick each other again over it.
Btw, it just occurred to the barbarian, keeping steel going is a kind of insurance similar to nuclear, the Britain will have steel in case she cannot get it because of a military conflict, keeping it ‘ensures’ self-sufficient future, and no, one cannot use the argument for everything like street corner shops or egg laying ..
Malfleur @ 01:40
It’s a case of signalling, we are talking single numbers, and there’s no guarantee those who are allowed to say do. Next door in the Czech Republic, most if not all of the Syrian Christians decided to return to the ME – language, weather and not the warmest reception.
Again, not enough time, but it more than saddens Baron the fugging country, Czecho, cannot give sanctuary to just few Christians, calls itself a Christian country.
It comes as a great surprise to hear that Putin and friends have been money laundering.
We live in interesting times. Panorama tonight will be mandatory viewing. As long as it does not clash with the Radio4 program on Traitor Philby and his lectures to the Stasi.
The whole of Eastern Europe and the former Soviet empire remain rotten to the core and have tentacles here represented by Corbyn, McDonnel and Seumus Milne.

This connoisseur had not heard that particular one either!

There is a referendum in the Netherlands on Wednesday as to whether they are to accept the EU agreement to extend special privileges to The Ukraine . (see Breitbart).

Having been CTB for the last few days I decided to bite the bullet and watch the remaining unviewed episodes of “The Night Manager” that were sitting on my Sky+ box.
A lavish production, no expense spared as the munificence of the licence payers’ pockets were picked once again. What a dreadful adaptation, script and screenplay, resulting in the biggest barrowload of contrived, naive, emotive bollocks since the last one that the BBC produced. [mind you, the book wasn’t exactly one of Le Carré’s best]
However, this production ticked a lot of boxes that will undoubtedly result in several BAFTA nominations next time around. The character of Leonard Burr in the book had been transgendered into “Angela” played with added gravida by the heavily pregnant Olivia Colman – who is seemingly in everything these days.(certain BAFTA nom’!)
All the rest of the women characters were portrayed as china dolls cruelly used and abused their men even though they were not in any way to be considered “a bit slack” (i.e. oestrogen based parasitical lifeforms) dontcha know. The main protagonist came with excruciating “right on” added uber “bit of a tit”, painfully in touch with his feminine sensitive side – surely another BAFTA nom’!
In case you hadn’t guessed where my sympathies lay by the end of this travesty, they were with the arms dealers and gun runners who, with a strong business ethic and moral code, were undoubtedly more honest, hardworking and productive than all the amoral molls, spooks, politicians and civil servants put together! The ‘good guys’ in this instance were superbly played by Hugh Laurie, Tom Hollander, Alistair Petrie and Michael Nardone. If it hadn’t been for their performances the whole thing would have be unwatchable!
Neil Morrissey has to get a special mention too.
Never again!
Also, the final scene from the above was, imo, shamefully lifted from “The Long Good Friday.”
On whom do we pour scorn?
An upholder of our Laws or a follower of the peaceful religion?
Anti-FGM campaigner targeted on a bus by Muslim woman who was furious she had told children that female circumcision was abuse
“A female genital mutilation survivor has spoken out about being attacked on a London bus by a woman whose child she had told that FGM was a form of abuse.
Hibo Wardere, 46, fled Somalia’s civil war when she was 18, 12 years after suffering FGM – the brutal and potentially lethal practice which occurs in the UK every 96 minutes.
The mother-of-four now visits schools educating children about the barbaric tradition, which angered her attacker who seized the opportunity to confront her after spotting Ms Wardere on the bus.”

FMG = GBH = Life.
I stand to be corrected by Frank P. but : FMG has long been illegal under the Offences Against the Persons Act (1862 [?] ) sections 18 and 21 (as amended ) : concerning pre-meditated assaults with a weapon causing Grievous Bodily Harm.
The maximum penalty for which is `life`.The usual maximum is 16 years. The average sentence is 9 years . (I write from memory in all this.)
All this seems to have been ignored in the matter of FMG.
I do not know the penalties for FMG ; if it is prosecuted.
The MSM caught out again.

But remember, INTDWI.
Emulous @ 10:28
You’re quite right, Emulous, the whole of the formerly Kremlin part of the world smells of corruption, bad habits die hard, you would have missed Baron’s take on it in the past. It will take generations to weed corruption, bribery, extortion money and stuff out of the region for when communism ruled it was the way of life, the unwashed had a saying ‘he who doesn’t steel impoverished his own family’.
Still, one of those who allegedly have an account with the same law firm was the boy’s farther. OK with you then? It must be, you have forgotten to mention it.
As for Putin, the barbarian reckons the whole campaign has been put together to get at him, a prelude to another Russia cum Putin bashing, more of the same is to come, the West has been remarkably quiet about Palmyra, even more so about what few weeks of Russian bombing did to eradicate ISIL (compared with years of America’s ‘resolute pummelling of the thugs’).
Frank P @ 16:58
A break for the barbarian, Frank, no breather for the wicked, ha?
On the KGB man:
Just one thing, Frank, the revelations are rather silly, Putin has no need for any offshore accounts, he will live in luxury without hiding anything in distant places, it wouldn’t shock the barbarian to know he has an account with the Russia’s Central bank.
On the omni-all kick at Hitchens:
It’s hard to tell what’s bugging Mr. Boot, is it the state of affairs of the now ‘privatised Britain’, or Peter’s nostalgia for the bureaucratic monstrosities of the old.
Baron’s take on either should be well known to regular readers of this blog, he believes the state has a role to play, the case of steelmaking is a case in point, but he would never want to re-nationalise either the telecom sector or anything else.
Emulous @ 10:28
And this also for you, Emulous, a reward for your solid defence of morally upright, incorruptible, above the board West, it’s related to the Panama leaks:
In the multi-page spread of doping few weeks ago, the ST homed on some six corrupt athletes, five were Russians, one was based in Africa, but in the middle of the blurb the compilers of the piece mentioned that some 96 athletes altogether hd tested positive. That was it, no names, no nationalities, no more info at all.
Yesterday, a doctor was filmed in secret boasting about supplying illegal drugs to some 150 sportsmen based here in Britain (not necessarily British born and bred). The papers were full of it, today everyone’s somewhat back peddling, the doctor says it’s all bollocks, it got dropped, everyone’s interest shifted to Panama accounts, each daily has Putin in the front page headline.
What do you make of it then? You are interested in local cheaters, or is it your only concern is the East? Would be it shiting into your own nest to admit that many in the upstanding West are as corrupt as in the East, the only difference being they over there are quite rough about it (a shoe box full of banknotes), here in the advanced world of the West we’re by far more sophisticated.
A foundation is set up, it receives money for a speech by a politician, the politician then makes use of the cash, all kosher, everything as it should be to keep the easily brainwashed happy? Or you see it differently?
(The break’s over, you and Frank can breathe easy).
It’s over 90 minutes, dare you miss it?

The barbarian has listened to it again, Robert, and his initial impression didn’t change, Mark’s much better writing that talking. It wasn’t bad, his team won, but except for the outburst around the 38 minute into the debate, Mark wasn’t as sharp as Baron would have liked him to be, Nigel scored better.
For someone like Baron, a recent refugee offered a sanctuary here to express concern about the new arrivals may seem unfair, some may say ‘well, he’s in, wants to prevent others to reach safety’. This is not the case at all, from his own personal experience the barbarian knows well what these people must be going trough. What troubles however are essentially two things.
First, because of their upbringing, the culture they and their forefathers have grown in, the value system that was implanted by the society they’ve come from, they take the Koran to be not just a guide to their personal life, a moral codex, a prescription for how to behave in daily life, but also a manual for societal governance, a source of law and justice. To square this with our view of how a society should run is virtually impossible, no one has yet found a way of mixing successfully oil and water, it’s either the Koran that wins, or we do.
Second, it links with the first, is that what’s coming from every survey amongst them is that they regard themselves as Muslim first, the citizens of any polity second. The danger this poses may not be imminent, it certainly isn’t something that would do us harm in times of peace, but what would happen if the country were to be threatened by an enemy of the same creed? Would they join in with us, or would their religious affiliation prevail?
EC @ 22:03
He may have missed it, EC, but one face was missing from the fight, blond hair, middle age spread, squeaky voice.
You reckon he’ll get enough votes before the convention?
If not, the GOP elders deprive him of the nomination, what will the reaction of his supporters be?
Baron April 4th, 2016 – 21:04
Schama is such a preening tosser. Emoting. Squealing. Outraged. Rabble rousing.
In the debate it wasn’t long before Arbour and Schama started the sneering at and smearing of their opponents. Arbour sneered at them for their “feminist” concern about the treatment of women and Schama described them as “sad” for focussing on sexual assaults.
Can any lefty ever debate anything without resorting to sneering at and smearing those whose political opinions do not conform to theirs ?
Baron – 22:40
Agreed. There are many points that add to the debate but they could be classed as not that strong because of ‘heart on the sleeve’ stories to neutralise them: 2/3 are illiterate, what will they do here – spread peace?, a French muslim that beheaded a colleague was described as very normal (before the ‘event’), their behaviour changes as their numbers grow, what does ‘seek out the infidel and strike him on the neck’ mean?, they don’t recognise national boundaries anyway, and they are very law abiding – it’s just that their laws are different, they view generosity as a weakness, no mention of Mo being a ‘good role model’ or anything about six year old girls on swings, etc!
I did think that Sharma’s and Nigel’s agreement that the West hasn’t stood up for its own culture is possibly the pearl that was produced, though the weakness of our national leaders, political and spiritual (are there any) was not really emphasised. In part, it is that that is our culture: we have freedom from culture. Not completely of course, but it is why it is so difficult to defend, promote and police, as not policing morality is part of our culture. They didn’t mention CMD’s INTDWI directly, but it was sort of covered. I thought the woman introduced a lot of information in her closing speech, so there was no chance to respond and Mark was good in his closing speech. And I think Sharma’s irritation at Farage mentioning Christian refugees and our Christian culture was of note. Sharma doesn’t really know how lucky he is living in a Judeo-Christian based culture.
Steyn makes such a powerful case on paper of the demographical issue that it is surprising that he didn’t devote at least one segment of tjhe debate to those facts. Neither he nor Farage attacked the Koran and Hadiths as the root of the problem. Once again Islam got a free ride.
Schama was exactly as Colonel M adjudicated at 22:59.
The switch in votes was encouraging, given that the audience was almost entirely Canadian.
I hope Switzerland’s not going wobbly.

The Dutch are having a referendum in two days on whether the EU should sign a trade deal with Ukraine. The result is uncertain, the video is by one of the groups opposing it. No need to speak Dutch to view the debating of the Ukrainian Rada, the equivalent of our House.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dqfdplc7bNc
Schama has been a contributing editor on the globalist Financial Times since 2009. That may be unfair.
In the photograph of participants’ bottoms at the top of the linked page, Ms. Arbour looks like the middle-aged Roy Jenkins. That may be unkind.
And no, I haven’t listened to the debate yet – but Spotify is playing something ominous, mournful and menacing with skidding arpeggios in a minor key by Shostakovich. So I shall be ready shortly.
Buttered toast first though I think – and another cup of Twinings English Breakfast Tea…Preppers should lay in large stock.
“Anyway, watching this debate, and watching Arbour and Schama try these tricks on Steyn and Farage, I was (like a lot of viewers, I’m sure) champing at the bit. So what a thing of beauty it was to see Steyn’s riposte to all this. It begins at 38:25. That’s where Steyn begins by congratulating Schama and Arbour for getting ‘such big laughs on gang-rape’. It grows from there. Schama’s face at the end of it is a true portrait of liberal posturing at the moment of moral deflation. Perhaps someone could frame it and donate it to the nation?”
Douglas Murray
http://blogs.spectator.co.uk/2016/04/no-simon-schama-people-worried-about-gang-rape-and-fgm-arent-obsessed-with-sex/
Colonel Mustard @ 22:59
As the posters below the video said, Colonel, he is indeed Drama Schama, his first six minutes were just an emotional rant, and his ‘sex obsession’ point got a deserving response from the great Mark.
What surprised Baron is that both Mark and Nigel said they had no problem with either Muslims or Islam (just wahabism), neither one made the point of separating Muslims, i.e. people fed the Islamic creed, from the creed itself, this line of argument is pushed by Geert Wilders, it resonates with many, it could be the grounds where some accommodation with the ME refugees could be found, unless, as many on this blog would argue, they should all be shipped back.
Malfleur @ 23:25
This may seem a trivial case, Malfleur, but it goes to the core of the two cultures meeting face to face. Instead of our insisting they assimilate into the culture that has offered them sanctuary, it’s they who insist on clinging to their own ways of conducting social intercourse. Bit by bit, we’ll behave as they do, unless we stand firm, compel them to treat everyone, men and women, equally.
RobertRetyred @ 23:19
Excellent summing up, Robert.
Towards the middle of the debate there was a chance to bring up the reaction to the plight of the unfortunate refugees of their Muslim brothers in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar. Why is it the flow of refugees is singularly in one direction only, towards he lands of the infidels?
EC @ 23:50
Douglas is a truly fearless man, EC, it’s amazing he’s been left banging about the issue without anyone from the brigade of the anointed trying to hit back.
Good on him, but watch his back he should.
Frank P @ 23:23
Good point, Frank, some people are better talkers, some write more convincingly, seldom one finds someone good at both. Douglas is the one who can do it. In a gathering somewhere in Scandinavian country (Baron forgets where), he was brilliant – a superb delivery, the right timing, the speech had a backbone easily followed, remembered.
Steyn did a better job on his feet down under:
http://www.steynonline.com/?switch_site_version=normal
Baron @ 00:07
That’s why I posted it.
Baron @ 00:18
Paul Joseph Watson, who is Infowars correspondent in England, is a Douglas with a slight northern accent and eloquent with no ums and ers. I have not however seen him debating outside of the Infowars studio. His work there and his “tweets” (whatever a tweet is) attract numerous, regular death threats. Your warning to Douglas is almost certainly therefore unnecessary. The shame is that the people issuing the threats are not hauled before an unsympathetic beak. In the United States, the same specie of threat made against Mr. Trump is treated with like indifference – I would hesitate, briefly, to say encouragement – by the authorities.
Arbour never responded to the demand which Steyn made in his response to her opening remarkes that she address and take a position on the cultural and physical mistreatment of women by the muslim “refugees”.
Her arbitrary extension, by operation of her opinion, of the legal definition of ‘refugee’ to include any muslim from the Middle East who wanted to get to Europe, her male clothes, and her touting herself time and again as a feminist while taking time out to attack Farage and Steyn as ideologists, as though that gave her some special status to prevail in argument, showed her up for the political lawyer that she is.
I see you have got on to the Schama- Steyn debate.
The rapists in question also think their `god`has put it upon them to kill all the “four-by-twos”. Schama ought to note that.
Baron – 00:07
It is the rejection of anything Judeo-Christian by our elite that has weakened Britain – which is Sharma personified. How he can complain, when the alternative is the Koran, I don’t understand.
Baron – 00:15
I did like Farage’s point that most of the British know little of their History, unlike Sharma who is an Historian and was waxing lyrical at the time 🙂 , and then Mark added his bit about History not being called History any more! It seems to be a world wide phenomenon in the English speaking world.
Britain hasn’t needed to defend itself, and the masses think it is the status quo and nothing to do with having had an empire.
Sorrry about the errors, (what a start to a posting, ha?).
Over and over again, the barbarian promises to read what he types before clicking the submit button, seldom he does it. If the time permits, he’ll tell you the reaction to the Panama leak in Russia, some of you may be surprised by it.
Meanwhile, in other news…

May the farce be with you!
Baron April 4th, 2016 – 23:55
Any response I made on the point about the creed would be biased by experience as I do not happen to share in the blanket condemnation of Islam. Steyn made the point about Muslims fighting for Empire and it is true that most of those actually carrying the fight to ISIS and other extremists, even in Pakistan, are Muslims. Having been required at certain times to literally entrust my life to Muslims I personally never found them wanting in loyalty or courage. This should not be taken as evidence of Islamophilia on my part but of pragmatic circumspection about the trend of some to scorn the whole lot.
It remains a fact, however, that the majority of mosques in the UK affiliate to the revivalist Deobandi branch of the religion which has its roots in anti-British agitation and hate on the (old) NW Frontier of India. It is quite extraordinary (or perhaps not) that none of the idiots in the Foreign Office or Government seemed to be aware of or alerted to this unfortunate fact when they gave carte blanche to mass immigration. The same sort of thing happened in Hong Kong where the government adopted a laissez-faire approach to those Chinese communists who came not as refugees but merely to exploit the freedom to prosper whilst at the same time still proudly declaring for the Peoples Republic. This demonstration of having their cake and eating it was tolerated with only a little official monitoring of any overt political activity, rather timidly done in any case.
Britain seems to like extending its traditional hospitality towards foreigners to those who wish only to enjoy the fruits of being here with no quid pro quo to show loyalty to the country, to assimilate or to respect the cultural status quo, in fact to display contrary sentiments. And that naive, uncritical, some might say over tolerant, approach is not restricted to those of the Muslim faith. There seems to be an abundance of non-native born public figures who seem to delight in slagging England off and telling its people how it should be run.
Malfleur April 5th, 2016 – 01:53
I thought her absolutely ghastly in the way she operated during the debate and imagine she got herself to that elevated position in the UN by the bullying, hectoring, dogmatic, overbearing style demonstrated during it. People being too polite or too intimidated to tell her to take a running jump back to “French Canada” where no doubt her grievances and various prejudices originated.
Far more dangerous than Schama.
Baron April 5th, 2016 – 00:18
Maybe the resident “regulator” should have a quiet word with the SNP’s Stasi to “apprehend” Mr Murray for his failure to THINK before tweeting.
God, has it really come to that? In Britain?
I’m afraid that it has.
Baron 1838
Perhaps I am a bit thick?
Are you defending Putin and his bunch of shysters.
Frank gave a good link to the Boot blog:
“One can understand them: how can one deal with a state whose head isn’t only a murderer, nuclear terrorist and a tyrant, but also a gangster? And yet, as Putin and his henchmen keep reminding us, we must deal with them because they have the big bombs.”
The man is a blackmailer.
The Ruskies have been brought up under a regime with no moral compass. We, at least, in Western Europe were brought up with the messages of Easter and Christmas as part of the fabric of our being. To us right is right and wrong is wrong as black is black and white is white. For the Ruskies the ethos brought from the Soviet times is that right is what will make me look good in the eyes of the Party. End of.
I have told you before that Russia has never understood anything other than dictatorial rule. And with that comes a moral philosophy of the only thing that matters is to please the Supreme Leader, whether Ivan, Peter, Stalin or Putin.
The Eastern Europeans are very similar, albeit to lesser degree.
Malfleur 1.53
You are correct to highlight the role of this dreadful specimen
A lost of heat and light generated towards the sainted Simon for the Stern but the real villain of the debate is Louise Arbour, an apologist for the niqab viz:
“I am not convinced at all that we should try to liberate women against their will or by forcing them to stay hidden at home because there is no place for them in public life and the public sphere and public working place,” Arbour said.
Arbour argues the best way to promote freedom of religion and gender equality is by welcoming women who wear niqabs into the public sphere.
Arbour would not get far in France.

Only if incited by the globalists as part of their campaign to produce a situation in which the un-awakened people in the United Kingdom and the United States might go along with calls for martial law and the suppression of our ancient liberties as somehow justified and required by the outrage.
Be on guard against false flags!!
ISIL/ISIS/AL QAEDA is a NATO/NWO construct.
Colonel Mustard – 12:10 ‘ blanket condemnation of Islam?’
You can, if you want, condemn Islam, yet still hold someone in that ‘group’ in high esteem, in spite of the agenda that he follows. You will have judged the man, not his culture.
Read Islamic literature, determine the founder’s ideals and behaviour, making sure you know which texts have prominence, then assess the situation. It doesn’t look good. If your acquaintance treated you well, it was because of who he was, not the culture that he went against, an act that is punishable by death.
Those who are born into it, but have contact with our culture, have a dichotomy. They may follow our culture in public life, but that does not mean that they have left the seventh century cult behind: some don’t want to and some do, but cannot leave. All is written in their texts. Asad Shah was in a sect that renounced the violence, and look what happened to him, and by whom! Many might want to leave but are too fearful so we cannot condemn all members either. It is part of the problem of working out what to do.
I disagree with those who say feminism is all about getting equality for women. Equality is either for all or it is for none! And most feminist activists are far from equitable either, but that doesn’t mean that all those with feminist empathies are without honour.
Yes folks, it’s safer to stay in the EU 🙂 according to our PM:

RobertRetyred April 5th, 2016 – 14:50
It was ‘they’ not ‘he’ and they were comrades not acquaintances.
This morning we received a leaflet from an unnamed source, adducing ‘facts’ about the coming EU Referendum. The address source on the leaflet is a ‘Freepost’ reference located at 7th Floor ?Westminster Tower, 3 Albert Embankment London SE1 7SP.
The leaflet appeared to be a government circular until I read the ‘facts’ when it became clear that the leaflet was in fact authored by a ‘leave’ lobbying group.
My question is why is a ‘leave’ lobby
(a) reluctant to identify itself, or
(b) camouflaging it’s literature as government emanated.
In other words why aren’t they shouting message from the roof tops unashamedly and admitting their identity?
Who are the faces behind the subterfuge?
Robert Retyred
Let’s stop mincing words. Islam is ‘our’ (the) enemy. Some Muslims admit it, some pretend otherwise, quietly waiting for the Caliphate to succeed globally, then ‘we’ll’ be under their Dhimmitude rules of engagement. Simples. It’s called the deadly mix of terror and taqiyya applied locally as necessary. They ‘hef a plen!’
I was disappointed that Farage didn’t articulate that sentiment during the debate; mortified that Mark Steyn didn’t. He did it so much better in the ensuing address down under.
With good jokes as condiments sprinkled over the facts – As is his wont.
I am appalled at the attacks of a sinister antisemitic nature on Simon Schama
Those who came on our march and heard my speech in Manchester in July 2014 in support of the Gazans will know my concerns about extreme Zionism but anti semitism I cannot abide
Much of this peculiar anti-semitism is being orchestrated by The Spectator and Gatestone
Rod Liddle has posted some intemperate comments. Instead of reasoned debate he screams
“..(Scharma) looked like a Thunder-birds puppet controlled by a person with Parkinson’s disease… area which got me into trouble with Mr Schama, who easily out-drivelled Mary. Talking about the ‘refugee’ crisis, the art historian divested himself of a stream of emotionally incontinent non-sequiturs — and it was when I pointed this out that he became incandescent with pique”
And then the redoubtable Douglas Murray
“I suppose we will all just have to speculate over what kind of face Simon Schama regards himself as having (metrosexual, aristocratic, epicene?)…
…. for a certain type of globe-trotting international celebrity, any concern for borders, national identity and cultural continuity are not just beneath them, but actively ‘common’. Of course, Simon Schama can probably live pretty much where he wants. And if the area around him goes somewhat downhill because the neighbours all start to come from the rougher corners of Eritrea then Simon Schama can move. And he will probably move to a very nice area. But of course not everybody has that choice. And one thing we can all be certain of is that Simon Schama will probably never choose to live in Bradford, Malmo or any of the (dare I say it) ‘suburbs’ outside Paris. Yet all the time he will urge other peoples’ neighbourhoods to more closely resemble those great success stories, and look down at people from an ever-loftier height when they dare to object.”

It’s getting the stage where the miasma of stale communism is becoming so marked on this site that even I feel that my jaded senses (smell and taste) demand that I remove myself from the source. This is not a question of free speech, it’s protection from insult to the itelligence – and exposure to the stench of Gramscian guff tinged with a touch of ageing Tariq Ali. It reminds of the street days of the late 60s early 70s but at least those days were tinged with the masking smell of ganja, Brut after-shave, but most of all the smell of cowardice expressed through their over active sphinctres, doing the ‘half-a-crown/sixpence’ exercise as we confronted them at the sharp end.
I think time has come Peter. Its presence is cruel and unusual punishment. When I was taking the Queen ‘s shilling, I had to tolerate it for reasons of duty. It was necessary and I was quite young then.
This rancid turd has driven away from here several sharp minds already. I’m not sure that even my hitherto resilient loyalty to the blog is sufficient to justify the unnecessary pain. Be rid of him Peter.

Colonel Mustard @ 12:10
An excellent précis, Colonel, nothing but full agreement with you, the barbarian has made the same argument Mark did about the Victoria Cross awarded to at least one of them, their courageous fighting on our side in the last war (and before), their forming a large part of our forces in India etc.
The fact remains however that until the end of WW2 we were dealing with a different branch of the creed (our response to any attempt of ‘disobedience’ was also different) and, as the faith happens to have no hierarchical structure, a new mutation seems to have got hold of the religion (as you yourself say). The question then is how to deal with it, how to ensure the faith moves back to promoting the hadiths of peace rather than those of the sword.
telemachus @ 18:15
You’re quite right, telemachus, Rod was more than grossly unfair to ‘any Thunder-birds puppet controlled by a person with Parkinson’s disease’, he should apologise to it, repent, promise not to do it again.
This posting of yours may be longish because you essentially copied what others have said, then plastered a libelling sentence or two on those who said it. This, my sparring partner, is as close to trolling as it gets. If you really want to be taken seriously as a combatant for the other side you must do better than this.
Schama’s performance was pathetic, he contributed little to the argument the two were defending (got ‘applauded’ to finish twice), most likely because deep down he knows his take on the issue goes against common sense, is unlikely to lead to an acceptable (and lasting) cure of the boil, and amounts to little more than pandering to the view everyone is compelled to follow whilst the honorary Muslim is in charge.
Frank P @ 20:27
You just watch out, Frank, it may not be too long and you’ll be living under his rule (only joking, but weirder things have happened).
Emulous @ 13:36
It’s not a question of ‘thickness’, Emulous, but that of fairness, you still live as if you won in the lottery of life being born British. This may indeed be the case with you, sadly it doesn’t apply to the vast majority of the current generation of the British.
The poorly educated Slav believes in what he labels ‘the healthy core of Englishness’, reckons it will re-assert itself again, the country’s compass will get righted, but views such as yours – writing off the Full Monty of a tribe because of prejudice – has never formed a part of the belief system of that core. If, in the Britain’s glorious past, it did the peoples in countries such as India would not be what they’re today, the presence of inflated arrogance was limited, often scoffed on, never gained control of the policy.
If only you spoke Russian (do you?) you could have listened to the coverage of the Panama leaks on ‘The Rain’, the Moscow based internet TV. Since you cannot (Baron presumes), and didn’t watch it, you have to take Baron’s take on it. Brilliant, by far better than the BBC, the Newsnight, the iTV, the lot here put together.
Over 90 minutes devoted to the subject, plenty of commentators, the best amongst them a lawyer who works in this field (mostly for Western companies). The one thing you may like to know is that amongst the leaked names (not friends of a politician), westerners are the vast majority, there may of course be a ‘second edition’ but so far Russian names are fewer than 10.
The station is strongly anti-Putin (150,000 subscribers, one of their commentators called the KGB Colonel a murderer, it runs a regular BBC slot each Tuesday), but even they concluded there was nothing to tarnish the Kremlin man with.
Unless one knows more, most of what has been revealed could be above the board and legal provided the tax authorities of the countries are aware of it, the only thing that’s ‘new’ is that private dealing of individuals (both physical and legal) are now known not to the tax authorities only, but to the public as well.
This in no way suggests there is no corruption in Russia (or the former satellite states), there you’re absolutely right, but how does one eradicate a feature of a society that has been bred into it for over 400 years in just one generation?
Emulous @ 13:36
And another thing, Emulous.
Since the fall of communism, what have the Russians done to us? Could you tell Baron?

How could one better Murphy Donovan when just one short paragraph encapsulates it so well?
“The most recent Islamic atrocity in Brussels is, alas, another case study in the pathology of appeasement. ISIS now conducts forays against EU from a sanctuary a few blocks from the capital of Europe. In response, the continent again cowers under impotent solidarity pledges and meaningless light shows. Belgium provides more manpower per capita to ISIS than any other civilized nation. Tolerance and terror are the wages of European apathy. The ghost of Quisling haunts the capitals of Europe”.

‘There are three people whom Allah shall not speak to on the day of Resurrection, nor shall he look at them, nor shall he purify them, and they shall have a painful torment: One whose garment hangs down below his ankles, almanaan, and (a merchant) who sells of his merchandise by means of false oath.’
That’s one hadith of importance for the length of man’s pants, and there’s another one on the same subject:
‘The part of the garment which hangs below the ankles is (punishable) by Fire (on the day of Resurrection)’.
Please take note, it may come useful when you convert.
On a more ‘jovial’ note: Does anyone has any explanation for it, judging by the severity of punishment important hadiths? The barbarian had a ‘learned’ conversation with a friend, the one (most sensible) answer that offered itself was, the shortness of man’s pants (above ankles) avoids raising dust, there’s alot of it in the sandy places, the dust contains impurities (dry piss, spits?), people may breathe them in, get ill. Can anyone better it?

On the subject of ‘blanket condemnation’ of Islam; there was a time when I may have agreed with both you and The Colonel on that score. But not since global Islam managed to oust (with the help of The Septics and our own barmy leaders) the Shah and and hand Persia over to the Mullahs. Since then I am prepared to believe that the jihad, which had laid largely dormant for decades until then, once again became a reality as they got a sniff of the Twelth Imam and were promised victory by by Yusuf Qaradawi, the main architect of The Muslim Bros project.
9/11 clinched any doubts. The Muzzy in the White House wiped out any residual questions. Now, whatever internal squabbles they may have, they are ALL onside with regard to Infidels. The local Paki shopkeeper and we Infidels will continue to exchange pennies for papers and occasional smiles, but we all know what will happen when ‘they’ get the upper hand. The signs are already there in parts of London and many provincial cities. So let’s stop making allowances and suggesting that ‘peaceful’ Muslims want ‘peace’ as much as we do. We each want different types of peace – on our own terms. There’s isn’t my idea of peace. It’s submission. As I’ve not decided to live in one of their countries I do not want them to decide what is good for me.
Close the fucking mosques. Islam is the enemy.

Well, Frank, what else, two things, too, before the barbarian turns in.
Where and how does Baron feed him? The posting you must be referring to is anything but. It so upset the barbarian that he called it (well, almost called it) trolling. What else can the poorly educate d Slav do to appease you, allmighty guru?
The post communist Russians (not the Soviets i.e. Russians yoked by the communist doctrine) have done for us next to FA because we have never allowed them to do anything like trading (we used to be, still are a trading nation) for fear of upsetting the especially friendly ruling elite over there who, if memory serves, have dragged us to Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria, and whose current leader have shipped the bust of Winston back to us immediately he set foot in the oval Office, and is telling us now to remain in the Brussels monstrosity. Nuffsaid?
PS (not a third thing):
Your stance on the creed is admirable, but about as doable as teaching pigs fly. Please, consider, how does one eradicate an idea held by generations over 14 centuries, followed currently by 1.5mn people? A brain transplant of biblical proportion, sterilisation, shipment to the moon? Hmmm
Everything is explained here to Barbour and Schama’s satisfaction – Oh, and congratulations to all four speakers and the moderator for not mentioning that the New World Order might be behind ISIS and the assault on the West – very Question Timely:
“Abubakar Shekau — a man whose name would be forgotten by history — came to Muhammad with the issue, “Oh apostle, peace be upon you,” he began, “Some of the brothers feel uncomfortable about raping the chattel women in front of their captive husbands….” ”

I have no interest in doing so. I just don’t want the murderous Muslim maniacs taking over here. I therefore accept that there’s is a war on and the enemy can go fuck themselves, all of them, including the ones who are pretending they are not. And if I offend a few who would sincerely like the status quo ante circa 1979 to be sustained, so be it. We can’t take any chances. And one of the best friends I ever had, went to Mecca regularly to appease his religious obligations. The problem with the Ruskies is not what they do only but also what they do not do. Since the Wall came down they have been given every opportunity to engage with ourselves, Europe and America. But the response has been truculence and threats.
More often than not they oppose our proposals at the UN Security Council. They orchestrated attempts to neutralise resolution 1441 immediately after it passed and that has been used as a stick against our government every time Iraq is discussed.
Then we come to the Crimea, dear to our souls. Enough said.
And then Syria. Instead of cooperating with the West they go it alone and this includes bombing those moderate forces that we have armed and which we support.
Any actions we make to Westernise the former East European Nations is taken as a sign of hostility despite this being the democratic will of the people.

I found something similar when I tried to research the people behind it. I got as far as the Social Affairs Unit at one stage (through an indirect link) but then my tablet crashed. Can’t believe that SAU (or Civitas, which is connected), would want to be underhanded. Strange affair, did everyone receive the leaflet or just those who have shown an interest? The People’s Pledge sent me a message too yesterday, claiming credit for the EU Referendum. Matthew Elliot of Taxpayers Alliance has an indirect connection to the address on the leaflet. My only question is, why the coyness? It’s time all the ‘Leave” factions swallowed their differences and became a full-on drive. If we don’t take this window of opportunity, bye bye Britain. It may already be too late.
Now I must catch up with the fiasco over the Pond. It looked pretty grim when I abandoned ship last night. ☺

More of your “no credible evidence” shite before a credible investigation has been conducted, huh?
We shall see.
By the way, Leo Zagami, Infowars “Vatican correspondent” has some interesting angles from his perspective on Trump, Scalia, Cruz etcetera during the 2nd Hour of the AJ Show on Tuesday 5th April at:

The black secret society of which Scalia was a member and which was generated by the Bohemian Grove and which, by coincthanidence of course, Justice Scalia just happened to be sharing St. Valentine’s Day with than with his wife, is also linked to the Bilderberg Club, or so Signore Zagami indicates. May I commend the following guide to geo-politics to inform your perspective of US, Russian and European relationships?
Chapter 4 ‘The Black Hole’ is particularly insightful on the US view of Russia’s post USSR role in European and world affairs.
“Generally speaking, three broad and partially overlapping geostrategic options, each ultimately related to Russia’s preoccu- pation with its status vis-a-vis America and each also containing some internal variants, can be said to have emerged in reaction to the Soviet Union’s collapse. These several schools of thought can be classified as follows:
1. priority for “the mature strategic partnership” with Amer- ica, which for some of its adherents was actually a code term for a global condominium;
2. emphasis on the “near abroad” as Russia’s central concern, with some advocating a form of Moscow-dominated eco- nomic integration but with others also expecting an even-
interview In Rossiyskaya Gazeta, January 12,1992.
THE BLACK HOLE 99
tual restoration of some measure of imperial control, thereby creating a power more capable of balancing Amer- ica and Europe; and
3. a counteralliance, involving some sort of a Eurasian anti- U.S. coalition designed to reduce the American preponder- ance in Eurasia.”

Noa,
For the result to be binding the total turnout in the Dutch referendum has to be >30%
According to Geert Wilders 10mins ago they have scraped over the line with 32%
That is good news as the votes against are 64% according to exit polls.
As Nigel said, a NO vote will be a great boon to the BRexiteers. The EU will almost certainly arrogantly put in a fix that will ignore the Dutch, and that will give even more ammo to our OUT campaign.

Not that the barbarian would ever say a good word for the boy when it comes to matters of politics, but on the issue of offshore companies, his dad having a an account offshore and whatever those attacking him are in the wrong. There may be quite legitimate reasons for using offshore companies, in case you’ve missed it, agencies of the government were also clients in the past.
More to the point, unless the offshore companies are set up to evade tax, the authorities in the relevant countries know about it, no criminal money gets to pass through their account, what’s wrong with it?
One of the judges of the past when justice was still administered here (Baron cannot recall his name offhand) had it just right: “No man is required to arrange his affairs so as to pay the largest possible amount of tax”. Quite, and the man who lives in no10 is no exception to this ruling either.

The boy in no10 should send a letter of thanks to the KGB Colonel, he got it right on ISIL (fewer than three months of bombing and the thugs are terminally damaged), the boy’s ‘Control’ fugged up (when Obama claimed ‘we’re winning’ in the Spring of 2015 ISIL made the biggest territorial gains in Syria, the number of refugees fleeing the country was then also the highest – check on the UN site if you must).
Btw, what are we doing in Syria? Has anyone invited us? Did the corrupt UN authorise us to go and invade a land that has never presented any threat to us? Is it our job to interfere wherever we please?

Keep giving the finger instead of looking at the moon, my old bodger!
It is looking likely that the 30% was reached:
“Turnout, with almost 96% of the votes counted, was around 32%, which means the government has to reconsider its support of the treaty in light of the public vote. The referendum had to draw at least 30% support to have any legal weight.”

Yes, his nutraceuticals, such as the Nascent Iodine X2, are first rate and he has just introduced a multi vitamin and mineral product, Vitamin Mineral Fusion, which when mixed with water, purified through one of his excellent filters, apparently “creates a delicious Fruit Punch flavor”. I hope to try it for myself and my family next month.
Though for you, if I had to single out one item, I would recommend the Brain Force.

Dutch reject EU-Ukraine trade deal
“Dutch voters opposed a trade deal between the EU and Ukraine by a margin of nearly two-to-one, in a result that could trigger ructions in Brussels and boost those in the UK campaigning for Britain to leave the bloc.
Turnout breached the 30 per cent level required to force the hand of a government that had agreed to abide by the result if the threshold were passed.”

As to why a German newspaper should be chosen to break the story, it was only about a week ago was it not that a leading German journnalist “Dr. Ulfkotte went on public television stating that he was forced to publish the works of intelligence agents under his own name, also adding that noncompliance with these orders would result in him losing his job”.

I agree with you, though please note that my pleasure at seeing Cameron skewered was to the letter in the DT from Dr. Cantor about the EU referencum quoted by RobertRetyred at 13:51, not to the Panama papers.
You are paraphrasing the principle stated by Lord Tomlin in the Duke of Westminster’s case:
“Every man is entitled, if he can, to order his affairs so as that the tax attaching under the appropriate Acts is less than it otherwise would be. If he succeeds in ordering them so as to secure this result, then, however unappreciative the Commissioners of Inland Revenue or his fellow taxpayers may be of his ingenuity, he cannot be compelled to pay an increased tax”.
Droll; very droll.
Baron was watching the UEFA highlights switching to BBC2 Newsnight only when two pundits were re-playing the game, hence cannot claim to get the BBC take on the story of the Dutch result in full, a Dutchman, the leader of the ‘yes’ camp was on, the one with the massive ears asked him what lessons should one learn.
The man could think of two, first, they (the Dutch) will have to think about rising the necessary turn-up well above the 30%, the current level is too low, it makes any result undemocratic what with most people not taking part. Second, the subject of the current referendum was wrong, it confused many, the recent spotlight in the media on refugees didn’t help either.
It’s only a guess, but Baron reckons those in power in Holland will find a way to nullify the ‘no’ vote, the Parliament will ratify whatever it is the whole charade was all about.
EC @ 23:40
How silly of the barbarian, of course he wouldn’t, you were, as always, spot on, EC.

Don’t disagree, in principle m’Lud. Anybody that’s shrewd enough to keep the government’s hands off their hard earned Jack Dash has my support, unless …it happens to be head of the shit bags who sit in plush offices and plan to rip the rest of us off by dictating the rates and rules and then taking a chunk of everything we earn, everything we spend, to fund their luxury, and then take a large extra slice for themselves by taking advantage of inside knowledge of the rules and salting it away in secret squirrel caches in the names of proxies for when they decide to put their feet up. Fuck CMD, his forebears and his heirs and successors. May he and Boy George get their comeuppance and soon. As for the £9.3m of taxpayers money for propagating the next stage of the EU scam – the cunts have more front than Ally Pally. Btw, the Guardian treasure Polly Toynbee was also on the same Newsnight slot, cheerfully promoting the idea of revealing everyone’s wealth, earnings, taxes paid and contributions to charities (in that order).
Apparently, they have it so in Sweden, everyone’s happy, no objection to it, and here, after an initial shock people would accept ti, too.
And one wonders why the Swedes are almost always drunk (even though for the price of a bottle of whisky one can buy a Volvo, well, nearly), sport a pretty high suicide rate, are more than overjoyed to welcome our new friends from the lands of Allah.

The show of hands at the beginning confused me because the audience were mainly agin Brexit, but they appeared either to misunderstand the question or were the shape of the last arse that sat on them.
The applause during his speech was promising, but it would be nice to see his fervour on the MSM here, rather than a grainy out of sync badly produced amateur presentation in Holland. I suppose we should be thankful for small mercies. I fear that unless the out campaign consolidates and let’s Farage have his head with lots of face-time on MSM telly, the leave lobby will wither on the vine. The £9.3m stay propaganda budget is just a straw-in-the-wind. Billions will be devoted to defeating Brexit. I trust neither Boris nor Gove. One is a Turk and the other a Gramsci gremlin. Farage can do it, but I’m sure they are not going to let him.

Malfleur 11.29 why the defence of a Mafia state run by a KGB Colonel?
Noa 1628 what I see is a post imperialist state going through contortions to justify itself while coping with a leadership that cannot decide whether it is a fascist state in the pay of the aforesaid Mafia or an authoritarian quasi communist state.
While it decides, the leadership demonstrate their macho credentials. Physically by scoring eight ice hockey goals, tiger shooting, fighting snow leopards, fire fighting, scuba diving and bareback horse riding. And using the military to steal land in Crimea and East Ukraina and bomb the moderates in Syria.
I listened to the Traitor Kim Philby on Monday telling us how his actions saved us from WWIII. I fear that Mr Putin might just trigger it.
And Baron. All good Englishmen and true can name not just towns but the valleys in Crimea. Syria is being bombed by us on a Parliamentary vote which specified attack on Islamic State which had committed acts of war against us and which was using Northern Syria as sanctuary. Putin has been indiscriminately bombing anyone Assad told him to.
I see in the Daily Caller that Putin has just announced his own Praetorian Guard.
Would you believe it?
A new Russian “National Guard” that will take over the duties of several other security agencies and will be comprised of personnel in the Russian interior ministry and headed by Putin confidant and former bodyguard Viktor Zolotov, who will report directly to the Russian president.
Well, well well.

The prostitutes of France are the latest female identity group to be elevated to mad socialist “victimhood” status. Yet another superannuated and ghastly socialist feminist, one Maud Olivier whose personal appearance is all too predictable, has single-handedly driven her obsession through centuries of mutually beneficial private commerce that ought to be the business of no-one but the buyers and sellers. And as usual the “men” in Parliament, absolutely terrified of upsetting the strident women activists amongst them, choose appeasement over rationale.
This seems more about extremist feminist angst demonising men as part of an ongoing narrative or agenda than about really protecting women. It is like designating drug dealers as “victims” and only criminalising the addicts who buy from them. It is virtue signalling by legislation, expressing disapproval by fine.
Before it had a street prostitute problem France used to have well regulated brothels. Those were banned following the agitation of another dodgy feminist with a chequered past who was in the MRP (a “centrist party with right-wing voters but a left-wing policy” – so it was like the modernised Tories of Vichy Dave). The MRP needed the support of the Communists to get the ban passed into law. This cynical morality did not prevent Marthe Richard from pursuing a career writing erotic fiction after her life in politics.
Watch Holland very closely to see the Eurocrat response to not getting their own way. If the referendum really changes anything I’ll be pleasantly surprised. Expect a massive push from the EU socialist mafia to delegitimise it.
Colonel Mustard – 08:54
Presumably the French have a laws prohibiting the evil trade in sex trafficking of women. Why don’t they enforce those laws?
I don’t suppose the new law will have much impact on the Parisian elite and political classes who will continue to using their designated ‘safe’ brothels. Much the same situation in London and Washington DC, I would imagine.
When the Nazis occupied Paris it was business as usual. As one might expect there was a strict demarkation in the class of the establishments allowed to be used by officers and other the wanks – much same with the cafes & restaurants.
ANDY CARPARK, what say you on the Parisian situation?
EC April 7th, 2016 – 10:26
It is difficult to see how the law could be enforced at all without police entrapment or the prostitutes shopping their own customers. Police entrapment is always dodgy but in this case it would be literally conspiring to encourage a crime.
As for prostitutes shopping customers: “I advertised stolen goods and then reported the buyer to the police for handling them”. Absolutely, 100%, Grade A barmy but the modern New Left siloing of “ishoos” facilitates the inconsistent double standard.
Like much of the co-conspired New Left feminist disapproval banning mania masquerading as law it is intended to “send a message” and have a “chilling” effect. It is Maude Olivier on Twitter with a sanctimonious expression holding a placard saying “#Don’t Bring Our Prostitutes Back”.
The baby boomer generation of cretinous idiots now ruling over us do not appear to understand that legislation is meant to address real crimes not create imaginary new ones. Criminalising paying for sex is not far off criminalising gamblers and describing the casinos and betting shops as their “victims”.

Would you like to be a bit more specific than elaborating that the Prime Minister and his wife “were at it” in describing the specific nature of the crime?
Reports in today’s press suggest that solicitors for PIL may be struck off. Not before time, but there are questions which need to be answered. Why was this situation allowed to develop in the first place? Why was this firm given taxpayers money to persecute our troops? And why why was this situation permitted to develop in the first place?
It disgusts me that our boys were not protected in law from the start, sent by politicians who have no knowledge of the military and no understanding of the wider World, to risk their lives in situations which have no strategic value to this country, and if they are fortunate to return home safely, give a troop of shyster lawyers public money to shoot them in the back. Malfleur
In April 1997 the boy bought units in Blairmore for £12,497 and sold them in January 2010 for £31,500. Blairmore was identified in the Mossack papers as one of those using the firm to set up offshore trusts. Furthermore he has already inherited £300,000 from the owner of Blairmore, Ian his father. Who knows how much more offshore money he stands to inherit in due course. This is troughing worthy of the best politicians the world over. We are now truly led by Jacob Cameron Zuma.
RobertRetyred – 12:36
Dave’s constituency office is in Witney, but his Cotswold home is in Chipping Norton. In happier days it was the scene of many a Sunday and Christmas lunch spent with the Brooks, Clarksons and Murdochs. CMD’s may or may not be rented out at present.
Emulous – 12:44
You must be on your guard lest you succumb to The Politics of Envy. An unpleasant, wholly negative, destructive and sadly rather prevalent British trait normally associated with socialists and Old Labourites.
I don’t see why inheriting money, marrying into money or coming into to money(*) should disbar one from public office. The front benches of the Lab/Con/LibDem cabal would be empty. However, “never having had a proper job” should disbar one, having much the same effect on the front benches in the current HoC.
The destruction wreaked by these consensus politicians who have “never had a proper job” on democracy and the nation state is only too apparent in the UK, Sweden, Holland, Germany, France, USA, Greece etc. etc. etc.
(*) not the same as previous 😉 eg. lottery/pools winners!

Tremulous April 8th, 2016 – 12:44
So who is your preferred party leader? Corbyn?
Vichy Dave arouses much animosity in me but none of it directed towards his private financial dealings which seem akin to bears crapping in the woods in terms of their shock value. Only £31,500 and £300,000? Peanuts in the rarified world he inhabits.
Dellers puts it into perspective – a rollocking read: Colonel M and Dellers are obviously on on the same page, using similar metaphors:

Colonel Mustard – 23:36 et seq.
I think that you got “him” banged to rights there! Of all the things “he” could have justifiably took Cameron to task about, it was his private wealth he went with. The politics of envy goes right to the core of lefties. It is a marker as reliable as a DNA fingerprint.
Trying to escape the Panama Papers and unTrumping of Trump , I surfed the channels for some escapism and fell across Mrs Miniver (so to speak) in glorious black and white (before moral relativity took over).
It immediately took me back to nascent urges of childhood when Greer Garson and Teresa Wright provoked fantasies still not understood – and the memories of air-raid sirens, the rubbery smell of gas masks; hiding under the kitchen table because, as my Dad would proclaim, “You’ll be safer there if Adolph drops his guts!”
Walter Pidgeon was the roll model for fathers and Bernard Lee was an extra in the pub – and not even on the cast list.
While rooting out the film details on the intertubes I came across this review, which gives a flavour of the times and a fairly accurate, if somewhat romantic, account of its value as a propaganda tool.
Then of course I mused on the comparison, between it and yesterday’s £9.3m worth of crap propaganda, not to mention the ironical comparison of intent of the Prime Minister of yesteryear and today’s wanker:

Last word on this. The whole point of my posts was to say that the only pseudonyms telemachus has used here are Jennifer Oldham and long ago Patriccia Shaw. In the very early days when telemachus as a name was barred I posted as leviathan. Peter keeps a keen eye on email and IP addresses will confirm this and indeed his detective work led to the outing of these.
telemachus now posts here only as telemachus and mostly as tele at Speccie but does use other pseudonyms at Guido, DT, Left Foot Forward, LabourList etc
Google alerts are to protect my integrity
Every time the “integrity” of Tremulous is challenged up pops telemachus as though on cue!
Hilarious. If it’s just a coincidence it is a very amusing one.
Not difficult for an established perpetrator of disguise and hoaxes to post from different email and IP addresses, especially one who “code shares”.
But soft, what further lies are being told? He now admits that “Jennifer Oldham” was just a pseudonym. At the time the subterfuge was discovered a different assertion was made:-
“telemachus

I know Jennifer
It was my goodself that suggested she post here
I also know that she is a member of the Tory Party”
Might we please have clarification as to which of these explanations we are expected to believe and what, if “Jennifer Oldham” was just a pseudonym, was the purpose of posting under two names, one of which was pretending to be a member of the Tory Party?

The Channel 4 new Assed Baig story where ridiculously inappropriate terms like “Uncle Tom” and “house muslim” (FFS) have been used just shows how far American race issues which should have absolutely no relevance or context here have been imported into the UK.
This proto-racial segregation has been stoked up by the left on behalf of their sponsored “victim” groups. It is nasty, divisive stuff which is going to lead to serious sectarian strife.
Colonel Mustard @ 14:04
That’s exactly Baron’s take on it, Colonel.
The boy dug a hole for himself with his rants both when in opposition and later in government accusing people who avoid tax as ‘unpatriotic, injurious to the country’s interests, immoral’.
This is nonsense, the government has enough lawyers to draft laws tight enough to prevent leaking of tax revenues by both individuals and companies. No moral obligation exists in tax affairs, it’s a morality vacuous enterprise, one is at liberty to arrange one’s tax affairs so as to keep as much of one’s earnings and wealth as is legally doable.
Many newspapers, the DT in particular, run massive column inches on how to do it, not than long ago there was a double page spread on how to set up trusts both here and offshore with all the pros and cons, nobody has questioned it.
The risk the boy’s running is in that he wasn’t and still probably isn’t totally honest about his farther’s company, how it operated when he was a shareholder. Baron isn’t up to speed on it, but knows that in the past (certainly up to around the end of the last century), it was possible for people to set up a shell company offshore, put money into it, made it non-domicile. Any money the company made would escape UK taxes unless the money was transferred to the UK.
There were ways however to move this untaxed money into the UK. One could travel to the offshore country, withdraw the cash, stuff it into a briefcase, come back. Or one could find a UK individual or a company that needed to make a payment offshore, pay the bill for it from one’s offshore account, get reimbursed in the UK by the UK company from its UK account. Today, any such shenanigans would be illegal, but who knows what the tax wizards in the private sector have come up with since. It’s a never ending battle between it and the Treasury.

Not his usual best, Frank, he can obfuscate, befuddle and fluff around as well as the man he kicks.
The key point of the leak was to implicate Putin. In this it was an abysmal failure, Frank, his name doesn’t appear anywhere. To tar him through association seems amateurish in the extreme.
The man, Luke Harding, who ‘studied’ the documents with others for almost a year holed up somewhere in the Guardian building was on a comedy programme today. He was asked who leaked it twice, avoided the questions. The barbarian would be massively disappointed in the CIA had they failed to comb the documents thoroughly before ‘the leaker’ approached the Süddeutsche Zeitung).
As Baron said before the KGB Colonel had no need for any Panama accounts, finito. Amazing Mr. Boot doesn’t get it.
And another thing: In the initial release of the leaked documents there isn’t one single American. How come? Are all rich and super rich US burghers of such high probity not one has had an account tucked away from the prying eyes of the US jurisdiction ever? Hmmm

The imposition of”electronic currency/money”
We have been sliding down that slippery slope for some years now, The gradient is steepening such that there is no way back up. If cash is KO’d, electronic money will make slaves of us all. It’s a totalitarians dream.
In the interests of excessive pedantry there is a distinction to be made between ‘shapeshifters’ who can change their physical appearance at will to resemble something else and ‘bodysnatchers’ who can inhabit and exploit a physical form which once belonged to someone else. I believe the current crop of alien-like ‘leaders’ are neither.
The modern flying saucer phenomenon began in the late 1940s, so allowing for a period of entrance and consolidation, the alien intercession (and I use the term ‘intercession’ deliberately) with the development of human babies probably began early enough to produce the ringleaders of the 1968 revolutions. We are now well into second if not third generation of synthetic alien progeny who have made the Long March through the institutions.
The great skill of the alien intercession in humankind on earth is that their creatures are not demonstrably alien in physical appearance and believe themselves to be wholly human. The alien elements reside only in the way that their minds work and in an ability for their thinking to be made to permeate the masses undetected. It is nigh on impossible to distinguish the original ‘leaders’ from those they have influenced to adapt to their way of thinking and both are blissfully unaware of their alien origin or manipulation.
This is truly scary stuff for humankind and Alex Jones better eat his heart out.
Being at a bit of a loose end last night, not living within striking distance of a Paris bordello, I decided to watch the new series of HIGNFY whilst being, as usual these days, stone cold sober.
When I say “new” series, it wasn’t. It was the same old, same old tired formula. BBC agitprop disguised as a humorous topical news quiz. Last night’s bulletin containing the mandatory Tory, UKIP, Tory and USA bashing (last night it was Trump) with added pro EU lies section disguised as a True/False round. Well done Hislop, box ticked!
If the BBC continue to piss down the backs of 4 million UKIP voters and 12 million Tory voters, their day of reckoning, and hopefully Hislop’s (*) , surely cannot be far away.

Only our host has the power to achieve that and set up a Google alarum to detect future incursions. What to do? Our supplications have hitherto been in vain! Even going over his head and making a direct appeal to Archie Cuntsbury is at the moment impractical as the poor man has personal issues on his collection plate. Anyway, haven’t we long suspected that he may himself be …. ?

What we do know of course is that, wherever they may park their capital, George Soros and other members of his club invest substantial funds in creating and running, directly and indirectly, organisations which are aimed at destroying our liberty, our culture, our economy, our spirit, and our lives.
ANOTHER CONSPIRACY THEORY – PLEASE IGNORE IT:
POWERFUL PEOPLE IN BRITAIN ALLOW VACCINES WHICH DAMAGE THE BRIANS OF CERTAIN CHILDREN
“A former Government medical officer responsible for deciding whether medicines are safe has accused the Government of ‘utterly inexplicable complacency’ over the MMR triple vaccine for children.”
“Dr Peter Fletcher, who was Chief Scientific Officer at the Department of Health, said if it is proven that the jab causes autism, ‘the refusal by governments to evaluate the risks properly will make this one of the greatest scandals in medical history’.”
“He added that after agreeing to be an expert witness on drug-safety trials for parents’ lawyers, he had received and studied thousands of documents relating to the case which he believed the public had a right to see.”
“He said he has seen a ‘steady accumulation of evidence’ from scientists worldwide that the [MMR] measles, mumps and rubella jab is causing brain damage in certain children.”
“But he added: ‘There are very powerful people in positions of great authority in Britain and elsewhere who have staked their reputations and careers on the safety of MMR and they are willing to do almost anything to protect themselves’….”

(H/T Public Intelligence Blog)
It is typical, with regard to Soros, that his “progressive” credentials and funding of their various agencies, causes and agendas mean that the usual suspects of the clamorously righteous left turn a blind eye to his notorious short selling and ill gotten $1 billion gain in 1992, which ruined many peoples lives and livelihoods in the process, and that Cameron’s, by comparison, rather pathetic investment gains attract so much more of their ire.
It is the same nauseous bigotry (there are no other words for it) that allows them to disregard the crimes of the Monsters of Communism and continue to celebrate and romanticise them in t-shirt, poster and placard.
And talking of polished marxist turds I see that the resident communist loon has left another smelly Saturday morning calling card on the doorstep.
Ok then, BRAINS
Malfleur (14:09)
You besmirch that terrible scandal by labelling it with a common or garden ‘conspiracy theory’. Melanie Phillips, among others, blew it open several years ago and got her fingers burned because she backed the Lincolnshire quack Andrew Wakefield, who was later struck off after allegations of financial jiggery-pokery surrounding his campaign.
The heavy guns from the upper echelons of medical politics crucified him and buried the scandal in the process. The waters were muddied so much that I doubt the real facts will ever be forthcoming. Dotted lines that should never have been there were filled in and vice versa. It’s interesting to know that it has been dusted off again. Keep us posted. Vaccination and immunisation have always had collateral damage for the ‘common good’. ‘Pro bono publico’, as you so often mention, is often a ‘false flag’. Sometimes you are right. ☺
As for the AIDS and Bovine Spongiform Encephalitis scams, what does it say again on Christopher Wren’s plaque at St Paul’s?
Bruce Springsteen to note! ☺ Christ! Can you imagine what the Benghazis are like these days at the gatherings of the debauched heirs and successors of the children of ‘1968 generation’ (vide The Colonel’s earlier post on the subject)?
Malfleur @ 13:41
It’s one of the more believable conspiracy theories, Malfelur, thanks for alerting us to it. It may explain one or two things that occurred recently, the Americans conceding Assad doesn’t have to go amongst them.
If the blackmail were to be effective, we should also see a move on the sanctions (if not publicly then behind closed doors), on Ukraine, too.
Been looking up the Montague Browne/Welby connection.
As you know, it’s not in my nature to be cynical, but has anybody checked to see whether Brownes estate has yet been settled? Two dodgy marriages and only one child (a mamzer, to boot) allegedly – and a pedigree going back to medieval English and Scottish Kings, there could easily be some ‘ishoos’ here (some of which are bordering on the incestuous, given the pedigree also of Archie’s birth mummy). Even in the best regulated houses, as my old granny used to mutter. YCMIU. In fact you don’t have to, real life is much more interesting than fiction.
As the old saying goes, “It’s a wise man that knows his own father.”
Having just watched a box-set of the Nordic Noir series “The Legacy”, it’s apparently a wise woman who knows her own daughter in Denmark.
That Shakespeare feller knew a thing or two, didn’t he?
Frank P @ 15:05
The bard couldn’t do anything but mirror what England was all about when the first of the Elizabeths reigned, Frank, population grew massively what with no major warring, but was still just around 4mn when she left the throne. Britain’s an island, mixing with distant genes seldom happened, travel wasn’t easy inland either, walking slows one down, but bonking was as much in vogue as it is today, incest (sib-leger) wasn’t illegal, the nights were long, it wasn’t that uncommon for a brother and his sister to get overcome, or the mother sleeping with her son.
Baron isn’t quite sure of it (you, the Colonel or others may help), but even by the end of the 19th century it was possible to marry one’s first or second cousin here. Real incest was becoming taboo by then, it hasn’t changed yet, but give the gender fluidity admirers time, and who knows, they may extend the notion of equality to sex in an enlarged family, too, and why not when many families change fathers and mothers as often as shirts.
Malfleur @ 14:09
That’s a hard one to crack, Malfleur, the barbarian has no position on it, data should be the beacon, what produces the best result for the big numbers – vaccination or no vaccination. Vested interest of those compiling the numbers clouds the issue to a point where one’s almost totally in the dark.
Colonel Mustard @ 14:12
This Hungarian tosser is the equivalent of the BBC but for the world at large, Colonel. If we could ‘castrate’ both life would return to its preferred state of gradual evolution informed by the consensus of the many, the engineering of the human soul by the few would be largely removed.
Baron April 9th, 2016 – 15:45
I believe that prior to 1908 incest was punishable as a ‘sin’ under church law in England and was linked to the various taboos in marriage law. The punishments were by way of penance but I have seen reference to a death penalty in the 17th Century which might or not be connected to Cromwell’s Puritan Protectorate.
As far as I know the first coded act under English secular law was the Punishment of Incest Act 1908.
Baron April 9th, 2016 – 15:53
Beautifully put. I especially like that phrase “the engineering of the human soul by the few” which sums up the present imbalance perfectly.
The visits of the communist loon are a local manifestation of the same arrogant presumption of exclusive power. He intrudes as a minority into a majority community which does not welcome his presence and presumes that his minority view should prevail over it, constrain or coerce it.
But the securing of the power to “engineer” goes back to our disagreement over his right to have a platform in the first place. Given a platform the left seek to use it to deprive those who dissent from their orthodoxy of having one. Their worm-tongued agenda connives at and contrives that in various ways, many disguised to appear as a form of enlightened “progress” and imposing a manufactured moral intimidation on those who might dare to disagree.
Governments have largely succumbed to this. To the extent that a conservative government must pretend to be and act as a socialist one, whilst parties that resist are shunted, linguistically, to the far right.
I don’t know what P is on at 14:45 – a too liquid lunch I would imagine produced this rambling, unfocused and inaccurate blather and the crude sarcasm I employed in the heading goes right past him as it would a cross-eyed publican. Facts have never been his strong point. I don’t think, even when drunk, have I used the expression ‘pro bono publico’ on this site.
As for ‘the Lincolnshire quack’ et seq.., I would think our “no credible evidence” sleuth might soon expect a solicitor’s letter on Dr. Wakefield’s behalf”
“…If you’ve only heard about Dr. Wakefield on television or from other corporate media sources, you might believe that he’s some discredited quack whose supposedly disproven research was financially or otherwise deceitfully motivated. But nothing could be further from the truth — hear Dr. Wakefield tell the full truth in this powerful interview with …Jonathan Landsman, available through the Vaccine World Summit: [link]

As he may well believe, on no credible evidence, that Jones’s guests are all of them a bunch of charlatans Frank P will no doubt laugh it off when I tell him that Dr. Wakefield now lives in Austin, Texas and is expected to appear very shortly there on the Alex Jones Show. But let’s hope he tunes in.

I don’t know if (Mr?) Andrew Wakefield was ever a common or garden GP but he was at one time a MRCS.
Most GPs, in my experience, are not schooled in scientific method and even the well intentioned ones are, imo, nonetheless Quacks!
These days I’ve noticed that GP’s have more or less abandoned their copies of the BNF and now shamelessly use Google in front of patients, when hithertofore they’ve accused patients of doing the same or believing what they’ve read in the Daily Mail!
On the point of GP quackery I would normally seek out AWK’s guidance but alas she has abandoned ship for the summer. If you’re out there Anne, please come back!
Andrew Wakefield would have been wise to contemplate the fate of John Yudkin before he took on the vested interests of a powerful medical establishment in bed with big pharma.

Seconded, Colonel, and thanks for enlightening the poorly educated Slav at 16.02.
The one thing that may console is that nothing ever lasts forever, there will come an end to the rule of the anointed, too.
EC @ 17:14
Thanks for the tip, EC, it does sound interesting, but the barbarian will have to start reading the books rather than just acquiring them, only a couple of weeks ago he took six large boxes full of nothing but books to a charity shop, his collection could still rival a medium size shop, the boss is even more obsessed. It’s hard to resist books, old ones in particular, the internet can never replace the printed matter, there’s something in books that has a magic allure linked to permanence, just imagine what would happen if one couldn’t buy batteries, electricity ceased to be available, what then?
It recently came to my notice that Brussels was planing to ban the term “Spend a penny” Of course this may have been an Aprill fool leg pull, however in an age where the preposterous is not probable but inevitable I do not discount this intelligence. If this tale is true then I do not doubt that our dear leader will leap to the defense of the traditional British crap, God knows he spouts enough of it, and do not forget, our intrepid hero went to Brussels where he succeeded in quashing the proposed tampon tax. However, that should not trigger any surprise, everyone knows the man’s a c**t.
I’ve just noticed this – it sounds (to me) to be not only sensible, but a development that Donald Trump can be relied on to put into effect.

Interesting link. You’re probably right that if The Donald managed to get his butt on the Oval Office chair, all sorts of interesting developments would ensue.
Can you really see that being the upshot of the current circus? I fear that at best he’ll run as a third party out of chagrin when the GOP shafts him and that means the end of America politics as it is currently defined – and a third term for Bill with the hag as his proxy. Ghastly thought. Cheer me up and convince me that Trump still has a chance, please.
If some miracle occurs, the lefties will have to invent a new phrase for ‘trumped up charges’. OTOH, maybe not if he chooses the right AG. ☺
Btw Herbert, did you make it to the Munk Debate?
Frank
The mass media have been making such a constant, universal, obvious – and even hysterical – effort to brainwash everybody into believing that Trump can’t possibly be be elected that I like to believe that the population aren’t swallowing it. So I refuse to give up hope.
Apropos Hillary becoming Bill’s proxy, I suspect that he was always Hillary’s proxy, and that if she is elected Bill can in effect retire.
I don’t ever make it to the Munk Debates (alas).. Assuming they take always place in Toronto, my reason is that here in Victoria we’re about the same distance from Toronto as you are from Syria.
Herbert
Norfolk (UK) is looking more like Syria every day. But you’re right about Victoria, it will never become Toronto, thank G-d.

‘Police Shocked By Scale Of Islamic State Network in Europe’
http://www.breitbart.com/london/2016/04/09/isis-network-europe-shockingly-large/
I’m shocked, shocked, to find that muslim subversion of our civilisation is going on in here!
http://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/659627/EU-loaning-millions-Chinese-steel-companies-40000-UK-jobs
The EU is out of control. We have to subsidise the building of gas fired power stations because every other type is subsidised. It hasn’t passed audits for around 20 years. CMD’s tax situation isn’t the problem. The problem is that he is in No 10!
Malfleur April 10th, 2016 – 00:41
That article is poor. It refers to the “scale of the threat of terrorism” without attempting to define that in numerical terms. Most of the rest of the article is speculation with the names of a few arrested jihadis thrown in. It describes one fairly small “network” in Belgium and names an ISIS recruiter, again speculating in the form of a repeat question:
“After the attacks police had a major question: How large was the network that participated in the attacks and were there more sleeper cells in Europe waiting to strike?”
The first is a good question, well put, the second almost a certainty, but the article doesn’t answer them and neither have the police. The speculation and scaremongering might be useful for further curbing the liberties of the many for the transgressions of the few, or as a dogwhistle for yet more tinkering around the edges of the problem with “anti-radicalisation” or “anti-alienation” policies. Policies which are already under fire from the communities they are intended to serve.
But there is no sign of the nettle being grasped.
Colonel Mustard @ 07:41
I agree that the article is not informative. Its significance is its suggestion that the police are shocked at the size of the jihad network.
If they are only aware of one or two cells, and a small network in Belgium, that only makes the lack of awareness even more shocking given what we know already about the no-go districts and the demographics, ideology, provenance and appetites of the legal and illegal muslim immigrants streaming into Europe each month ovver a year or more.
Is it credible, given the boastful justification of government surveillance of the people that better intelligence is NOT available to the police?
This kind of article helps to set us up for when government wails “we had no idea of the scale of the problem!” for us, as you say, to ask government following the next outrage: “What further powers do you need?”
The information actually available to government now will not of course be disclosed, except perhaps by whistle blowers, because:
1. Government does not want to panic (or alert) the populace;
2. The principle underlying the failure in the USA to disclose publicly the “28 redacted pages” of the 9-11 investigation.
3. Government is not in a hurry to set about dismantling any such network until it is too late to do so successfully, which will lead of course to 4.:
4. The “if you can’t beat them, join them” variation of the Stockholm syndrome applied on a continental scale in EU countries.
5. The “open borders” policy of Peter Sutherland in the United Nations and other government and religious leaders and NGOs might have to be forcefully reversed.
Who with power to grasp such nettles has an interest to do so? I find it difficult to believe that such people are merely asleep at the wheel – which would be bad enough…

“Tommy Robinson Legal Defense Fund: An Appeal
Posted on April 7, 2016 by Baron Bodissey
This appeal was posted on April 7, and will stay on top until Tommy’s court date. Scroll down for more recent material.
Update: Progress reports on the appeal are being posted separately. Scroll down for more — looks good so far!
I never thought I would be using these “Free Tommy” graphics again, but here we are, five years after his first court case, appealing once again to our readers to help Tommy Robinson’s legal defense.
Tommy Robinson Legal FundTommy’s next court appearance is on April 14. Based on what happened to him the last time he was imprisoned, if he has to do another stretch inside he may not come out alive.
I’m told it will cost more than £10,000 for him to engage competent legal counsel. He does not have that kind of money, so please help by clicking the graphic on the right, or this link.
We can’t possibly raise that amount through this site alone, so I ask you spread the word by email, on forums, or on your own website.
A few details on his case…
The last time Tommy was in prison, he was locked up with hardened Muslim criminals who wanted to kill him. He was repeatedly attacked and beaten up, and ended up in the prison hospital more than once.
On one occasion he was locked in a cell with several Muslim prisoners, one of whom (a Somali, if I remember correctly) was about throw boiling water in his face. Tommy acted pre-emptively, knocked the boiling water away, and beat up the man who tried to throw it on him.
It is this incident for which he is being charged.
The real issue behind all these arrests is that Tommy speaks the truth about the danger to the British people posed by Islam. But he is no longer being prosecuted for “hate speech” offenses — the state does not want the substance of what he says to aired in an open courtroom and discussed in the national media. Thus other types of infractions must be found and other charges brought. The current case against him is simply the latest example of the repressive tactics being employed by the totalitarian British state.
The Powers That Be were successful in “decapitating” the English Defence League — with the help of the Quilliam Foundation — and are now attempting to do the same thing to the recently established UK chapter of PEGIDA.
So here’s the plan: Lock up the most charismatic leader the British Counterjihad has. Put him in with his most dangerous enemies — Muslim criminals who have promised to kill him. Make sure that the guards are absent or looking the other way when the trouble starts. Then, as far as the shariah-compliant British state is concerned, the problem has been solved.
The UK, like all the other enlightened governments of Western Europe, has abolished the death penalty. But there’s more than one way to kill a political nuisance — you don’t have to march him up the steps to the gibbet, put the noose around his neck, and open the trapdoor under him.
What is happening to Tommy Robinson is capital punishment by alternative means.

A fascinating ‘mea culpa’ from Trevor Phillips on the Brietbart link below, for those who haven’t already read it. Amongst other comments: “Some of my journalist friends imagine that, with time, the Muslims will grow out of it. They won’t.”
And he lays the blame at the feet of the liberal, metropolitan elite, media classes: “Oddly, the biggest obstacles we now face in addressing the growth of this nation-within-a-nation are not created by British Muslims themselves. Many of our (distinctly un-diverse) elite political and media classes simply refuse to acknowledge the truth. Any undesirable behaviours are attributed to poverty and alienation. Backing for violent extremism must be the fault of the Americans. Oppression of women is a cultural trait that will fade with time, nothing to do with the true face of Islam.”

I’m currently reading “Easy Meat” by Peter McLouglin, a comprehensive review of the operations of muslim sex grooming criminal gangs in Britain and the cultural cringe of those in power and authority who have failed to address them. A horrific but essential read for anyone who wants to understand how and why this ‘phenomenon’ has become a widespread, existential threat to both British and Western society.

This is worse than Assad: the current situation, which our leaders helped to bring about…”

Brendan O’Niel’s Communist party blog Spiked offten offers better comment and analysis that such supposed ‘right wing’ publications than the Spectator, sadly.
“…instead of engaging in the hard task of analysing and starting to overcome the rut Western economic life finds itself in, observers indulge in anti-greed virtue-signalling. This is best summed up in the figure of Jeremy Corbyn, Labour leader and supposed old-school socialist. His post-Panama approach has been to bash PM David Cameron over his tax return rather than his economic policies; to have a moan about Cameron’s dad and his tax behaviours (without any complaints from the broadsheet press about invading a politician’s privacy, as they said when the Daily Mail went after Ed Miliband’s dad for being a Marxist); and even to propose colonial-style direct rule in British overseas territories in order to limit their ability to act as tax havens. That will sort the economic crisis – a bit of moral imperialism! Everything Corbyn has said has exposed the left’s substitution of moralistic posturing for radical thought and politics…”

To be fair Phillips does propose something:
“In terms of solutions, Mr. Phillips opines on “halting the growth of sharia courts and placing them under regulation” ensuring that school governance never falls into the hands of a single-minority group, “ensuring mosques that receive a steady flow of funds from foreign governments such as Saudi Arabia, however disguised, are forced to reduce their dependency on Wahhabi patronage” and an end to the “silence-for-votes understanding between local politicians and Muslim leaders — the sort of Pontius Pilate deal that had such catastrophic outcomes in Rotherham and Rochdale”.
It’s far, far short of what is necessary. The closure of mosques, imprisonment, punitive fines to recover the proceeds of sex slave crime, the deportation of criminals and their families, the total cessation of muslim migration to Europe and the west, a total ban on purchase of British lands and the re-possession of property by muslim and foreign immigrants, amongst others, but that would be a start.

Where you are can you get on line the edition of the National Enquirer (USA edition) dated 14 April. This appears to have a strap headline about Ted Cruz being named in the Blackbook of a Washington `Madam`. You understand this is my sole interest in the matter. It can not be accessed here (any attempt throws up the UK edition ) .This is apparently because the edition also contains an item which it is a criminal offence to publish in the UK. (even though `everybody `knows what it is ).
Could you affirm it is available without mentioning any of the contents,as we do not want Peter being sent to The Scrubs.
My sole interest is in Ted Cruz and the USA election.

I thought this story had been given pretty wide coverage in the UK as well as the USA. The Daily Telegraph seems to have had no qualms about publishing the allegation in the UK:
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2016/04/05/ted-cruzs-phone-number-appeared-in-madams-phone-list-magazine-cl
That was 5th April and says that “initial allegations were published last month by the National Enquirer”.
The Daily Caller repeated the allegation on 7 April when it reported that the Supreme Court had refused an application to unseal the court record listing the names in the Madam’s book.
Your date of April 14 is obviously in error and perhaps you meant 4 April.
If Radaronline is the National Enquirer USA, then an April 4 article can be found for the story which you may be able to get access to using:
