Coffee House TV, the broadcasting group of the Coffee House Wall, is raising funds to allow the completion of this important development. We have already lined up some interesting interviews and penetrating analysis but we now need your help to complete the recording of the material that will become a pilot programme. A donation of as little as £1 will make a difference.
TODAYS ACTIVITIES
UPDATE 13th September
We are continuing to work on a 30 second video advert for the programme. But we still need to raise a relatively small amount of funds to pay for some audio and video material to use in the advert. We can’t use the professional quality of sound and video material we need to licence without your help today.
Please make a small contribution today, even as little as £1 will help swell the coffers, then we will be able to press on with producing this video advert and publish it here and elsewhere to generate further interest.
You can make a donation of any amount here…
The Right Stuff is raising funds through a crowdsourcing campaign. This means that we are asking YOU to consider making a contribution, an investment in your future enjoyment, to help us raise £2500 to complete this project.
Our high-quality guests are waiting to be interviewed on camera by our team, but we need YOUR help to fund the hire of recording equipment, the lighting equipment, the editing time, and the robust bandwidth to be able to broadcast this pilot programme to the UK and the World.
How you can help.
i. Please make a small investment now in this project of as little as £5. You can use the Paypal button on this page.
ii. If you are a business owner or manager please consider advertising on this site, or even becoming one of the sponsors of the pilot programme. Just drop us an email at peter@coffeehousewall.co.uk and we will come to a mutually helpful arrangement.
Invest £50 or more and you can ask a question which will be submitted to our well-known interviewees.
Current Funding is £520

We have already begun to develop this ground-breaking project and are able to announce that our first contributor will be the author and political blogger, Mr. Alexander Boot (www.alexanderboot.com). He has published many books on the state of Western Society and will be able to provide a robust analysis of current affairs in our pilot programme. Born in Russia and educated at Moscow University, Alexander Boot lectured on English literature, wrote art and film criticism. He is the author of How the West Was Lost (2006), God and Man According to Tolstoy (2009), The Crisis Behind Our Crisis (2011) and co-author of A Nation That Forgot God (2010). He divides his time between London and Burgundy, working on his next book. He has been a regular contributor to the Daily Mail.
Our second contributor will be Theodore Dalrymple, a contributing editor to City Journal, published by the Manhattan Institute, where he is the Dietrich Weismann Fellow. In addition to City Journal, his work frequently appears in The British Medical Journal, The Times, The Observer, The Daily Telegraph, The Spectator, The Salisbury Review, and Axess magasin. He is the author of a number of books, including Life at the Bottom: The Worldview That Makes the Underclass, Our Culture, What’s Left of It, and Spoilt Rotten: The Toxic Cult of Sentimentality.
Our third contributor will be Lord Norman Tebbit. He hardly requires an introduction. He served in the Conservative Cabinet of Mrs Thatcher from 1981 to 1987 as Secretary of State for Employment (1981–83), Secretary of State for Trade and Industry (1983–85), Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster (1985–87) and Chairman of the Conservative Party (1985–87). He was a Member of Parliament from 1970 to 1992, representing the constituencies of Epping (1970–74) and Chingford (1974–92). Among his publications are Upwardly Mobile, An Autobiography (1988), Unfinished Business (1991), and The Game Cook (2009).
There are several levels of investment you can choose.
Every investor will be able to access online recorded preview materials as the pilot programme is created.
A £5 or £10 investment will help us to begin to put our development into action.
A £25 investment will ensure you receive a free copy of the DVD of the Coffee House TV pilot programme.
A £50 investment will ensure you receive a free copy of the DVD of the Coffee House TV pilot programme and access to additional recorded material.
A £100 investment or above will ensure you receive a free copy of the DVD of the Coffee House TV pilot programme and access to additional recorded material, as well as a special thank you card signed by the national figures featured on the pilot programme.
Investment does not grant any ownership in the Coffee House TV project, and will be applied immediately to activities related to this project and is therefore non-refundable.

NO, Peter, I am NOT a viewer.
They have this sort of thing on the TV (even Jeremy Kyle ffs) on in the “chill-out” room at my current assignment. Still, that’s the proles for you.

UPDATE 9th September: THE RIGHT STUFF – COFFEE HOUSE TV
We are glad to announce that we have a commentator lined up to speak on the RIGHT STUFF pilot programme about the current state of US politics, and we are working hard to confirm the participation of a well known economist.
The next step for COFFEE HOUSE TV is to develop a dedicated website to help promote the project and begin to publish excerpts of the programming we hope to broadcast in December.
How can you help? If you have access to professional lighting and/or video equipment that we could use then we are happy to organise an advertising and sponsorship deal with you.
If you think this sounds like an interesting project, well worth supporting, then please make a donation today of even £5 to help us continue to bring the pilot programme to completion.

RIGHT STUFF – COFFEE HOUSE TV
UPDATE 10th September
I am travelling up to London to visit Mr. Alexander Boot and have a preparatory meeting about the video interview I’ll be conducting with him later in the year when we have raised enough funds to be able to do so.
If you have any questions you’d like me to ask Mr. Boot then do post them here and I’ll see what we can cover.
If you would be kind enough to consider helping to cover the costs of the RIGHT STUFF project then please do make a donation using any of the Paypal links on the site. It would be great help to have some support to cover the cost of the train fare to London. Even £1 will help swell the coffers.
RIGHT STUFF – COFFEE HOUSE TV
UPDATE 11th September
We had a very successful preparatory meeting with Mr. Alexander Boot, one of our main guests on pilot programme of The Right Stuff, yesterday at his home in London.
Today we will be starting work on a 30 second video advert for the programme. We need to raise a relatively small amount of funds to pay for some audio and video material to use in the advert.
If you can help us by making a small contribution today, even just £1 will help swell the coffers, then we will be able to press on with producing this video advert.
You can make a donation of any amount here…

Just a note to say that we still need some donations to allow us to use all the video and audio materials we have selected.
If you can donate £10 that would be great. But even £1 will help.
Please donate what you can and what you think this project is worth.
